I really like this liquor store because it has such a cool vibe when you walk in there. Everybody is very nice and will help you find what you need. The prices can be A bit more expensive than I’m used to but being that it’s an ABC chain what do you expect. The store is clean and the staff is friendly they have a variety of anything you want including cigars they also have their own cigar room that keeps them at a temperature ideal for the cigars which I think is pretty cool for the cigar enthusiast yes

There were so many cool brands of liquor and when I couldn’t find what i wanted, the clerk was helpful enough to point to the next brand… its really the experience of searching for good champagne that makes it all worth it and enjoy 🤟🏽🥂

Its just a liquor store, so I cant get all warm and fuzzy about it like I could about a great little neighborhood dive. But its a nice liquor store, with a good selection, fair prices and professional employees.Curbside service was terrific. I ordered online - the website worked fine - called from the curb and an employee brought my order out in a minute or two. So kudos for doing whats needed during the pandemic.

The website states that the store opens at 11:00 on Sundays. However I went to the store at 11:50 and was told that it didn’t open till noon. They should correct the website if that is the case.

The management here provide excellent service. Seem to be a whole new team. Really pleased with the new atmosphere.

If you know exactly what you need and where to find it, Im sure this place would be alright. If you need help with anything dont ask for it unless you want to feel like youre bothering someone. Eery clerk besides one had an attitude and bad bad vibes about them. I came in Christmas Eve and I get everyone is stressed, but if you cant handle the holiday time dont work retail. Total wine kills these guys in customer experience and service. To top it off the yenta at the register had the biggest attitude of them all.

ABC LIQUOR HATES MY GRANDMA. I would rate lower if i could. last few times i have gone they havent restocked the b&b my grandma drinks. This time i asked about it and the guy says we never carried it. Really? Because i have been getting it here every week for years. Instead of taking the time to explain why its out of stock he lied to get me out of his face. Nit to mention i have seen them allowing people to take off their masks while unloading the bottles. Since i am shopping for my 90 year old grandmother i hope she doesnt catch covid 19 because of your ineptitude and nonchalant attitude. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. PUBLIX LIQUOR IS BETTER.

The absolute worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Had an online order mysteriously canceled, not notified, yet the $781.00 was taken from my account. Not one person cared to help me. Sad for a family owned business in my opinion. Manager said nothing i can do for you.... And walked out the door.

This store carries Blarney Irish Cream, which hadnt been easy to find. The staff was nice.

MOST of the staff is friendly, selection is good, help is offered during shopping. However, there is one cashier who is rude and hateful and takes out his frustrations on the customers. Be ready when handing over the money that you may not be appreciated when he is checking you out. The first time it happened, I chalked it up to a bad day, but when it happened again a few weeks later, its a repeated behavior that is unacceptable. Two stars for the helpful staff on the floor, negative review for rude and hateful cashier who needs a time out!

This is an outstanding liquor/wine/beer store. They have an amazing selection of liquor and wine and a surprising variety of beer.They also offer cigars and various cheeses and meats.The interior is quite attractive and the staff is super friendly.The prices might be a dollar or two higher than other sites.

ABC has always been a good neighborhood liquor store but their move further north on Federal Highway put them just out of range for quick replenishment of supplies. However, their new wine and craft beer counter in addition to a larger inventory of fine wine makes ABC well worth the extra five minute drive. Looks like the new sales and possibly tasting counter will be open soon, bring your growler in a few weeks and check out their selections.

I went in to find the best bottle of rum I could possibly find. It was a gift to a yacht captain. The staff was helpful. This location appeared to have a good overall inventory of every popular liquor. They had a walk in humidor, but only the usual brands of cigars were available. I found Davidoff cigars for sale at another liquor store and lounge that was probably about 20 minutes away. I found the parking here plentiful and the prices quite reasonable. I was expecting particularly high prices given the location but was pleasantly surprised to have found otherwise.

Good selection of wines, beer and spirits. They also have cigars, cheeses, etc. I typically stop here for beer and they keep a number of mainstays and crafts cold. Prices arent the cheapest but theyre competitive.

I ordered online to be shipped to the store. I called to follow up since it’s been 8 days and the girl was not helpful at all and said they get orders on Wednesday’s to call back then. I asked if there was a better option and she said “well you don’t have to call back well call you whenever we get it”

ABC fine wine and spirits has a very good selection though not the absolute best. Its prices are not bad, but again not the best. Ive been going to ABC wine regularly because its closer to my home. That being said, there is one policy which they have which upset me so much that Ive decided not to shop there again. I have lived in many places, and no where have I heard of a policy requiring id not only of the purchaser but of anybody who happens to be hanging around with the purchaser. My wife is definitely above 21, but when we go on a shopping trip she often doesnt bring her id with her because shes not driving, and no one else Ive ever seen requires id from anybody other than purchaser. Last time at ABC wine we spent 40 minutes or so choosing out drinks to restock our supply, but when we got to the cash register we were asked for *both* our IDs. She happened to not have hers because no one else ever asks for this. I asked: what if she just steps outside? Can I buy it then? The reply was I have to wait 2 hours. We could have gone home and gotten her ID, but I was so upset I just decided I dont want to shop here anymore. This happened at another ABC wine location as well, so I suspect its a chain-wide policy. What do single parents do, get a nanny?

I love this place. Thats where i get my liquor everyday and every weekend and the staff is always nice to me and cordial. I went there and there was a promotion for chesse and fine wine spirits and everyone was very nice to me and professional. I got to try everything and it was amazing. I got everything that i needed and was very satisfied with what i got. Kudos!

The staff here went above and beyond to help me find a great bourbon and they did not even come close to disappointing. The assistant manager (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) went to the front and pulled a bottle of bourbon out and handed it to me and said dont ask questions, its the last bottle. turns out this is now one of my favorite bourbons and even rivals some of the best scotches Ive had. The two guys that helped me out today were the best.

After wondering around for 10 minutes, the clerk walking the store was very knowledgeable. Seemed to be the only 1 person walking around to assist about 4 customers waiting for him to assist us. More staff walking around could help.

Rips off rewards customers. Used to give discount at counter when you earned 1,500 points. Stopped that over 6 months ago. Everyone at ABC said i would get $5.00 coupons by email. Called and emailed ABC for months. No responce on my almost 6,000. points. Finally talked to rep who said they would send $5.00 to my email. Just got first one today. Points disappear at year end and its end of November. The coupon is for $5.00 off purchase of $35 SALE. IFf i new that i would have stopped shopping at ABC 6 months ago. Bad buisness practices

Experience in the store is great, no doubt. They offer price matching and someone is always asking if you need help. They just started offering delivery which I thought was great even though I am not far. I was thinking of a time I might be entertaining people and not able to get away, so why not try?I ordered and it was a simple order of a Vodka and a 12 pack of Miller Lite. Not too hard right? Delivery guy was great! Vodka was dead on but I got Bud Light. The driver was so apologetic and sweet but I took it anyway.I called the store asking why I had Bud Light. She was rude as she put me on hold without saying that that is what she was doing. As I was on hold I see the Bud Light had expired a month ago. Really?? I then said I would like FRESH Miller Lite. Her response was, he is on a bathroom break, he will be there soon. He was here in no time, again apologizing and not wanting to take a 2nd tip. The Miller Lite was fresh yes but it was in a storage room apparently. It was HOT. Not warm but hot. Really??

My brother took me here to ask advice on what to get based on my education from Cornell Beverages Classes... They do have a good selection for the area and distribution network... Larger ABCs might have larger availability, but this one does a good job.
