This store is great! Two of the members were incredibly helpful when I was there. I unfortunately can’t remember their names.But one lady had on a mask with space designs on it and the young man’s name started with a K. Their suggestions were perfect and our home turned out beautifully. Everybody is so nice and helpful here! I found my new favorite paint store.

They don’t have a quart of white flat paint.... ? What LOL ..... like going to McDonalds and they don’t have ketchup.

In my opinion the best paint shop. Their employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. Dave helped us out and even though we werent commercial painters he treated us like we were pros and gave us tips on our home rehab. Thanks!!

Excellent place to get what you need delivered and put in your car as you sit outside.

The guy was helpful. We found exactly what we wanted. And SW paints are generally just better quality paints than most you find in a big box store.

I need 1 gallon of Optimus paint and I had to purchase 5 gallons because the paint was sold only in 5 gallons. Company not accommodating customers with small needs.

Mike was so helpful on the phone as I prepared to go in informed and prepared. He was a kind, informed and patient rep - much better than the big home improvement venues and the quality is top notch and when on sale even better priced than mainstream paints. 🙏🏼👍🏼😎

The guy in the store didnt acknowledge me and heard me clearly calling to him and took his time to answer as if I was begging him for something. With service like that Im sure they dont need my money so I went to lowes instead.

Ive never been in the store and helped before waiting at least thirty minutes. They open later than posted hours and close earlier. They evidently have enough business that customer service doesnt matter.
