We took our vehicle as it seemed to come defective from toyota (brand new car 2021 highlander) and they fixed an issue with the door where it didnt seem to close properly when you let the door close on its own. Really satisfied with the service and work done on our vehicle

I recently went to have my windshield replaced on my Lexus SC only to find out I couldnt, due to some rust on the window frame from a previous, poorly done replacement.Needles to say I was worried. I called Geremo, and his crew was able to mitigate the rust through some light body work and treat it with rust chemicals. They worked with Peter Pan Glass to install the new windshield and it came out amazing! And it was done in 1 day! Other shops wouldnt even touch this or gave outgrageously high qoutes. I got this fixed at Pacific Collision for a very reasonable price. If you have any body needs, dont hesitate to bring your car here, you will be treated well and Geremo & crew are very friendly and professional.I have plans to come back here in the near future for bumper resprays and am very excited, I know it will be very high quality. My car was making a noise when going over bumps - something was rubbing against a tire. Some plastic piece had come lose. The nice gentleman at the shop took a look, and then tried find the right piece to clip it back in place. About 5 minute and quite a few plastic pieces later he found the right one. That should hold it he declared.Really grateful. I know it wasnt a life and death situation, but it sure did bring piece of mind.

The front desk lady was really nice, answered all my questions regarding repairs and insurance matters. Helpful staff and good customer service.
