This is one of the cleanest well organized stores I have been into. The employees are friendly and helpful. I cant get over how clean the store was . Went to check out and thought wow long line but cant believe how quick it went... Keep up the good work guys ... I will be back again and again and again.....

The store is reasonably clean, but could be a bit better organized. I went in for mens jeans and couldnt find any, but did find some really cute clothes otherwise. The prices however are getting crazy for a thrift store, I can get the same prices at Ross for something brand new. I didnt know the price for any of the clothes until I got to the register, they need to make that more obvious when shopping. The cashier was nice, but very slow, I could hear others in line complaining about the wait too. You also have to purchase a bag if you need one since they dont have any regular plastic or paper bags 🤦‍♀️

Goodwill is 90% clothing. However they no longer have fitting rooms. Goodwill closed them a year ago. When you purchase clothes, Goodwill gives you 5 days if you want to return clothes. Personally I dont want the hassle to return items. Ill shop elsewhere.

Great place! You can find good quality used clothing for the low, low. There is even a designer rack. But yeah about anything you would need if you dont have a gonna about used merchandise. Not me!

The only good things I have to say about this store is that it is clean and the staff Ive met have been friendly. The negatives are many. Prices are handwritten on items with permanent marker. You can generally disregard the size markers on the clothes racks because they have been mostly organized by color and are not individually marked with sizes. Its nearly impossible to find anything without looking at and digging inside each garment to find the size. So frustrating! Its so different from other Goodwill stores Ive been to that are so much better organized, with individual prices clearly tagged on all items and sizes written on the price tags of the clothes items. I wish this store would adopt that practice.

I like these store!! The personal are friendly,clean place and you can get good treasure for low price!

Changing rooms are closed and they tell you that you can get your money back if it doesn’t fit but when I tried to return items they refused a return and said they don’t do returns on anything except electronics. Total scam now I’m stuck with a bunch of clothes that don’t fit me, I honestly believe their purposely leaving their fittings room closed so this exact scenario can happen

Literally 1 second after we walked into the store we were asked to put on a mask. The president of the United States says that we dont have to wear masks anymore if weve been vaccinated. It was followed by her calling her manager who was off duty. Apparently thats not the case here. Whether your vaccinated or not you have to wear a mask year. Its kind of useless getting vaccinated then right? Its funny how the workers here wear the same glove for hours without changing them.

Organized but items are very low quality!

Theres no Goodwill in shopping here. You are too overpriced Goodwill. You get your items for free. $8-10 for an Old Navy top. Stop using your charity status to rip people off. Youre a corporation. Period. You get your items for FREE and sell them for profit to grow your Corporation. Your writes off are immense. ridiculous!

One of the worst nightmares as we walked in and walking around this man dressed all black and with a mustache straight up with attitude. He said we were “on his way and trying to worry for the safety of others” if that’s so there wasn’t a need for the behavior there was. Goodwill knows better i’ve always been a customer and never had one selfish immature person.

Employees are so nice they pointed out items that were on sale that I was interested in and helped me when I couldnt find my phone. theyre wonderful

This large store is about 3/4ths clothing. Most of the glassware, dinnerware, etc., is new junk made in China or India like youd buy at Target, TJMaxx, Marshalls and on and on. Hardly ever anything vintage in this store to be found. None of the Goodwills in the Broward-Miami district carry used jewelry anymore.The management tries to educate the cashiers about watching the line and calling for help when the line gets long but they rarely do so. Theres usually only one cashier so the wait is usually 15 minutes plus, if you are lucky.This store doesnt provide bags for your purchases so be sure to bring your own. Sometimes they have Goodwill shopping bags at .99 cents each plus tax. They are also often out of wrapping paper, which is usually newspaper. The district this Goodwill is in doesnt supply wrapping paper or bags to its stores like the Goodwills do in Palm Beach County, nor do they offer the discount membership program like they do in Palm Beach County where you get discounts on all your purchases, along with accumulating points to get money off your purchase.

Too pricey eight dollars for a turtle neck?? And reg shirts. I shop here because my budget I cant pay this price when ross stores you can get new clothes for less than Goodwill. I will continue to go to American thrift they at least reward you and have specials for seniors.

Laid out neatly but I didnt find anything

I have to say, they have a spectacular mens shirt section. Seriously! Every color you never knew existed they have a shirt that is that color. Long sleeve, short. Polo and business button down sport jerseys galore and t shirts! T shirts up the ying/yang in that place. If you need an entire outfit for work they got you more then covered. Outfit to play in - Bam! They got you. Want to paint the town red. Bam boom bing! You will be late to meet your friends out at the club cuz there is too much fabulous to choose from! They have excellent shoes, too!

Very nasty store clerk. She was mad because there was a long line and my friend wanted to know price b4 she bought it so she got frustrated. I drop everything in my hand and walk out.

Always a good buy, my shorts button and zipper broke . So I really needed something to get me through the day a picked up 3 pairs of shorts for 11.00 and 2 of them were Old Navy.

Great 50% off sale for holiday weekend! I did not have much time today, picked up beautiful bamboo steamer and gift for a friend. In and out in less than 20 mins. Going back tomorrow to catch last day of sale.

This Goodwill is always so clean, nicely stocked, and color coordinated. I continue to have much success here with finds I keep for years! Will continue to shop here indefinitely.

Store is a little bit small for what they call a Superstore. Plenty of clothes, prices seemed a little high to me you cant try anything on and if you return something that doesnt fit you only receive store credit

Found an awesome, handstitched quilt there the other day. The only downside? They took out their totally awesome denim jean rack in the front...It was awesome and I always found really really nice jeans there!

I used to come here quite often before covid-19 so this was my first time back and I was very impressed they do social distancing check your temperatures wipe down the buggies they did a fantastic job made me feel very comfortable walking in there

This rating is simply based off the fact I watched an employee walk outside start sneezing repeatedly without covering her mouth and wiping her snot hands on her clothes with a pandemic going around that’s extremely disgusting that that’s how the employers operate as well as her having no mask on at all will never frequent this establishment or recommend anyone else does either

Great store and Ricky, their manager, is the best. My wife and I have been shopping here many years and always are treated well. Their items are usually better brands and the prices are so much better than even discount stores. Highly recommended!!!

Its a good sized and very organized Goodwill, however, I feel they are a bit deceptive by not having prices clearly marked. So I fill my basket assuming nothing in there costs more than $5 (from previous experiences), only to find out theyre charging $8 for shirts and dresses 🙄 Ive never in my life been to such an expensive Goodwill. I should have read the reviews before coming. Never again.

There is a huge selection of clothing and household items. This location is pretty large, so there is a lot of hidden treasure to discover. As with all thrift stores, the inventory is different every time you go, and theres always something great to discover.On my last visit, I was preparing to move and I went in to buy blankets to use as furniture blankets. My intention was to buy them, use them, then donate them back. I discovered in my collection that Id purchased 3 cashmere blankets in perfect shape. I kept those great little finds, and donated the others once I was done moving.Great thrift store! I recommend it.

I have donated household goods, clothing, computer equipment, kitchen items, and more for the five years since I moved to Fort Lauderdale. But, until I had a friend visiting from out of town over the holidays - who wanted to go inside while I was dropping off, I’d never been inside the retail portion of this location.All I can say is that I have missed out for 5 years - as I only experienced one side of. I’ve not gone into other areas of store yet, but, I assume it will be as well organized, clean, and easy shopping experience as the men’s area. The only negative was the very limited number of signs that refer to label/tag colors. There is a sign at entrance in very front of store (admittedly partially my fault for not looking for when I entered), lesson learned.Great facility and staff, going there today to drop off AND go inside!

While its not the best thrift shop in the area, Goodwill will get the job done. With a large selection of clothes, youll be able to find almost anything you need- from jeans to designer clothing.The store was clean and very big, but most of the store was clothing. They have a good selection of electronics and books as well, but it is lacking overall. In addition, the line was very long and took quite a bit of time to purchase what we needed.

The clothing prices for adults are ridiculous! $8 for a shirt? I could get a new one at Ross for that price. I understand this money goes to a good cause, but some families depend on the goodwill for clothing. Shame on you!

That entire organization is too top heavy on terms of wages

Clothes are not tagged with price, just one sign above jackets $7.00 and up so youre surprised with a heftier price at the register.They mark their inside lining with magic markers adding blemishes to the garments.I was told to throw the garments in the wash to get rid of the marker stains. The suit jackets were obviously meant for dry cleaning. I spent over $100.00 in merchandise only to be told they do not offer plastic bags for your purchases.She pulled out a small tote bag and wanted to charge me $1.00 for which my garments would not have fit in anyway.Instead my mother and I each grabbed a pile of the clothes and headed out to the car.All in all its a shabby way to do business and I wont be coming back!

Items dont have the price. On the clothes racks there is a price but when you go to the register is a higher price.

Latin Male Cashier and Manager not friendly. I was there when they were getting ready to close and was very rudely told by cashier to leave if I didnt like the price. I shop at this location very often and have no problem spending money there. The price wasnt the issue but his and his managers mean and inpatient attitude is! I will not shop their again.

One of the cleaner, more organized thrift/resale stores.I went in looking for a sports jacket and spent an hour since none of them are marked with the size.A little more effort in marking the size to remove the waste of time for looking.

At the risk of ruining my second hand secret, I must say that this is THE PLACE to find designer threads for under $10. I scored a French Connection UK dress for $8 in my size and a bounty of Anne Klein and Michael Kors blouses. The store is clean and bright, well organized, and well staffed by friendly folks. 5/5, will def be thrifting here again!

The price gouging thats going in here lately is ridiculous since opening back people come here to find good deals and this location 1099 is running customers away everything is over priced then when you ask them they look confused few weeks ago I was shopping here as well and people shopping were in the back talking about it were better off getting brand new things at this rate.

This is a horrible place and Im not going back. Since they reopened I encountered with a lot of problems. People who work there are extremely rude and lack of social skills, my husband and I were harassed and cursed by these 3 womens that belongs in the streets, disappointed at this place

The book department is very nice and organized, overall the entire store is very clean and neat!

Day before christmas, i find a dress with a tag from ross that said $5.99 so i think okay i can do anything less than that. Cashier tells me its $10 . More than the original price from ross. Thats rediculous. We go to thrift shops to find cheaper prices for used clothes and they up their prices from the original? Thats not how its supposed to work and thats not okay for goodwill.

Very nice store. Good prices, and well staffed. I just dont understand why they do not offer Gift cards, as in these times it is an efficient, and anonymous way to help the less fortunate. Just, sayin.

It was an pleasant experience going there. Some clothes were overpriced ($8-$10 for a shirt), they call it designer clothes. And they are not necessarily in a better condition. They are just made by a trendy brand.I was with my friend and, while we were paying, the cashier Jason (I think this was his name), with a heavy sarcastic humor kept pushing my friend to buy a defective piece of clothing. We tried to play cool and friendly.At the end he started to hit on my friend, asking her to go out with him for coffee and for her to put her phone number after her signature for the credit card. Creepy!Im not going back there.

Great Goodwill selection, but watch the shoe prices. Only $5 if higher price NOT written on bottom... Not unreasonably priced, but can be a surprise at the checkout.

Great store and great customer service. You will definitely find everything you need but remember that as December 1st, Goodwill stores no longer carry plastic bags, so pack a large bag because you will need it.

This place was awesome. I find so much cool stuff. Expensive though. Since Im from out of town I realize that I cant find it in Charlotte, nc so you only live once.

Ive been coming to this location for years and years, but I shop at them all. What you can expect here are 1. Higher than average prices and 2. A long checkout line almost always. They also leave broken and worthless items on the shelves for months and months. Whats good... its clean and the majority of the staff is friendly.

Good will its always being of life-saving for me when I need anything that is quick fast or just to a change right away its a perfect place to buy and find things that youre looking for weather is for the house clothing or furniture

The oysters was sandy, salmon burnt, service was terrible and food pricey. However nice outdoor seating near the beach. Would definitely chose a different place next time.
