Have been using thier products for years and have never had a problem, and thats saying something because Im really rough on my gear. Had the opportunity to actually go to thier store today and was super hyped to get thier new Warhead Slip tip. I was greeted by Michael and he showed me the new gear and I was all in, then right when I was about to checkout he informed me that I could trade in my old tip for the new one and not spend a dime. I was floored, never experienced customer service like this from any company before. Needless to say I then bought a new roller polespear and a bunch of other things. If you are an avid spearo or a novice like me, look no further they are the best in the business and their customer service is even better.
