I got into an accident and had to pay for a couple of cars. Adrian and the guys at the shop were helpful and the work was impeccable. I got estimates from four different places and all of the other nicer looking shops quoted me double of what I was quoted at Adrians. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Adrian custom autoshop worked on our Prius. Not only were they not great, they also took more than a month and ripped us off. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I have never heard of a shop that wants to claim your deductible amount when they were a shop of your choosing. Isnt that one of the reasons why people decline to take recommended shops by their insurance companies?

Take my blue Acura MDX To do Body frame and a paint job. They did a terrible job, Im very disappointed and I don’t recommend anybody go there. They being Try and rip you off too

Adrians shop was working on our car, a body repair. And never have we been this disappointed with other auto-shop with pricing, time, unprofessionalism, etc. If they give you an estimate, plz do not trust them, they will simply tell you, oh, it was just an estimate!. And the worst part, when you start questioning their endless request for money they will insist on cash payment and they will not provide you reciept. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Their prices were the most competitive in the Bay Area, customer service and work were excellent.

Just got my Honda worked on for some body damage. Great family run business. Most of all very honest and fair. Really value how straightforward Martina was and super friendly. Even a nice clean waiting area. Definitely highly recommend.
