What a great and trustworthy shop! The head guys, Jose and Robert, are so nice and knowledgeable. Our SUV ended up needing pretty major front end repairs, and when other shops said nothing could be done, these guys saved the day!! They even assembled and installed custom Off-road bumpers that we were wanting to get. And they kept us updated by text and with photos from the shop during the entire process. Really great service and reasonable prices. Thanks so much guys!!

First and foremost, the customer service is excellent.I was able to communicate with the owner and get all the details of the process along with updates with my insurance BEFORE MY INSURANCE.They were able to work with me in a pretty bad situation (my car got hit by a deer) and it looked like it was going to be a total loss. Roberto was able to work with my insurance to make sure that wouldnt happen and repair the car (2019 Hyundai Elantra). I only had the car a few months so to experience a total loss would be bad.I dont know the ins and outs of body work but it was pretty clear to me that not only the owner but the staff knew how to take a wreck and make it look pristine again.When I got my car back, it was freshly washed and looks like it had just come out of the lot when I first purchased it.Overall an excellent shop, I had previously used Caliber Collision in Oakland but I will be bringing my car back to Fruitvale Collision Center after this EXCELLENT experience.

Robert was great. We drove across the country from Chicago with some issues and he got us right in and taken care of for a very reasonable price.

Went here for a front bumper that was falling off my car. OEM repair shops and other body shops quoted me 1000-1200$ for repair costs and replacement but Robert did it in 20 minutes and was super kind and professional. I initially contacted them on yelp and they immediately knew and approached me when I pulled in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to get anything fixed/modified on their car.

This review is long overdue.In dec 2019, they fixed some scruffs and paint scratches for free.The front bumper needed to be taken out and reattached. Their quote was super reasonable. They returned the car on time and as promised.I would go back to them anytime.

I know everyone situation is different, so rather than me sit here and say how amazing my experience was with fruitvale collision (and it was more than amazing ) My advise is to experience it your self. Go and see them, the gentlemans name is Robert. And I promise youll leave feeling much better, than you did when you came. And thats before they paint the car. and as for the finished product. Well Im that beautiful red C63 you cant stop staring at!

I took my prius here after I dented the bumper. I thought I needed a new bumper cover but they kept that baby out of the landfill and made it look great! Unlike most body shops, they dont make it impossible to get work done without a fat insurance settlement. They are fair, honest and ethical. I highly recommend Fruitvale Collision to everyone I know.

Its not a place with a fancy lounge, but what you get is good, competant, honest advice, and work. I shouldve done a review for Robert a long time ago with all the mishaps Ive presented. It took me a lot of calls to decide on using these guys, and I was quite satisfied with my choice. Quick turnaround, the paint job looks great, and I was treated to some tacos!

The guys are great I called spoke with Robert he allowed me to send in pictures of my damage. He gave me an estimate (the best around town!) I asked could he squeeze me in for right now he asked if I could make it in in 15 minutes. I said yes and the rest was history in and out.
