Rented a U-Haul from Dispatch yesterday. Truck was clean and ran well. Check-out and check-in was quick and easy. The woman who helped me (I should have asked for her name) was very kind, efficient, professional, and accommodating. I really appreciate it.

They are the best in the business!! I have been using different services with them and I have never been disappointed. Dropped three items to ship out paid for one to be shipped and the other two came with a label two out of three items made it to usps to be shipped when i called he was very admit about making sure i paid for shipping for all three and if i didn’t pay him for shipping the item that he had no part in if a item came up missing so after 10min of back and forth he told me to call usps to find a package that should have a been delivered to my sender today lol this guy is a complete joke highly suggest just going to usps or anywhere other than here!!!

Beware guys when you drop off your Uhaul equipment after the business hours. They will steal your money. Don’t even think to rent from them or drop the key. For 7 years I have been renting from uhaul in different location I never had an issue. First time it happen with this location. It was Sunday when I return it. Knocked the door nobody answer me so I drop the key from the window Just 5 min after I got notification in my phone that my credit card was charged for $96 which mean he was inside watching me when I left he checked the truck and steal my money.

This man is a SCAM. Please do not buy a puppy online. They said they would take it here and have it shipped. Once they say the puppy arrives they tell you to pay $840 for a crate ! Once I sent it to him they asked for another $1000 ! Please do not use this company !!!!
