Gave a deposit for a quartz waterfall in early December with his promise to complete by December 23rd. Over 100 days later and no waterfall and no refund of the deposit. Francisco lied about refunding the deposit and now hangs up on me if I call and he accidently answers. Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.
Francisco did my kitchen almost a month ago, he did not bother to hook up the dishwasher back to the granite. so if you open the dishwasher it’s falling out the space. I called and text him, he promised he would return and take care of it.. he has not returned to complete his job. I am very frustrated because I have small kids and I don’t want them to pull it and the dishwasher fall on them. This is not the way to do business. he is not a man who keeps his word. If I had to use the dishwasher I would’ve known it’s not fitted up and hold his check. I would never recommend him to no one.
Cracked the granite upon install, and the owner Francisco promised to fix it later. Three months and 50 calls later he sent someone who did not fix the crack. He then backtracked and said the granite was cracked before install. If so, why didnt he point this out? So, he is now lying on top of avoiding follow through. I heartily regret having paid for the job before it was done. I did this because he said I could trust him and that he really needed the money. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. P.S. Homeadvisor is a paid site, and they do not publish honest reviews that are negative, like this one. The reviews on that site are highly suspect.
I was looking to have a kitchen that had a wow factor. M.A.D. Stones Corp came through with flying colors. We are amazed how everything came out. Our kitchen is now our focal point when having guests. We love it!Thank you,Bill
Horrendous customer service with no job follow-through. Four+ months have gone by with no return calls, texts or emails from Francisco, despite having promised to finish in a timely manner after paying him in full. Yes, in full, becuse he swore he would finish. FYI, get an agreed timeline ahead of time, and do NOT pay until job is completed to satisfaction. Get all the details ironed out first, because they will miss the obvious things like backsplashes, that you expect a granite fabricator to know about.
