Excellent selection of stylish and comfy shoes. Nice, quality bags and purses as well. Staff is amazing and the cute BlueQ socks and tea towels make great gifts. Will go back.

Somehow I have never been into this shoe store before but Ive been hankering for a pair of red ankle boots lately and I happened to be in the neighborhood. Although the store is small they have a great selection and I found exactly what I wanted. I also asked about some insoles for another pair of shoes that I have and they happened to have them in stock and gave them to me for free. The sales women were very sweet and helpful. I enjoyed my experience shopping there and will go back for sure.

Edit: Originally one star but I spoke to the manager and they refunded me. The process was frustrating and my complaint stands.Original: They sold me waterproof boots from their brand that leaked on first wear. They offered me store credit but conveniently all the other boots were more than the price I paid for my boots. So they sold me faulty merchandise and then expected me to give them even more money to pay for the same brand that might leak again. Starting to suspect their sale was for faulty shoes to begin with. The member who dealt with me was doing her best, but she was restricted by the manager. Be careful of buying waterproof shoes here.

Very good selection of high quality womens shoes..for walking and casual wear mostly. Have counted on them for years. They also have great quality handbags.Good sales. Very helpful sales gals!!!
