Right from the beginning I had a pleasurable experience. I was greeted immediately by a smiling face eager to assist me. Jessica was helpful from start to finish ensuring that the font, material and colors were everything that I wanted. You cant beat the prices for customization anywhere local or on the internet! DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT use this company. I spent well over $500 on clothing and it was horrible. I had shirts that came back with press marks, stains, and wrong design logos. They even tried to wash the stains out or tell me it’s not that bad. I still have shirts that haven’t even been made and they never reached back out to me. I’ll be sure to make them known in Ft. Lauderdale for HORRIBLE service.

Walked in and asked for some hats, tee shirts and a jacket. She got the design and lettering I wanted and said she would email me when her designer creates it. Weeks later I still had not gotten word so I went in. She said she didnt know what font that it was and asked a few more questions about the embroidered design I wanted. We apparently got it all straightened out so, I guess we were at square one again. A few more weeks went by and I hadnt heard anything so, I went back into the store. She asked me the same exact questions, and I gave her the same exact answers. Back to square one a month later. Ugh. Another month had passed and I still have not heard from her so, I again, went into the store. She started to ask me the same questions again, and I reminded her of this, then told her I would spare her the trouble by giving up on the idea of getting anything done and I left. I just wish she didnt waste 2 months of my time. All for nothing.

10 STARS!!!! Tami, Christina, and Fred are true Rockstars!! They printed my shirts and also embroidered polos for me multiple times. They even embroidered an emergency service for me SAME DAY. I cant thank them enough. You wont be disappointed with their level of service and quality. Will always refer them to everyone.

I had a great experience with Remix. As big as they are, they took time to handle a small job for me and turned it around in a day! They really did a great job and the prices were very reasonable. I have since brought them more work and have referred them to others.

Extremely rude and unprofessional is the owner when I called several times and sent many emails to get a credit back on my credit card on a Oder they completely messed up. It’s been 2 months and I still didn’t receive my credit back. And when I called to remind them. They were very abrasive and rude seamed like they just don’t want to refund me my money for there mistake. Also the demand full payment upfront and take months to complete a order. Never again.

I have been ordering shirts from Remix T-Shirt Company for years. Tami is AWESOME! Their great customer service and quality of product keeps me coming back. When they say it will be done it is.They aim to please.

I walked into this place by chance yesterday because all the other printing shops refused to do a single print on a jacket for me as a gift for a friend. Every other business turned me away, but when I walked into remix, Tami welcomed me with open arms. She was the only one there at the moment and was swamped with work but still found the time to talk to me about my single print on a windbreaker. Nobody wanted to help me, but Tami made sure that we can figure out the perfect product for the gift. We chatted for a bit, found what we were looking for, gave her expertise on the fabric and the size that would fit my friend. Placed the order, and texted me the next day in the morning just to confirm a few details with the logo and the placement. It’s been a while since I’ve received such credible service, and man, I owe this lady a whole lot for taking care of me the way she did. I’ll never do business with anyone else other than Tami at remix! Thanks Tami!!!!

RATED #1 IN DIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PURE B.S.the girl at the corporate office never calls back, never emails back, says she is going to do something and never delivers, says she sent it or emailed it and never did or does.I dont know why I gave this company so many chances, there are so many other marketing and print type companies out there who just do their job and get the job done in a timely manor, especially when you pay in pay in full and they take their sweet time.Dont trust them, I would never recommend them to anyone in my life NOT worth the hassle.Absurd charges to AMEX card on file with NO INVOICE explaining, when I called the owner he continued to give me the run around about how I need to call his corporate office once invoice is received, prices are instantly inflated and hidden charges have occurred.Someone please tell me how do companies like this survive?

A true disappointment...The owner Fred made all these fake promises....our shirt design was printed completely wrong...and no responsibility was taken on the owners part...all he offered was a discount on our next order and free tag removal...and now I have $300 of worthless shirts.If it wasnt for his daughter Jessica helping me with our hat order, I would have gave this place one star.

If there was a negative button it would have been pressed already! They messed up our order and gave us grey T-Shirts instead of white, they charged my card without even billing me, or informing me at all and missed over three agreed deadlines! Thankfully I have my product, but I will be sure not to do business with them again. STAY AWAY!
