We have been on the hunt for just the right fleet van for our business. We have searched and searched. I finally tracked one down on Facebook marketplace. I contacted the sales person Kat. From the get go, She was awesome. Very educated on the vehicle I was looking for, the options we needed and she actually listed to me when I told her what price range we wanted to be in. The particular vehicle we inquired about was sold, so she went on the hunt for one similar. Within a few hours, she found the exact match to what we needed. The price was right, financing was on point and the process was easier than you can imagine. So that was the good part of my experience ended. It’s always easy spending the money... It was my wife’s 50th birthday that weekend and we were headed out of town, so I asked if they could arrange shipping for the van to Ocala. It’s only 4 hours away, so should be to hard. Marcial, the GM said. Absolutely, it will cost you $250-$300. That’s where the nightmare began. Call after call trying to find out where the van was almost a week later. The dealership owner gets on the phone. Apologizes and says. It will leave today. This being a Friday and be to me by that night. Again, 4 hours away .... Well, nothing that night once again. Finally Monday the following week I get a call. It’s shipping ! It arrives finally and I took it for a drive. The tire pressure light and the vehicle svc light are still on even thought they told me when the oil gets changed, we will take care of that. Back to the oil change, we pipes the hood to check the oil and guess what. The oil cap is off and their is oil all over the place. Whoever changed the oil didn’t put the cap back on and oil had spray everywhere under the hood. Ya hat started out as a great experience turned into a nightmare and when I contacted them to point this out. The response I got was. Well, maybe one of your guys left the oil cap off ! That is the official end of our business relationship. Very unfortunate experience. We are constantly adding vehicles to our business fleet. We have added three in the last 13 months. They won’t have our business again.

Five out of Five for sure for Fredy and the finance manager. They were great people and easy to work with. We all know the process of purchasing takes a little bit of time. Which can get exhausting but they were hospitable.Fredy has great communication skills and friendly. I had to bring the Social Ubiquity van back for the mirrors and the tags. Which the tags took a little bit of time to get but nothing to complain about as we all have patience for things that are out of our control.The office was clean and well put together. I can see why they need to scale up and get something bigger. Their lot is full and maxed out.We will be looking for another van same size very soon and only going through Fredy for this.
