If Jacob isn’t the manager, he absolutely SHOULD be. Knowing how to handle customer issues is key to having a successful store, and that’s exactly what Jacob did. Cudos to whoever found this man, he turned a bad situation on a paint color issue into a very happy and relieved client.

Went today to get 10 gallons of paint, I have a contractors account and ended up paying more than what was on sale 10/30/19. I was on the phone with a customer while paying and didn’t realize what I was charged!!! did asked the attendant for what was on sale as soon as I got in and he’s replied was “oh you have a constractors account so everything is on sale”
