I didnt order and engine or anything just a 350 rebuild kit and I thought they were good. I love the fact I can call them and someone will actually answer the phone and answer my questions. Gotta say 5 star for me.

Ordered a 4.0 liter from titan, I dealt with John and he was really good. He answered question in a timely manner and less then a week my engine was on its way. It took 8 days to get from florida to michigan. I got it installed and it runs perfectly with lots of power. Ill be ordering another on my next jeep build.

They know what they are doing

Like a lot of reviews on google and numerous social media platforms, engine quality seems to be there. Only have 2,500 miles on the jeep 4.0. However customer service and their explanation of warranty and core return upfront are about the worst Ive delt with.Saw a reply go a review where a rep from titan says it follows standard industry practices.Not sure what industry they are in line woth but its not what they think.Id steer clear of this place in the future. Just so all know. Its impossible to get the full $350 back on the core, and there are numerous clauses for them to not warranty their engine.Autozone will warranty anything for any reason as long as its in the year range. Just sayin.

Hadnt purchased yet but will be purchasing in the next day or so a reman 4.0 for a 97 Wrangler. Will update this and all other reviews on my social media jeep clubs and such after I receive the engine and install it. Will check for proper parts and work Titan engines have stated will be done and keep all reviews updated. Hope for the best.+Engine bought and customer service so far is great. Frank from the machine shop sounds very knowledgeable.++ 7/19/19 photos came in of the head valve work. Looking nice so far++ Have 300 miles on the engine so far and still running great. Little advice for anyone buying a new distributer from Auto zone. Dont bc I bought 2 that were bad and lost a little time diagnosing it being the distributer. But after the third one from Napa, the engine runs smoothly and very very very quite.+++Have a check engine code now for vavle not seating. Its a p0303 code. Loosing coolant from somewhere, think it is going out the exhaust bc it has a sweet smell from the exhaust which I hope doesnt mean a blown head gasket already. And oil pressure after warming up is staying around 20 to 23psi idleing which idling sounds almost like there is a cam or misfire. Not what is wanted from a brand new motor.... Today is 8/16/19

The customer service at Titan Engines is a complete joke, they lied from the beginning as to what was included with the engine and when confronted about my missing parts they fabricated more lies. Then, after waiting 2 months for a core refund they only gave me half of my refund because there was an issue with my cylinder head, which I told them from the beginning was the reason I was replacing the engine but their absurd refund policy was never disclosed. The people at Titan engines would rather lie than come up with a solution and for that reason they have last my business in the future.

I ordered a rebuilt kit for my mercruiser engine customer rep matched up everything over the phone when I received it was the wrong parts they gave meHassle on refunding because I opened the pistons also tried changing for the correct parts and still more run arounds total waste of money and time will not recommend this kind of service to anyone...

Johnny sold me a 4.0L 6cyl for my Jeep Wrangler and I could not be happier. My motor was here in 3 business days. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and replied to my emails very very promptly. My Jeep runs great now and my mechanic said it was a perfect motor. Thank you Titan Engines!

I purchased a 4.7 l stroker for my 04 Grand Cherokee. I am very pleased with the engine. It has incredible low end torque. Just did a 2400 mile road trip 250 miles of it were offroad. I would recommend this engine to eany one.

Great at getting you a quality engine and taking payments. Horrible at returning phone calls and issuing returns for core charges. I called on July 5 to have a core picked up. Still in my garage. As of Aug 9. Sales are good but need to work on customer service and good business ethics.

At 3 motors installed in my Jeep Cherokee 4 L their line bore machine was out and didnt know it was out and still dont know that the realize it and put three engines in my car and three of them are wrongmy friends had two motors put in his Chevrolet motor because the line bore machine was out

They quoted a price that was reasonable so I took a crankshaft and two cylinder heads to them. They broke one of the heads and it took a month for them to get it done. Then when I picked it up the price was a lot higher and I was charged for more services than I asked for. I questioned them about it and they couldnt tell me why but they still wouldnt change the bill. My company wont be taking any more engine parts to them. This is not how you conduct business professionally.

If your engine keeps leaking and your stressed. Talk to jacob at Titan!!. He is a wise on options. My hemi engine is was a pain in the butt to figure out. In just a couple of days. He had the perfect rebuild option for me. I purchased it online and in 2 days it was at my house. Thanks guys.

I had a 4.6L Stroker from Titan in my TJ. I had around 100k miles on it when I had to get rid of the TJ and it was still running perfectly. When I bought mine a few years back, the guys at Titan had outstanding customer service (even early on when I called with questions). I believe the guy I mainly dealt with was Chuck, but everyone was extremely helpful.

Ordered a 455 pontiac motor years ago.Seemed like a good put together motor when I got it. Eventually I decide to have it rebuilt at 34,000 miles as I wanted to add alot more horse power to it . Bring it to a machine shop, the guy takes motor apart and says, who ever built this motor had no idea what they were doing.certain parts werent put in right order.luckily I brought it in when I did as it was about to blow the motor .Do not recommend these guys

My 1999 jeep 4.0 rebuild lasted 20,000 miles before it lost compression in most cylinders. Pulled the head and brought it to local machine shop, they had never saw such a poor rebuild job. Never replaced valve guides, valves burned up were slapping around. Put the head back on and only ran on 5 cylinders, guess what, worn cam from bad original head. Never got my core charge back for original motor. long story short, $5,000 and still doesnt run. Run away now.

I bought a 350 30 over which turned out to be 80 over, got second engine which had to have all the gaskets replaced and now five months later I have yet to receive the $350 core refund. I have contacted them many times and continue to be lied to and put on hold with no resolution. I have filed a BBB complaint. These folks, especially John are deceitful and not to be trusted! I was in Florida for Disaster Relief and lost the engine in my 71 Chevy PU in September 2017, Titan Engines was recommended by the garage down the street from them, I used Titan based on the recommendation and their proximity to the repair shop. I wish I had used Summit! Beware and avoid Titan Engines - tired of the lies and atrocious service!!

I purchased a rebuild 4.0 Jeep engine from autozone the next. Day. The guy that helped me online was Jacob and at my local Autozone Rick. After install I had a new Jeep. Thanks guys. Quality parts. Bought a 4.6 stroker for a Cherokee in 2011. I put about 18k miles on it before I sold the Jeep but the current owner has over 75k miles on the engine and it still runs great. Just make sure you upgrade your cooling system.

I purchased a 4.7 striker for my 98 jeep grand cherokee about year half give all take,the engine is just going from strength to strength,Dave one of the best really helpful always to hand to answers any queries,Johnny another great help,I live in the UK so wanted a great engine I looked around and read reviews and most if not all companies had there good and bad reviews,but my experience has left me no doubt that I would recommend this company especially about strokers,and just about to order forged pistons and rings as Im installing a eaton m90 coupe supercharger so again thanks guys top notch!!!

I bought a short block 350 from them and told them what I needed (a mildly upgraded engine). I spent a lot of time chasing problems with this engine to come to find they put a way too big of cam in. I should have learned engine building for myself to pick my own cam but assumed a company thats been around 40plus years could design it with their eyes closed. I didnt want my money back or anything, just an explanation as to why and all I got was basically an assurance that Id be okay with a way too big of cam even if driveability was one of my original main requests. Their answer was time the engine to cover up the cam and disconnect my vacuum can.

My hover round broke down so I thought, I know Ill take it to North ocala titan motors, the best rebuilding of motors guys there ever were. I spoke to a handsome man named Dave who gave me a quote on how much it would take to rebuild the motor on my hover round on account of it broke down earlier in the story and guess what? he also told me how much additional things would cost should other problems arise so the price he quoted was good because there was lots of other information given anyways, I was lost in his eyes and felt the need to be close to him. Dave can service this customer anytime! Anyhoo, now when I go to Walmart, I tear ass around that B!

Just awful. Was hard to contact them, it took well over a month to find if they accepted my core or not and that was only after pestering them each day.

I purchased a 351w rebuild kit and added some upgrades, hv oil pump, moly rings, and specifically pistons with protected skirts for wear, the parts show up and no moly rings, and no coated pistons after a lengthy talk about the pistons,, on top of that no shipping form or any type of receipt.. well I called to try to get my order straight, and talked to Johnny first, then got disconnected trying to see if there was a receipt, then called back to get hung up on by some other guy, well I wont buy from this company again !!!!!! Is that good customer service. Yeah I dont think so...

Ive had my Titan 4.9L Jeep Stroker Monster for about 5 years now. Its performed perfectly. Just had one little issue with the main seals leaking but it just turned out to be a vacuum issue. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Ive really pushed this motor hard often going to redline and it just keeps chugging along. Actually about to supercharge it too. Chuck has always helped me out with all of my questions too. Highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a 4.7 stroker from them. When I had a claim against their warenty, Titan told me to take it to a shop and have the shop call them to get paid. That was 4 months ago. Shop has yet to be paid. And Titan wont return their call. I need something else done and the shop wont touch it until Titan pays them. Worst customer service ever!

I will never buy anything from them again. this place is a joke

If you want to buy and engine and take your chances, Titan might be a good choice. But DO NOT buy and engine from them expecting a Warranty. They will not live up to it. I spent over 2000 dollars on a new engine, and 33k miles later, I have to buy another one because they wont honor their warranty. I would never do business with this company again and I will make sure no one I know ever does either.

Sent back a defective head for my engine. Theyve had it almost a month and still havent given me a refund. They keep telling me they will give me a refund but never do. Had to file a claim with my credit card company.

Promised he would rebuild my original engine and had my truck for months, when I finally was able to pick it up, he just did an engine swap and told me it was my original engine. The engine did not look like any of those in his showroom.

Took them over a week to tell me they could not sleeve my block, finally called after I had not heard a quote from them and they told me. Not a very professional place.
