Brianna is a top notch professional who is extremely knowledgeable, offering her expertise in aiding and narrowing down exactly what it is you’re wanting. She spent an hour with me, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I ended up buying a pair of slip ones for myself and a pair of boots for my wife. But I’ll be back (with my wife this time) to pick up 2 more pair of uppies for her and myself. I just couldn’t land on the color I wanted while in the store. But Brianna was unphased at the time spent with me and it showed. Huge UPS to Brianna and staff!! P.S. I’m an avid kicks collector with approximately 40+ pair in the range of about $25k+ in value.

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for (Puma trainers) but Muji is a really dope salesman and I walked out happy with a pair of Adidas. Keep it up!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THIS STAFF IS VERY RUDE! When I arrived at the store, the man that do wouldnt let me in; said that they were at capacity. Then, he let someone else in before me. Like you have to look like a low-life rapper to enter the business. I entered the store and was NEVER greeted. When I found what I wanted, no one wanted to help me get my size. I couldve went and got it myself, but thats not the normal protocol. I ended up walking out of the store because Im not spending my money in an establishment that the owner doesnt care about. You can tell the owner dont care about his business at all. We can all vouch to get a better business in the area - one worthy of the respect of the people in this community. Its a shame to have a shoe store in your neighborhood, but you cant purchase anything there because you have a bunch of RUDE children from the hood working there. Hire ADULTS to work in your store!

Never open on time and close hr early all the time

Has a pretty good selection of shoes, staff was pleasant. Main negative of my visit was that none of the shoes I was interested in were available in my size. Kind of a bummer as I wear a 12, not the most non-standard of sizes.

I tried on and chose three pairs of shoes before I found a pair that they actually had in stock. The saleswoman was friendly and helpful but whoever manages this place needs to figure out a system that lets the employees know what they do and do not have in stock. I actually spent less money than I meant to because they just didnt have the shoes to sell that they had displayed for sale. All in all I was disappointed by my experience here.

The Shoe Palace on Telegraph Ave in the Temescal district is 5 star. They greet you when you walk in the door and are exceptional in customer service. The Bay Street store could use some customer service tips from this location.

I always go in hoping I’ll see great, exclusive sneakers. And I always leave disappointed - it’s a big place, and to fill the walls they display the same models repeatedly on the walls (giving the impression that they don’t have a lot of different styles). Three stars is the bestest I can give to them - more of a 2.5 if it was possible.

Most of the help in there is good to go but this last time, kid was taking to me like I was 16; disrespectful. But like I said, positive spot.

Went into today to try on some shoes and they only let me try on one shoe. I asked if I could try on the other shoe and was told they have been experiencing theft and their policy is only one shoe at a time. How about hire some security? Sales associate was also very rude. I was very disappointed with the service and will never come back. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time.

This place has a smug atmosphere and I didnt feel welcome. There was plenty of staff around, but they just dont care much. My wife has also been here on other occasions to find my kids shoes and got the same impression. I really want to shop here, but the staff was not helpful or friendlyIts also worth noting that they dont carry many shoes in sizes over 12.

Their selection isnt what it was when it opened and they didnt have a single shoe in my size which is a mens 11 to 11.5 which is a very common size. Customer was good though but after not having my size in 4 different types of shoe I gave up on asking. I wanted to support a local business but Ill just have to buy online.

They have great customer service and also a great atmosphere. I met my friend there that I havent seen since 4th grade. Now Im in 8th. They help with shoe fitting and have a great amount of shoes. The environment is cool with nice clean floors and see through walls and other nice accessories like socks, tiny shoes for your window, and shirts, hats, and figurines of nba players. Overall the place is very great.

Place is small, passed it up a few times, no parking, had to park in the tow away area at the laundry mat.My kids ran out the store ( with nothing) and i had to chase them ( with nothing in my hand), i came back they had a chick and some dude standing by the door like LP. Lol. 😖 its cool i bought some shoes and left.

The clerks were Not educated on customer service their young I understand I waited 20 minutes while they were on their phones!!sad I wont be shopping with them No time soon

This was not a good experience at all. We almost had to beg them to sell them some shoes to us. Employees were not happy to bring us shoes to try on... we still spend almost $200 dollars on shoes but we wont be visiting again :(
