The worker was very nice but she does not know how to make a Matcha. My matcha was no where near green it was more milky than anything. I have matcha everyday and most Dunkins I go to makes them to the T.

I prefer the vanilla. Its a swirling wonderland of sparkling, white pleasure. Let it fill your senses with cascading fluffy pillows of comfort and excitement as you have never felt before. But with that being said, we can never know what to want, because, living only one life, we can neither compare it with our previous lives nor perfect it in our lives to come. In other words, to get the REAL taste of Baskin Robbins, try each and every flavor. And if they get your order wrong, stop being a baby and get up, go to the nearest supermarket, and make the sundae yourself.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! I have ordered TWICE tonight from Baskin Robbins in Oakland Park Cookies n Cream ice cream. First time I got chocolate chip cookie dough delivered, Second time I got chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Last week I ordered 2 scoops of cookies n cream and 1 vanilla and received 2 scoops of vanilla and 1 cookies n cream. I have tried calling this location after placing my orders on Door Dash and no one answers the phone. The one time I did get a hold of someone, they HUNG UP the phone after trying to politely speak to the woman over the phone. The customer service is absolutely terrible and I would NOT recommend ordered from this location. I cant even imagine what the people going into the store are experiencing. I have never seen ANY place get orders incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME! Unreal. Cant make this up. Youve got ONE job...

I came to this baskin robbins on a warm but breezy spring evening with my girlfriend, who looked stunning in her neon pink golden girls oversized T shirt.After just minutes of waiting in line its our turn, and WE ARE READY! We both order our respective ice cream. I go for a classic jamoca, and the gf goes for a 50/50 two scooper of vanilla and chocolate.She orders no whipped cream to which theres an abundance of melted whipped cream immediately spilling on her GG t shirt upon opening the lid, and I get a jamoca oreo mix which is fine cuz oreos are tight.Overall a pretty solid experience, except both of our orders were wrong and or melted

There was a long wait even though I was the only one inside then when I placed my order the staff immediately took the orders of two people that just came in. I was the last to get my stuff despite ordering first and getting only a bacon and cheese roll up and I ordered a sweet tea but they gave me unsweetened ice tea. They also messed up the orders of the people in front of me.Instead of coming here drive 3 minutes west and go to the other Dunkin.

Worst Baskin Robbins in the world. I ordered from here on Postmates at 10 at night and although it is a 24 hours branch apparently they ran out of the flavors that i wanted and only had chocolate chip and vanilla left. They didnt even give me the toppings that i wanted. Clear signs of laziness and someone not stocking up on the icecream flavors or the person working there was lying about having ran out of every single ice cream flavor except chocolate chip and vanilla.

Thought they were open. Was wrong.

Baskin robins is and will always be good ice cream however this store the lady that was serving today was completely lost ...horrible service!

Went in late night waiting in the lobby for minutes and finally got my order taken from the gentlemen who seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. Made the products and they were completely wrong. Got home and realized my cookie dough sundae was Reese’s and I’m allergic to nuts. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bad customer service. We went in for the new creature ice creams and they didnt have any flavors and the guy didnt know where anything was and it clearly says free head bad for each perches of ice cream and they kept telling me no that its part of the ice cream. Kids were def disappointed including myself. Especially when trying to have kids have a good experience like it shows on TV. Its bs. Oh and they also didnt have monster options my sons had to get mermaids. They were not happy about that

The variety of ice cream is what always makes it difficult to choose. I went to this location the other day with a relative and it was almost closing time but the staff associate who attended us was very patient and friendly. Didnt really mind that we were indecisive about what to order. Since they were wrapping things up for the night, they were nice to provide us with a discount and extra ice cream to go. Which was to our surprise. I dont think they usually do that but we were lucky I guess!!!

I don’t give bad reviews unless it is truly needed. I have been here before and never had an issue. But tonight I went to get a sweet treat and right away the gentleman was giving a “please leave I don’t want to be here” attitude. It was a bit late but when I asked what flavors there were- as it was the drive through side window without any visible menu- specifying for the cones, he was so quiet I could barely hear him. He had a exasperated tune and again the best way to describe was “when is this over” look.I ordered a waffle cone and a sugar cone. The waffle cone I was going for was the large waffle cone and was handed a barely placed roll of ice cream on top of the sugar cone and a sugar waffle cone.It was late and the ice cream was good but the service made me very uncomfortable and want to honestly just leave.I normally don’t have any issue here but tonight the gentle man was not very professional.I will say the ice cream is still delicious.

Asked for a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Sundae; they made half of a Reeses and half of a Snickers sundae, with about 6 gallons of caramel syrup...on a peanut butter sundae.

Went in as a happy customer with my girlfriend for our typical Ice cream date, it has now ended at Walgreens at the pharmacy after telling employee my girlfriend cant eat nuts ... he proceeds and gives her ice cream with nuts.. after ASKING this has no nuts right ? Horible service.. he needs to be replaced asap.. baskin robbins what happened ?

I order a brownie sunday on door dash. I got a regular sunday NO BROWNIE. I understand that sometimes this is not available. However I mark to contact me if order couldnt get done as I ask for and you guys still went and sent whatever you wanted. When I call they said to bring my receipt in the morning to get another one. REALLY! I sisnt wanted the next morning I wanted it when i order it. Im in the service industry if something is not available it is the customers choice to pick something else they want. NOT SERVING WHATEVER YOU THINK

Why advertise and its not what you expected. They didnt have the flavor ice cream I wanted, no hot fudge, no caramel, and no bowls for a banana split. I swear if I wasnt craving ice cream I wouldve walked out.

Coffee could have been made better. The night guy does not make a macchiato correctly. He makes it like a cappuccino.
