Todd, my service writer saw the the repairs met my expectations. It was delivered when promised. The car was washed and detailed as well. Excellent service.

I was not impressed with their service. They said our van was ready but after driving to the shop (1 hr) we found that the automatic door wasn’t right and there were a few paint and trim issues that needed to be addressed. Also, my youngest son found a handful of screws in the van that went somewhere and there was dirty boot prints in the back. Went back again and got it today. The door seems to work well and the paint is ok now but my wife called and said she had zero miles to empty. She coasted into a gas station down the road, almost running out. I understand that they have to move the car around etc. and we weren’t sure how much gas was in it when we left but the low fuel light wasn’t on. I would have appreciated a heads up letting me know this and that you all do not have any way to fuel them there so we could have prepared and brought a can with some fuel in it. You let my wife and 2 small children leave your shop knowing the car had zero miles to empty. That’s bad service and it’s unacceptable.-Jerry Davis
An unpleasant experience with a collision and the other drivers insurance was made very good by the staff at Jenkins Collision. Their staff, especially Jimmy Tucker, was great to work with, professional, and they fixed my older vehicle correctly despite the age. Cant say enough positive about them, other than they are highly recommended! Nice work!

I can’t say enough things about Jenkins Collision center! They fixed my 2018 Hyundai Accent in 4 days!! The bumper was all cracked and messed up. I will literally never go anywhere else. Chris was amazing, communicative and professional at all times! You have an excellent team there!

If you care about how your car comes out, dont use this company. Terrible quality control and poor workmanship. The first time I went to pick up the car and started it up, dash was lit up like a Christmas tree and no door controls worked. Did anyone check their work before calling me to drive and hour to pick it up? After picking it up for a second time I had to return the car because the clear coat was riddled with particles, it looks terrible. I brought it back for them to fix a third time, they kept the car for an extra week and literally no change, it doesnt look like they did anything at all. On top of all of this they lied about the issues. They said something popped loose in the door, well I called Mazda where they took the car to get the dash lights checked and they told me that there was a severed wire, not a wire that popped loose.

Jenkins has its share of acolytes but I want to make mention of the inner workings. The people behind the scenes that make this a well-oiled machine. The receptionist that greets you with a smile and assures you that all little aspects of the job will be covered. The man who meticulously prepares your vehicle for the care it will be given.He walks you through the pre- inspection marking every wound that must be addressed. On June 9, 2020, at 10:45am, I cannot remember the specific persons by name who were instrumental in making my experience pleasant but I have never had a more comfortable time of it. Do not choose another collision center as this is the most professional, by far.😊😊😊😊😊

Jenkins had my vehicle for 2 weeks. The work was completed, the car was sent to another dealership to be checked out because Jenkins could not clear error codes (really?) and the work there was completed today. I spoke to the other dealership around noon today. They told me that they had called to have the car picked up. At 4:30, I still had not heard anything, so I called Jenkins. My car was still at the other dealership because no one got the message. Now, on a Friday at 4:30, an hour before they close, on a 3 day weekend, Im told that it will be Tuesday before I get my car back, because there will not be time to detail it today, and the office isnt working this weekend. Whos paying for the rental car? Take a guess!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE !! I will never come back there again. I wrecked my car and my Geico agent game me a week - 2 week estimate for my car to be fixed. Waiting over a month in a half to get my car back. No one would ever answer the phone nor did I receive any phone calls. I was told multiple times that my car would be done on several dates and it was not. I have 3 jobs and the holidays I had to figure out my self to get back in forth with. My rental was only covered for 30 days, and they wouldn’t help me cover the rental for the remainder my car was there. I’ve called at least 15 times to find out information went in person 3 times and only received 2-3 updates. Just very disappointed. My first ever accident and was shocked at the stress and time I had to deal with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. LIKE THEY DID ON ME !!!

It was actually 6 months ago. I got rear ended on 3/14/19, coming off the I-75 ramp and Hwy 27. Took it to Jennings(AGAIN) and their work is awesome.
Unfortunately,I needed the service of a repair shop this month....My car had been hit in a parking lot and of course,no one admitted to it so it came out of my pocket. My insurance deductible was more than self pay.I went to get an estimate to see how much it costs to replace the tail light.It was cracked and I had to fix it before any water seeped inside.Got my estimate here and at a dealership. The dealership wanted to charge me the same amount, just for the part alone and charge me 2 hours labor.So I went with Jenkins Collision and glad I did. Chris French(body shop advisor) was very helpful, as was the receptionist(sorry I did not get her name)...Anyway,all very friendly people.The work was done in a matter of minutes,NOT hours.Very professional.Knock on wood,I wont need their services again, anytime soon BUT if I did,I would NOT hesitate to use them again.

We have only minor parking lot damage to our one-year-old Hyundai. Ive been trying to schedule repairs for a week now, and while they may be competent, they dont return phone calls. I dont take kindly to being ignored; game over.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible experience with management. Long and unnecessary wait because the manager didnt file the paperwork and made excuses for the slow process instead of taking ownership of the issues at hand. He actually left voicemails and made phone calls that added to the stress. Mostly a person who was not knowledgable nor helpful in the situation. Bad at communicating as well.
Second time around and I guess I dont learn. I had a major repair they did great work the problem is with the service advisors. Jason has to be the worst in the industry. Avoids your calls will not keep you informed and cant believe in what he tells you

Took my car to get a estimate and the guy was really rude just because of a insurance discussion. I had to ask him to calm down because he was being really rude. Was trying to tell me what I needed to do and I told him that I didnt come there to be treated like that I just wanted a estimate,that he could either do it or I could leave..before he even started he stated to me that he promised the estimate would be way more than what my insurance told me. The damage was only to the front door and back door, both on passenger side but yet he added alot of things that didnt need to be included like the head light and the spray nozzles for the windshield. Gave me a estimate for over $5000. Right on the paper it stated like 42 hours of labor but says my car needed to be there 14 or more days. Guy was a total scam. Guess he thought because I was a woman I would fall for it...not sure but I will never return there.

I dropped my vehicle off to Jenkins collision center for minor repairs. When I picked my vehicle up I noticed that clips were not placed right on the door so I was able to look down into interior door. I also noticed that the side bars on the side were too short to fit my doors and a black glue substance was used to fill in the space above it. The tire that was suppose to be replaced did not look new, it looked shredded on the side walls. After expressing these things to an employee, she took the car around back and fixed the clips to support the arm rest on the door, and told me she would order replacements parts and that it normally takes a few days and that she will call me by the middle of next week. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything from Jenkins since! Unprofessional and not dependable ! The tire wall that was replaced by Jenkins was obviously not pinned up correctly because while driving on the highway a pin came out and the it hung and got caught up in the tire while it was raining. Not to mention the pins fell again m the door so it looks bad and doesn’t support your arm. The accident was one thing but to trust a collision center that got paid thousands to repair my vehicle and it’s worse than before the repairs is ridiculous ! NEVER AGAIN
They had my Corvette twice as long as stated and apparently didt touch it for a 5 days. Estimator either didnt know a Corvette was fiberglass, or didnt know fiberglass doesnt dent. Paint work was sub-standard with articles visible, and finally they lied to me saying the pinstripe guy was the reason for late delivery but NO pin striping was done!

One of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I was mandated that I had to go there because if my insurance. I had a one inch scratch on my car where someone had backed into me on my way down south last winter. Originally I was told by the insurance person it would be three days which was fine. However when I got an hour later I received an email from Jenkins saying it would be 14 days! I called to ask about this and was told there wasnt anything else that could be done as they had to get parts...also said that since I had signed the firm with the insurance agent stating that the car would stay there until finished, there wasnt anything I could do. I told them that I didnt want them fixing the car and wanted it back...I was then told that they alreast had the fenset off and there wasnt anything I could do. This all within an hour of me leaving the car! I told them I needed the car in five days as I was leaving on a trip. They said they could drop it off at the airport for me and I told them this wasnt acceptable because how c would I drive that car as well as the rental home? Anyeay long story even longer, and after many phone calls I was told it would be ready on Friday. I called three times that day and was told to pick it up at 5 as it would take that long for paint to dry. I got there at 4:45 and was told I couldnt get the car as the insurance agent left at 4 and he needed to sign off on it. Well after much discussion and me calling the insurance general manager I got the car. It was five days and I will never return to this facility.

Did not fix my car properly after an auto accident. Stated they replaced my broken headlight with a VW headlight but lied and then replaced it when I showed proof it was aftermarket part. Was told alightment was fixed however it was not and I had to pay out of pocket to get job done correctly. Do not trust these people with your car. Thieves and liars!
