I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler here back in December 2016. I bought it at 19 years old and the staff was really nice and stayed open late for me since I was coming from far. I’ve had the car for a year and a half now and I still love it. No gimmicks, great price and now that I am selling my Jeep, I am selling it for the same price I bought it for. I remember jumping on the deal at the time because of the price. I recall being in and out in less than an hour. Here’s the car I bought, I’ve added bumper lights etc since then.

Asked for a better price on a car due to engine ticking, should’ve walked away right there.Employees describe their customers as “motherf##%” and other vulgar names while on the phone with the boss. Came back aggressively saying that I should just pay the price or get the f out and I promptly left.Apparently they are also associated with Hollywood Kia, so avoid both for a better experience.

As promised, Im posting this review through Google even though I have no account with them, but Im using my friends. My name is Christopher, and this was the purchase of my first car.The car-salesman Fernando was really easy to talk to and work with while him and Mr. Love, the manager, helped get us a great deal on the exact make and model with all the specs I wanted, which I found through CarGuru. (Calling beforehand to negotiate is probably always more conducive to a better deal for the buyer.) Mr. Love was just a wonderful person all around: very amicable and straightforward. Im very content with my purchase from them; plus, they were even willing to pay for the touchup of a few scratches on the used car I bought as is. I took my sweet time reading all the fine print on the paperwork too, and Mr. Love didnt mind either.All in all, the experience was exactly what I expected except more easy-going and no surprises that werent good. Im definitely a satisfied customer.As a sidenote, they are owned by Kia Hollywood as of not too long ago. I didnt know until I got the contract.

Spent 3 hours here one afternoon, went back the next day with all my paperwork and was told the car i was interested in was sold two hours before I got there. Then had the nerve to tell me I should have put money down the day before. Why would I put money down on a car we havent even made a deal on. Then try to land me on another car with more miles for more money. Got the hell outta there.

Updating my review. Bought my car months ago. Bought a used 2013 vehicle as-is. Was told they are fully serviced at Hollywood Kia(i now realize i should have questioned what exactly they mean by fully serviced because it was not from what my mechanic told me) so not to worry however in the time ive had it have already have had to put thousands of dollars into it to make it safe to drive and fully functional. Not happy but I drove almost 4 hours away just to purchase the vehicle and should have tried harder to return it or something as soon as i saw the first issues a day into owning the vehicle but could not make the drive again soon enough....I had a pleasant experience when buying- the salesman and manager were nice but i just had to update overall review because of all the issues Ive had with the vehicle already. Oh also i did purchase the extended warranty which cost around 2k but of course nothing so far has been a covered issue :(I guess all of this to say i love the car but regret buying used :(

They rig the cars up for a quick sale and none of the vehicles come with warranty even though this is SUPPOSED to be a legit car lot. Sales manager...I guess his name was Derek... wasted our entire time! On a beautiful Saturday when could have been doing anything else, totally disregarded my husband’s desire to purchase a lower priced/higher mileage vehicle(most of their vehicles are high mileage) and tried to push us into a $18,000 vehicle( he said the deal made more sense). After a test drive with the salesman( I’m not even gonna address our issues with him) and after taking our information, DEREK drew up a deal presented to us by previously mentioned salesman ( who was snickering the whole way)of $7,000 down and $2000 a month...when my husband got angry, DEREK slithered out of his cubicle and promptly informed us that he was testing us?!?! What? That’s when I got angry...I composed myself as he explained that had he known what we wanted he would have never suggested that vehicle. Who the fu$@ is paying that for anything on that lot...my husband clarified what we were looking for and I asked DEREK if they had anything available that fit our needs( I should have been heading for the door) at that point my husband was done and wanted to leave so we did...I had a very good experience with Anything on Wheels about 10 years ago and that is why I brought my husband there but will not be returning and will advise all friends and loved ones not to set foot there as long as DEREK is in charge

Well lets just start by saying they are the kindest of set of people when you are giving the down payment and signing papers but as soon as you take that car off the lot they want nothing else to do with you. I bought a car back 2008, and at first i left a deposit on the car in which they still advertise the car that i was buying for sale and then when i completed the transaction with the purchase they told me that i could bring back the vehicle for an oil change and a detail since there cigarette butts in the ashtray. Once i brought back the car they told me they dont give out free oil changes and car washes and i was like every one else and wanted a free oil changed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, you can do better with your hard earned money.

They just want your money I wouldn’t recommending anyone to purchase a car from here. They sold me a car that they did not service and then while fixing the car for 2 weeks they didn’t even provide me with a loaner car or rental. Service sucks and they sell trade in cars with out servicing around tax time be careful

The worst car buying experience ever. I paid $1000 down on a truck. After taking it home and driving it for a week the dealer called and demanded $1600 more. When I suggested returning the truck I was told I would lose my $1000. Salesman Alex refused to give his complete name. I would walk before doing business with this car lot again.

Contacted this dealer a week ago in reference to a vehicle that they had for sale. Told the salesman I was very interested, so I filled out a credit app at around 3 PM and never heard back.. Sent a message to the salesman who then called me claiming he was just about to call me... they close at 7PM and it was 7:15 PM... He claimed that i had good credit but needed a down payment or a trade... Crazy since I called my bank the following monday and was approved instantly for the requested amount.. So I went down to see this particular truck that was still showing for sale on their website.. Get there and the truck was sold on a wednesday and it was SATURDAY! So I was looking around and saw another truck; 2008 FORD F-150 that caught our eye, overpriced for the year; $24K. So I ask the salesman how flexible they are with the price and he claims theyre prices are firm.. So I test drive the truck and not even a mile away the transmission is slipping!! I return right away. Saw something else they had for sale but they were advertising it with almost 9K miles less than what was actually on the vehicle..Fernando was a good salesman, very attentive. But the other people I spoke with are the typical salesman who just lie to you. I am glad the truck I originally wanted sold, couldnt imagine what was wrong with that one.FOR AOW SELECT- ZACH- Dont waste your time telling me to contact you, I already attempted that and never heard back from you..

I bought my 2014 truck from here and discovered that it had been infested with rats. 1500 dollars in damage. The dealer said they would help me out with it (I understand the truck was purchased as is) and they never did. I hope that they didnt try to cover it up to get it out the door. What a nightmare this was. I had to put my new truck in the shop for almost 2 weeks.

Went there last night to look at a car they were selling for $500 and we informed him we just needed a cheap car to get around for a month or so until we fix our jeep. He said you can walk out of here with it for $1300, we said well walk out of here for $0. How are you going to spend more on dealer fees than the car it self. What a rip off. Be careful. They are showing cars on the website that have been sold months ago.

Make your home work before buy any used car and check the carfax for the history!! AND STAY AWAY OF CAR DEALERS LIKE THIS ONE!! Very rude manager with no customer service skills! Carfax showed a accident reported which they lied first and them said it doesnt matter in the value of the car which yes!! it does affect the resale value no matter what! Manager screamed all the way from his office to me and the sells man because I was comparing prices from other vehicles which he replied very rude we dont give discounts upon comparison with what others are selling for! You get what you pay for and our prices are the best! For a car that was crash and repaired and you are selling for retail value!? Sure my friend!! So I left happily knowing that I will never get back to that place never again or neither recommending to anybody at all!!

Their prices are so fair you wont even think of trying to talk to them down; theres no need!we had already spent most of the day shopping everywhere else....what a relief to find AOW! I have never experienced a WORST service that I got from them. First we made an appointment, and the seller, Brian, forgot we were coming. They were unwilling to negotiate a penny on the price of the car, but in the end we agreed at a certain price. We went through the financing process and they have a partnership with a certain bank, because they claim that was the ONLY one that financed me at a ridiculous rate, when I found two other banks that would finance me with less $ down and half of the rate. The drop that drove me over the edge: I asked them to send me the paper of the price so I could get my loan moving with one of the other places and because I didnt get their loan, THEY RAISED the price of the car! they now say they cannot sell at the agreed price. Well, they can keep their car and their star seller Brian and their even more sleak manager.

Until i get a reasonable explanation. Horrible. Couldnt get my title printed cause they waited for the exact 30 days to START processing it. My tag is expired over 2 weeks now, cant go in to get replacement because i am out of town. Been calling and either no answer, or left messages and no one returned my calls. When i finally get through, i was promised a tag the next day via FexEx (day before Irma hitting) and i was trying to get it before Irma existed. Now I own a car and cant drive it because i cnt get it registered. My lawyer will be visiting them coming Monday.

Base off my experience a ok place if you want to walk away with no car... Has a car dealer its important to not call your buyer and told them congrat you got your car only to call the next day and heard they sold it out from under you.... Just a say but this is juat from my experience and opinion.

He was very knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in my situation and was able to work with me even with a bad credit score. Ricky and AOWSelect were able to get me out of the Jeep and into a 2009 Chevy Malibu. My family and I are extremely happy and all thanks to God above all, but also to Ricky, AOWSelect and the teamwork they had to make this possible. (They make you sign a sold as is wavier) AOW are criminals I finance a car from them and less than 2 months later the transmission burnt out and I had to get it rebuilt (cost me $1700) I also had electrical problems (didnt fix yet) and I had to get the whole front brake system replaced because they would damaged ($650) while still paying the car note... watch out for anyone whos gives them 5 stars all in all biggest regret

Ok first off Im live in fort pierce,fl which is 2 hours from this dealer. But they had a 2014 Kia Forte with 55k miles and all the bells and whistles for $8,000. So I thought it was worth the drive. Talked to dealer for 3 days and showed up on 3rd day. Open car doors and notice a smell but didnt think much of it. Go to back seat and floor and put my hand on carpet and once I pull my hand up notice it was all black. Didnt think much of it again. Had my mom with me and go to other side of car and she says this car has mold. I start to look around and at bottom of seats and the whole interior was covered in mold. Basically to the car was a flood car. My first reaction was to flip the f*** out because I just drove 2 hours to be scammed. But remembered I had my mom with me and to relax. So walked away and went to look at other car. 2nd car was a 2012 Honda Accord with 70k miles. I have been researching them for 2 months and know their price range. They had it listed for $10,000 which is really really cheap. Get the keys open doors and same thing covered in mold. Staring buulshit that they can get away with this. I kept my composure but was very pissed about the whole scenario. The car lot from a far looks like a brand new car lot with all new cars. Just like a gir on facebook that only post pictures from head up. Then see her in public and not what you thought. This should be illegal for them to be in business.DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

Im going to tell everyone my story. Today is August 27 2016. I bought my 2003 ford mustang there on may 2012. Now i was a first time buyer and i knew what car i wanted. There was no selling on the matter i knew what i wanted. Now i was having a hard time getting approved at other dealer ships because i had very little credit/bad credit. I went to about 9 other dealerships that day and either the car in bad condition or they wanted 60-80 percent down. When i arrived at AOW margate i will never forget the first words they said to me. They said Are you ready and excited to leave with a car today?! That suprised me because every other dealership i went to i was ignored because of my age and had to ask for help. The people at aow where excited had postive energy. After being declined so much thats just what i needed to lift my spirits. I fell in love with my Mach 1, It was amazing.The sellsman didnt know much about much. He didnt know anything but what the paper said. I knew more about the car, which isnt great. The process was a little long but we got it done in The end. Thinking about it now they hit me with extra warranty that i didnt need and gap insurance. As a first time buyer with bad credit i also got hit with a horrible 24 percent intrest rate. Again i took it because thats all i got approved for. The mustang till this day runs hard and it has 178k miles. I went ahead and took my cousin to get his car and they promised me 500 dollars for him purchasing a car. That was a lie, The receptionist keep running around the subject and she was very rude. They didnt hold there end of the bargain. Regardless AOW is a place you go as last resort for bad credit. My mustang still is running great but my cousins car lasted a year. I am grateful for my first car but the service wasnt the best.

I bought a car off the internet (sight unseen). I asked the salesman (Bill) to let me know of any defects. I also asked the general manager (Zack) about the condition of the car. The condition was grossly misrepresented. The car was showing a clean carfax; however, there has clearly been previous damage to the car. The front bumper isnt in attached correctly. The paint was in horrible condition with 5+ door dings and swirl marks in the paint. The exhaust is actually lose on the car and rattles. The didnt tell me about the huge bubbles in the window tinting. They didnt tell me that there was only one key (at it is literally broken). There are no floor mats. The tires are even bald. I caution you not to buy anything from AOW unless you inspect it first and in person. If you are buying online and having it shipped, you the product will NOT be properly represented.

Two years ago I bought a 2009 Camry from them they claim the car was inspected and two days later I needed brakes they claim the warranty didnt cover brake replacement yet they let me drive off the lot with my two infants in the car in the end they paid for my brakes tho Ill never go there again.most used dealership do anything for a buck .

AOW is not customer service friendly as well as the cars they sale all have problems. I’ve purchased a car from AOW exactly 2 months ago and as soon as I walked off the lot with the car I started to have problems. I have taken the car to the repair shop 3 times and the manager Steve said he would do his best to see if they can switch the car out for another car but as you can see that didn’t happen. They are super friendly and helpful when you first arrive on the lot but as soon as they get your business, they give you the run around.The receptionist who answers the phone is very rude and impatient and is in need of some serious customer service skill classes. The Manager will tell you that he would do his best to help you but will give you the run around and tell you oh I don’t have to do anything, sorry…..I am now looking into the bylaws of them selling a car that they knew already had problems before they sold the car. Anyway I probably would take a lost on this car and give them back their lemon that they gave me. But 2 people recommended them to me but they left out the part that they were having minor issues with their vehicle because if I had of known that I would have taken my business somewhere else. I will not recommend this place to anyone in fact I will take to my 800 followers on facebook and 5000 followers on twitter and let them know not to never give AOW any business because they have bad management and lousy cars.
