I gave Mike a call, explained my issue and he told me to come on by. I did. Before he unloaded my mower he wanted to make sure it was something he could work on. Drove across the county because the reviews were so good only to find them closed. I rechecked the internet and all says open until 4:30, I left work early and rushed and arrived @ 4:10 but all locked up. There was a hand written sign on the door that said that the hours are until 4, maybe they should discover the internet and update their hours. Might try them again but cant afford to leave early from work again for a little while now that I am back to work.

Mike and everyone working there were very professional and did a Quality quality job on the troubleshooting and repair on my mower. Very fair with prices and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Will definitely go back seems like a first-class operation here.

Before I found Lauderdale Lakes small engine I tried several other local repair shops. They were plagued with modern issues for business of this type. Expensive repairs for equipment that can be replaced or bought new for the cost of repair. Lack of knowledge on the repair itself, attitude of Just put a new carb on it Not the case with lauderdale Small Engine Repair.Lauderdale Lakes Small Engine Repair actually did what I asked them to do which was tune, adjust the high and low jets, on the newly rebuilt american made Walbro carb. They charged me $25 for the diagnosis and $4.06 for the repair work. Totally fair. Other shops just wanted to put a new carburetor on the chainsaw. Carburetors are not being made with the proper linkage for this model Homelite chainsaw but rebuild kits are.Dont let the look of the place deter you from using lauderdale Lakes Small Engine Repair. This is one way they can keep their prices in check. Do yourself a favor and use them. You wont be disappointed

These fine people are amazing! Hurricane is arriving in a couple days and they are slammed! Walked in with a dirty carburetor and they grabbed it, cleaned it and charged a VERY fair price. In and out in less than 40 min! Most people in south Florida would have taken advantage of the customer in this situation, but the actions of this company have gained them a customer for life!

These guys are amazing, I brought my Generac generator in to them because it was sitting a while. I couldn’t get it running properly even after I put a brand new carburetor on it. Very quick service and turn around, Great communication and very honest. Even had the old part in a box when I arrived and didn’t even have to ask for it. I highly recommend you guys. Thanks again
