My friends recommended Oakland Panel Craft when I was rear ended on the Freeway. I had never been in an accident before, so I had no idea how to handle the insurance process or what I was supposed to do. The girl in the office helped me with everything I needed every step of the way and answered all of my questions and then some. I now feel confident that if I ever need anything car related I know EXACTLY where to go!! SOO HAPPY and PLEASED with the work theyve done, we too will be recommending our friends and family to come here!!They also SANITIZED and DETAILED my car and it looks better than when we purchased the car!!

My car was broken into and my insurance didnt end up covering it so I went to Oakland Panel Craft and they took care of me and my car. They talked me down, went over the whole process and answered all of my questions. They gave me a great price and my window was fixed in a day! They made it so easy for me, its difficult (especially nowadays) to find good customer service and I was seriously blown away with this shop! Brenden and Brianna do an excellent job of both body work and handling the claims process. Both areas require a wide array of technical skills, and they both understand the process and maintain a professional demeanor. Furthermore, they comprehend how challenging the process of collision repair can be from the not-at-fault car owner perspective. I could write for pages about why they are excellent. To summarize: great attitude, candid, professional, and they do great body work. My car has been hit several times while parked and each time they did the repair work, including matching a metallic factory paint. When it was done the repair was complete, and the fit and finish excellent, as well. These are good people running a good business, and I recommend them without reservation.

Ive been coming to Oakland Panel Craft for both small and big jobs and these guys are the absolute Best! Ive used them for small parking lot scrapes and insurance related accidents. Their customer service is outstanding and I recommend these guys to all of my friends and family!

Over priced, dont waste your time theres much cheaper places on san pablo ave, they left dust from repairs on my new parts

Scamartist charged me for a new emblem then put my old emblem back on improperly with the tape showing, new emblems have sticky backside no tape needed
