Experienced an issue with my A/C unit. It just shutdown and was showing no power to the thermostat. They quickly booked an appointment for the same day and even showed up early. They diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it right away. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Xavier was courteous, professional and did an excellent job of getting my A/C up and running again. I called Air Magic on very short notice and they were able to get a technician out to see me within a matter of hours. My A/C is now working as it should and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely use them again and refer to others.

Everton was top notch! He arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He shared information with me using very user-friendly terms which I really appreciated since Im not versed in much air-conditioning vocabulary/lingo. In addition to doing the standard maintenance on my unit, Everton gave me advice on regularly flushing the drain pipe as well as what my options were for different kinds of filters I could be using. He also tied down the drain pipe with an extra ziptie to make sure it didnt move about at all. Everton provided me with A+ service by any measure!

When my a/c unit went down this Morning, in a new residence, my first reaction was...ok I will leave that out. My AC stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called Air Magic at 8am Monday. They promised a technician would arrive at 2pm and he did exactly at 2pm. Diagnosed the problem in short order. He had a replacement on his truck. I had a working AC by 2:30pm. Excellent!!!

Got called for scheduled maintenance. i approved they showed up about a month later. Tech comes does his thing, all looked fine and left. Not one hour later my unit starts leaking water like crazy. i called they came back he tells me he cant do anything to use towels as a temporary solution until he can get reschedule a fix and get someone out there. Towels seriously, another month passed by and no Tech. i called the lady answered, i explained she said why did i wait so long i had explained since they took so long the first time i imagined thats how they ran their schedules. She had the audacity to tell me that the solution would take a two man job and that I would have to cover all the expenses, I said excuse me the unit was working just fine before your tech came in and mess with it. She said that it couldnt have been caused by them. I told her i would be willing to cover expenses minus labor for their messing with the unit. She said they couldnt do that, so i told her have a good day and hung up. This company is no good...

Very thorough evaluation was completed, with no problems detected, and l’m very satisfied with their professionalism and how everything was handled. This is the big reason I have been a satisfied customer these many years. There’s only one air condition company in south Florida and that’s Air Magic..

The Technician was visibly annoyed by me asking question about what was to be performed for the maintenance/tune up. His answers were short and unresponsive. He immediately told me my AC unit needs to be replaced. The only purpose for these so called maintenance or tune up service is to recommend a major service job. For the $75 he vacuum the drain pipe, check the freon level and visually inspected the A/C unit. it is not worth the money. for $49, Home Depot will perform the same unnecessary service.

Great service! When I had purchased a new house and had a problem with the A/C they arrived quickly and found the problem. I appreciated their honesty when they looked up the failed part and told me it was still under warranty and didnt try to sell me a new one.

Honest, professional and they know their stuff. They fixed my A/C for $145 in 2016 after the company that sold it to me for $4,000 tried to fleece me out of $940 by dishonestly telling me that I needed a new evaporator coil on a system that was three years-old (ten year warranty but it only covers the parts). Im just getting around to writing this now because I need a tune-up and went online to get their phone number. Did I mention they were honest?
