Purchased a couple windsurf boards and sail rigs online after some advise form Jesse and his team. They were right on target with exceptional knowledge of their product! I did have some damage during shipping which was quickly and easily resolved with the Route insurance. I am a very satisfied customer because of the amazing customer service that Liquid Surf and Sail provided (seemingly a rarity in todays world). I will purchase equipment here again!

I was skeptical about this outfit from reading some reviews but trusted my gut instinct and went ahead and placed my order for the beach balloon wheels kits; got confirmation right away then followed by shipment details. Item was delivered to my front door on the exact promised date. Box was in good shape and items were in great packing condition.

Its kind of funny that the same day I get a review request for liquid surf and sail I find out that my purchase wont arrive for another 3 weeks.... At the soonest.So, I cannot comment on the product, a Evo 3.0 sail drive, $2400....However I am very disappointed and annoyed that at the time of purchase I was not told that there was a month + lead time on my purchase...Despite having had email and verbal communication with liquid surf and sail prior to my purchase.And I will be leaving the country in 3 weeks....A few days later now, Liquid surf and sail contacted me and corrected the issue, product has shipped. It seems a store clerk wasnt up to speed on delivery schedules..Customer service matters and Im glad they stepped up and worked on rectifying the issue.

I ordered my Kayak from them on 8/26 and although I have yet to receive it (should be here by 9/3), the communication from them has been excellent and I can already tell they know their stuff and are extremely professional and customer oriented. First time buying something from this place and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Jesse not only helped us with all aspects of the trailer even directing me to the parts store to buy the right tow hitch but he also went with us to the UPS store to get the title paperwork done for the trailer. Please, I would definitely go back and buy from him again.

My boyfriend bought me the Aztron Titan 2.0 inflatable SUP as a gift. I was so excited and couldn’t wait to try it out. I went paddle boarding with a friend at the beach the following weekend to test out my new board. The water was flat and there were no waves. I inflated the board to the recommended PSI which is 15. When it was time to stand up on the board, I was able to do it but found it extremely difficult to catch my balance. Mind you that paddle boarding is nothing new to me as I’ve been doing it for about 9 years now. I also have a hard SUP. I thought that maybe I didn’t put enough air in it. I then went back to the car and added more air to it (over the PSI limit) and then tested it out again. It was still not stable enough.The next week, which was 1 week after the purchase date, I called the store and explained the situation to them. I was then told that because the board had been used that I was unable to return it. How is a customer supposed to know if they like something unless they try it? I tried their product, didn’t like the product and now they will not issue a refund. If this was a hard SUP being returned, they would have no idea if the board was used or not since the hard SUP’s don’t come in any type of box/packaging. The employee recommended selling it online like Craig’s List or FB Marketplace. After doing research, I realized that the store sold my boyfriend an overpriced board. They sold this board for over $300 over the market value! He paid $849 (before tax). The same exact board brand new online is selling for under $500.Not only would I not recommend anyone to buy an inflatable SUP, I also would not recommend buying a board from Liquid Surf & Sail. They clearly only care about their sales and do not care about the customers experience.

Was in the market for a new kite surf directional board and I bought from Liquid, which was a great choice.Jesse at the shop was particularly helpful- very knowledgeable, friendly, and very dedicated to getting me the right board. After telling me about his own riding style and board choices, and asking about my own experience, he steered me to size down to the Slighshot Celero 56 (I had been leaning toward the 510). I ordered a Duotone kite pump which arrived in good time. I would only ask that the shop uses environmentally friendly packaging - less plastic wrap and tape. Perhaps just a carton box would suffice (?). Overall, happy with the order!

I decided the Epic V7 was best for our needs and made the purchase over the phone.He explained the packaging and shipping process. He provided emails of my receipt and tracking details. It left his shop the next day well packaged in bubble wrap, boxed, and wrapped in plastic. The shipping took a few days longer than expected but the shipping company did provide tracking information and they did accommodate me for the final delivery to my home.The shipping was hard on the packaging but there was no damage to the kayak. The shipping information gives specific details to open and inspect your item before the driver leaves and I did only to find it in perfect condition.Again, I am very please with how well the transaction took place and Jesse’s amazing customer service. I ordered my new foil windsurfing equipment from them, so I have not even been to their store yet. Jesse was really helpful. When he realized the 2020 Naish Micro Hover and Jet 1150 foil set were both out of stock, he upgraded me to the 2021 models for no extra cost! Good move because on-line I could have gone to other dealers for my sails and rigging depending on what was available and prices, etc. I stick with Liquid and so far Im not sorry. They are responsive to questions and the shipping prices are very reasonable.I was motivated to edit this review, because when Naish messed up and drop-shipped me the wrong foil set, LS&S again really took care of me. To return it, I had the inconvenience of taking the whole set to the nearest FedEx drop off. I live in the country so that was not so close. Luckily my friend was going to town the next day, so it was not an extra trip for us after all. But Jesse felt bad that we were inconvenienced, so he threw in 3 free t-shirts and more impressively, a roll of sail repair tape (worth $18)!LS&S understands how to do business!

Great experience. Jessie the owner and his team are super knowledgeable and cool and responsive to emails, calls, etc. I had to leave town just after I purchased my Dorado Kayak 13 so I am chomping at the bit to get back today to launch tomorrow. Now I can reach North Americas largest reef in a short 5 minute pedal off the beach and with my new and killer 38 Koah spear gun (highly recommended too), I can put meat on the deck for dinner. Picked up the Okeanos 126 x 31 inflatable for travel. Beautiful board. Great value with the board, roller bag, leash, and hand pump. Very fast and tracks straight. On top of that the valve works perfectly with my electric pump so Im not spent before I start paddling.Glad I found it on Liquid Surf. Excellent deal and reasonable shopping price and speed.

I wanted to buy a paddle-in foil surfboard but had no idea where to start -- what size board? Foil? Mast? Etc. Just a ton of things to figure out and I was clueless. I called a bunch of places and no one seemed to know much. Finally I called LS&S and they were super helpful -- they answered all my questions and got me set up with exactly the board I needed for a good price + shipping was cheap. Highly recommend.

I worked with Jesse on my order for a few weeks and can only describe my experience as amazing! We ran into roadblocks one after another and every time we hit a snag Jesse had a solution for me waiting. I needed a Yakima rack component on short notice when passing on a tandem kayak to my son and grandson who plan to visit soon. I sent LSS a note along with my order requesting as rapid processing and fast shipping as were possible. Within moments of receiving my confirmation, I received a message from Jesse indicating that hed already packaged the item for shipment, providing the tracking number, and alerting me that he could not guarantee the 2-Day shipping he was using due to possible Covid-19 delays. All of that took less than an hour after my original order. Despite possible delays, the item arrived on the 2-Day schedule, well in time for my sons and grandsons visit. Am I a happy customer? When you live in Alaska, options can be limited, especially when it comes to kayaks. Liquid Surf and Sail (LS&S) answered that call. Jesse helped me find the perfect kayak. We discussed different builds and they really helped me understand the different options. They did all the leg work from finding a shipping company to ensuring my 18 kevlar kayak got delivered all the way from Massachusetts, where the manufacturer is, to my doorstep in Anchorage Alaska. Great place to get your summer groove on. Picked up my Solo Skiff a few weeks ago and cannot thank the guys enough. What a fun toy for a 60 year old. Kayak paddling is fun but too many years and too many miles per trip average 20 - 30 miles in one day. The Solo Skiff is like a kayak but with power and I installed a Millennium Folding seat for comfort. Be by Monday to pick up one of your fish bags.

Liquid Surf and Sail was a spot-on, one-stop shop - for everything. Jesse is a Gear Master. I was rebuilding my windsurfing rigs after 10 years, and had some difficult stuff - a particular sail, particular boom - Jesse nailed it all. One part got mixed up (not their fault; supplier mixup) - Jesse was on it, fixed it - took calls and emails, promptly and with spot-on fixes. He even found a rare part I needed from overseas, to fix 2 of my boards - when the internet said it was impossible. Liquid Surf and Sails website was massive, clean, and laid out for people who just want the gear and to get on the water (not like some websites, which are set up more as a promotion of particular product lines). Liquid Surf and Sail was a relief to find.

I purchased a Maui SIC Feelgood 11 board and I wanted to post a review since many reviews are for store purchases. The online process was easy and there is great communication. The emails received clearly told me how to inspect the board before signing off for delivery. Overall very happy with the price and service. Now once hurricane Florence moves on I can try the board out.

BEWARE! Call to verify inventory status before your purchase on-line. Purchased a Bonafide SS127 Top Gun Grey on Friday, July 10th via Liquid Surf and Sail website / shopping cart. Received my on-line receipt and called on Saturday to verify their shipping mode. Was advised to call back Monday morning, as they could provide warehouse information on Saturday. Call this morning only to hear that they DO NOT have any in stock, except for a Venom. Needless to say their refunding my $1599.00 that they has since Friday! Now it will be two three days to have the funds credited back to my bank - Liquid Sail and Surf to PayPal, PayPal back to my credit card. Questioning their website / shopping cart, updating inventory status in real time!! What a waste on my time, anticipating a purchase only to hear that its not happening, and now waiting for a refund!!

This team has been amazing! I ordered the FeelFree Lure 13.5 V2 for my boyfriends birthday. Although there was some slight miss communication like when I ordered from the website I was under the impression that the kayak I wanted was in stock. After a couple weeks of not hearing about it shipping I messaged Jesse and asked what was going on which he told me I pre-ordered it! He informed me the website must not have bee updated when I ordered but immediately was able to get a kayak sent to me which I thought was the lime green I ordered but sadly it was the fire orange I called Jesse while XPO Legistics was still at my door to see if it would cost me anything to take it back or get it back on the shelf and he said no but offered to give us back $100 for the color mix up if we wanted to keep it! I had my boyfriend decide what he wanted and we went with the Fire orange. I never leave reviews but I just want to praise this company for always being professional and putting customers first! They informed me they didnt have any in stock ( neither did anywhere else. sold out from manufacturer) they looked around on their own accord through their suppliers and warehouses without my knowledge and found an ocean camo feel free lure 2. They didnt have pictures and neither did any other websites that I checked out. I didnt know they made them in that color combo so i checked it out and WOW it was best combo I didnt know they had !
