I am very happy I chose this company. My sons 1st birthday party was great! The guy arrived early and began setting up. I was delayed and he patiently waited until I got there. We got the Spoiled Brat package (chose the train ride and clown) and everyone had a blast. The face painter was very nice she even rounded everyone up to sing Happy Birthday to my son.** Word of advice if you can fit hiring the safety attendant for the bounce house into your budget do it. We of course kept an eye on the kids but it was not stressful the adults were able to relax a little. I highly recommend this company.

All star bounce is wonderful! They have amazing bounce houses, great service and affordable packages. Very professional and timely.

I don’t even know how they even have a business because their customer service and communication is horrible. At 6pm on 3/3/18 they told us they were running behind and would be dropping off the bounce house at 7:30/8pm. I had to call from a different number at 815 because they were ignoring our calls. The man on the other line said that he never told us a drop off time which is a complete lie. He then said he would be there “within the hour”. 9:30 showed up and again, he ignored the phone calls. Never made an attempt to call back or say they weren’t coming. Never provided services even though it was confirmed the day before.
