I am VERY VERY dissatisfied. I had my entire place redone with Luxury Vinyl floors.One area of my house was a sunken living room that I asked to have leveled.What happened in my house was:1. Sunken living was put up but the floor was not left leveled. When I put my new furniture it will be ugly.2. Baseboards recommendation was to put MDF as it was cheaper. Jaime did not tell me that this was also a very bad BB. Now they look very ugly.3. Floor was installed over an existing one. Jaime did not tell me by doing this it would VOID manufacturers warranty.4. Floors are wavy. I feel I am on the beach.I tried to get him here to solve the issues, but COVID hit. Finally, he sent someone to check and I was told Jaime was going to call me. However, he NEVER called back.This is VERY VERY VERY unprofessional.____________________________________________This is reply to your message.A. Pics dont lieB. Point #1 on the top is your doing completelyC. Point #3 on top means you also did not know that. That means lack of experience. Maybe now you will tell your customers.D. Your technician came by ( and he agrees with me) a month ago and said you were going to call me. You never did. So you are just responding since you see I gave you this review.

We had a large portion of our house re-carpeted. The installers arrived on time and explained what they were going to do each day. They removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet over the course of 3 days. The job went smoothly and at an affordable price. They needed to do some heavy lifting as part of the job and that went smoothly. JZ Star Flooring did a great job and I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

I am not one for writing reviews, but the team from JZ Star Flooring was great. The owner (Jaime) was very processional and extremely detailed. He ensured that I was informed every step of the way. The install teams were also very processional and extremely hard working. We had both upstairs and downstairs done in a short period, and the house looks 10X better! Thank you JZ Flooring!

Very dissatisfied. We hired J.Z. Star Flooring to install porcelain tile throughout our new home. On top of not following the requested pattern, voided warranty due to incorrect installation, crooked tiles and unsafe sharp edges (lippage) on several tiles around the home(see pictures) the owner Jaime abandoned the job without a note, he wont return any communication and left us with an unfinished job, baseboards/materials/doors all over the place, our appliances rusting outside and a trashed home with all walls dirt with hands mark. We have always tried to work with him, he first told us he would find a solution, we waited him 2 hiurs for him to text he wouldnt come and never heard from him after that. Its clear to us he doesnt care about his customers, and wont keep any promises including honoring the 2 years warranty on installation they advertise. To top it up he tried to blast our honest review on Angies list, trying to blame us for the bad job. He says he is willing to help in the review response but he never showed up to discuss what could be done, neither talk to us. We couldnt regret more having hired them and dont recommend to anyone.

Jamie was great. He was very professional and knowledgable. He gave us a great deal and was flexible with install date. His installers were very nice and did a great job. After the floors were installed Jamie made sure we were completely happy. I will I family use JZ flooring again.

Perfect! Jamie was so professional and gave honest options and advice. He was easy to communicate with and always answered questions quickly. Jerry did an excellent job installing all flooring. Would certainly use again. Customer service like this is hard to find!! If you need flooring this is the place to call!!

Recently had a full condo wall to wall rug installed and kitchen flooring replaced. Contacted JZ Flooring and spoke with the owner, Jaime. He was very helpful. He offered a number of alternatives, explaining each. He visited our premises for measurements and provided a professional quote. He quickly provided the documents needed to secure Condo Management approval.The rug and flooring were installed by Jerry and his assistant. Performance was excellent, timely, and very well done. The project estimated to require a week, started on time, and completed as agreed. The result was outstanding.JZ Flooring earned our highest rating for the work performed and will be our first choice for future needs.

I have been renovating my house for a couple of years now, and J Z Star Flooring has been the best contractor by far to work with.Prior to my tile floor install, I had my terrazzo floors restored by another contractor and two of them did not turn out well - discolorations throughout. Luckily these two rooms were adjoining and and connected to another that I needed to get tile installed on anyways. So, I decided I was going to have to tile over these floors and it needed to be done ASAP as I had other projects already scheduled with the floors being finished as a prerequisite.I got in touch with Jaime at J Z at the end of one week. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and best of all, he made sure that work started the Monday of the following week - only a few days from first contacting them.The crew did amazing work, my floors look beautiful, and the work was done ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality in any way. I would definitely recommend J Z Star Flooring to anyone looking for tile floor installation services.
