They SELL YOU LEMONS!!!! They are trying to resell the 2007 Nissan Murrano that I bought on their lot right across from the courthouse. I had that car for less than 3 months and it broke down on me. (And wasn’t driving right before the 3 months) I took it to a mechanic and he said that all of my mounts were bad (1,600 dollars) my CV axel was shot, the mechanic himself said, it will cost you 2,000 dollars to even get this running again, but there is so much wrong with this car other than just that! So, I took it back to Speed Auto (before surrendering it) and asked if I could please get into another vehicle that they had on the lot because I had already sunk so much money into this car (I paid up until December 2020) he said that no they wouldn’t do that for me. I said well, it’s July, and I am paid up until December 2020, can I at least get that portion of my money back so I have money to put down on a car and he again informed that they wouldn’t do that for me and was QUICK to throw in my face about the Florida lemon law! I asked if he would please call the owner and ask if he would, he informed me the owner is out of town and nobody contacts him unless there is a death! I am 2 months from having a baby and stranded without a car because I put all my money into the White 2007 Nissan Murrano that they have parked right out front! I’m sure they did a quick fix on it and are just waiting for their next poor victim to purchase it! DON’T DO IT! And I do wish the owner or someone would try to get on here and argue with me! They know they are wrong! Take your money elsewhere!!!!! Period!

In April I purchased a truck from speed auto market. Once home, I started looking over the undercarriage for items that may need attention. I was horrified to see mud everywhere. This mud dried much like cement, the only way to remove it was with a putty knife, abrasive scrunchies and compressed air. I have removed 15 gallons of mud from the undercarriage and the interior. The interior Matt and padding were replaced because they were saturated with mud and water. There was 3/4 of an inch of mud inside the heater box. I have spent 200 hours working on the truck. Speed auto market purchased this truck from an auction in Texas. Apparently one of the 1 million cars and trucks flooded by storm Harvey last August. They mentioned they had another shipment coming from Texas. I can only assume they are flood trucks and cars also. My whole life has revolved around restoring and showing cars. I feel if I can be duped anyone can. If you are looking at a truck or a car and see air fresheners everywhere as mine had, let this be a warning that they could be masking a flood smell.

Unprofessional, they will sell you a lemon without hesitation. Zero customer service, and lack of courtesy for their customers. Do not give them your business. And before getting a rude response from the owner like other negative reviews, his employees made it very clear that the owner is not to be bothered at all while he’s out of town unless someone’s dead (verbatim from the sales person) and there was no possibility to speak to him about the issues.

Speed Auto Market has offered on multiple occasions to help fix any problems that may arise after the car has been sold. I absolutely recommend and love Speed Auto Market to everyone I know.

My husband and I are extremely disheartened by our purchase here. The initial purchasing experience was pleasant and the girls were very helpful. We purchased an ‘07 Dodge truck here in the beginning of March (putting a total of $8000 down on a $22,000 purchase). Before leaving we were told we would be contacted by the financing company for an interview on how satisfied we were with the vehicle before they completed the sale on their end. On our way home with the truck the check engine light came on, we stopped at an auto parts store and were told it was a piece in the transmission that needed to be replaced as well as the battery with melted terminals. When the finance company contacted us for our closing interview we relayed this information at which time it was coordinated that we would take the truck back to the dealership to have these issues addressed. We even offered to bring the needed part to speed up the process. This is where things went a little sideways...1. No one offered to refund what we part for the part needed for the repair.2. The check engine light was still on after the repair but we were assured by the mechanic that meant nothing.3. We were pressured to complete the closing interview by phone with the finance company before driving off the lot with the truck, meaning the deal was sealed yet we weren’t allowed to test drive the vehicle again to make sure it would correctly shift into overdrive, so we trusted the mechanics work and completed the interview, thus locking us into our deal.4. We have had to replace the shifter linkage cable.5. The a/c went out and we had to replace the condenser.6. We had to pay $131 for an oil change.7. Replace the brakes because there was literally nothing left.8.just spend $472 ordering a give or pressure solonoid and a pressure transducer solenoid.9. Replaced transmission filter and all fluid.I understand we purchased a used vehicle, but it’s like this truck was not looked over at all by their mechanic before placing the vehicle for sale. You are selling to hard working people with families to transport, how dare you sell vehicles like this and claim to be an honest company. At the end of the day you have to live with what you put out into the world.

I bought a truck from this car lot in just about a year ago the best truck ever bought my life I’ve put over 100,000 miles on this truck since I purchased it from them have not had one single issue these people still the best quality of trucks in the area and down guarantee I purchased a car for my wife a few years back from this Car Lot had it many years with never had an issue out of it I will continue purchasing vehicles from this establishment very friendly very honest they get the job done right the first time super fast easy financing little to no money down Thank you guys again for the great truck

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I went in to take a look at a 2012 focus. Got there and the car was in horrible shape, service code for an oil change needed on the dash the moment you started the car, like it hadnt been looked over by the mechanic at all. I then decided on a 2013 Dodge, agreed on a price and when I came in the next day to put the down payment in and sign the paperwork they tried to pull a fast one. They raise the purchase price an entire grand and tacked on another fee for servicing the vehicle, which at most got vacuumed. They wont hesitate to squeeze you for every last dime they can. Id recommend going anywhere else (except for Jenkins Kia).

One, I got a great car at a good price. Staff are friendly and personable. Two, they said I could bring it in for any repairs at a nominal price. My car needed freon. I bought the freon but the hose I had was broken. I took it in and they recharged the freon and even gave me the hose, all free! I would definitely recommend them!
