Went shopping with Betty O for a bed. I hate shopping for beds or furniture. But, this was fine. The sales guy was great. Professional and polite. Not sure of his name but he had beard and limp from ankle twist. The delivery guys from WEI were quick, nice and professional. Thankyou😄

Our first time experience at Rooms to Go Outlet this past Saturday was fantastic! Excellent selection, prices better than anywhere else, and our saleswoman MINDY COHEN was fantastic; never pushy, great with suggestions, and speedy check out. We have bought TONS of furniture in the past at City Furniture, but have always disliked the vultures when you enter front door. RTG OUTLET is definitely our go-to from now on for furniture.

What an awesome deal I got it for and the saleswoman, Mindy, couldnt have made it more pleasant and efficient! She was so knowledgeable about each product and really knew her stuff. If I could rate zero I would! I purchased a sectional on Monday and was guaranteed I would have it delivered on Tuesday. I threw away my old couches Since I had to make room for the new one I was suppose to be receiving today! When the delivery came, I was brought half a sectional and a love seat that did not belong to me. The driver then tells me I would have to wait until Thursday to receive my other half of the sectional since they are closed until then. He then told my husband he has the other part of the sectional in the truck but it belongs to someone else. At this point I was furious but I let it go since I would have at least somewhere to sit until Thursday since I would be able to keep half the sectional. Then the driver says “ok cool now pay the $85 delivery fee now so you won’t have to worry about it on Thursday” I told the driver there is no way I am paying a delivery charge when I have only received half of what I purchased. The driver then stated he would have to take the other half back. Now I am left with no where to sit until Thursday. This is a completely unprofessional company! At this point I will just be returning the sectional. I called off of work thinking I would be receiving it today. There customer service is awful!!!

I didnt know rooms to go had these prices. Their prices were ludicrous. Their customer care was beyond awesome. My salesman was andre, he was awesome so was nelly, another light skinned manager. Although an older woman close to the computers appeared and spoke rudely, she and a lady were gossiping away at people business that was not enough to kill my joy. Andre picked out an awesome mattress for me for only $288 i swear i slept so well that i woke up late for work and want to spend more time at home. They have awesome tables. I tell you i buy furniture everywhere and nowhere have i ever bought any so strong and well made. I will forever love rooms i am going nowhere else. If you have less than perfect credit or just dont want your credit checked the have an acceptance now corner where if you have a job the approve you for a certain amount. Sometimes the have a sale like i paid $20 for my daughters homework table and chair. The tables there are impeccable.

Adriana would be 0 stars if possible. I went a few weeks ago. Adriana greeted me at the the door. She told me to look around and she would check on me from time to time. After 45 minutes looking around I went up front and found her sitting in a chair with her eyes closed, with a cup of what looked like hot like hot chocolate in her hand. I asked her if I could ask about some pieces. I asked if they could further discount a product that was very damaged. She said she would go ask, she didnt know I followed. She went back to the front, and sat down again, and told her coworker Bruce why do the losers always think they are entitled!!. I walked out immediately. Went back the next day, spent $2000 with Glenn . His service was A+, super nice and great respect for customers.
Very clean and easy to find things. I did find it in bad taste that store employees (the ones who deliver the furniture) were played out all over the furniture. Saleswoman Mindy tried to get them to move before I saw them but it was too late. Also, Mindy was very pushy about me buying the furniture even after I said no thanks.

The deals at the store are a great steal, however good luck with the third party delivery service they had. Hands down the rudest and most odd group of individuals. Cursed at me when when they arrived(4 hour window) due to me showing up 2 min. after they came, called their boss Trevor and he was just as rude and talks over the customer. I would highly suggest getting a uhaul and picking it up yourself ( if you don’t have a large vehicle)
Rooms to Go on East Oakland Park Blvd is the best Furniture Outlet to buy good quality furniture at a bargain price. Everything in the store is like brand new. We walked in the store on Saturday October 27, 2018 and was greeted by a sales lady named Mindy. Mindy was very calm, patient, professional, helpful and went the extra mile assisting me and my husband with our purchase of a Marble top dresser. Many thanks to Mindy and the female manager. They were honest with pricing the dresser. I would recommend anyone who like an expensive piece of furniture at a Rooms to Go store but at a discount price to shop at this Outlet.

Bait and switch method
Manager Leo needs to train his staff on being courteous, professional, and having knowledge of the products offerings. Not only did I have a horrible experience with the delivery upon purchasing. When I called to get an answer to a follow up question the staff was unable to assist and said there was nothing they could do. This didnt sound right to me so I asked to speak to a manager. Rather than simply transferring me they wanted additional information and refused to transfer the call until I provided it. Should not be like going through Fort Knox to get to talk to a manager. Just say my pleasure and pass the call along already. Between the in-person customer service and the over-the-phone customer service I will never buy from this place again. Not worth the hassle!

Selection was good but do not use cash always use alternate forms of payment in case you change your mind on an order. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund check. Cash is king right? Not in this instance. My boyfriend received his refund the next day and he used his debit for the purchase. PLEASE ALWAYS USE ALTERNATE FORMS OF PAYMENT INSTEAD OF CASH.

I like shopping for furniture in places where the items are grouped into rooms, like this. Its easier to see how much space things are going to take and how different pieces look together. They also have a lot of accessories to go with the furniture. They do tend to be on the high-pressure side, but thats what happens when you work on commission. No, its not really high quality furniture that you are going to be passing down to future generations, but it isnt priced to be. Besides, the kids rooms are wonderful, they make me wish I had a little one to set up a room for. My husband wont let me have the Cinderella coach bed in our room.
We heard about the sale at the Oakland Park location. Scott S help us out every inch of the way--- more concerned that the furniture and extras worked FOR us in the space we had in OUR home than in trying to get us to buy more than we needed. We bought two rooms of furniture and I cant wait to see how it transforms our home! Great service, great value! Cant wait to see the new store! Thanks Scott! Looking forward to our new furniture!

I found almost all the furniture I wanted for my place, and the price I budgeted to spend. Alyssa Weiss was very accommodating and welcoming. Too bad they didnt have the dining room set I wanted, but Im not giving up
The sale lady was nice and dedicated. But the managers are lack of customer services, or A Smile. My delivery experience was terrible with W.E.I the company they used. They were not only just not helpful but rude. By the time, my sofa arrived, the underneath skirt was totally ripped off. The deliver just sat there and told me to call the manager, when I asked them several times who did this damage. The manager Jolanda responses “you can either come to the store and pick another one, then wait to be delivered again”. At that time, I was too tired to waiting and dealing with all that hustles, also doesn’t want to return to that store. So I asked for a credit. She wanted to give me a store credit. Why would I ever want to come back and visit that store to even think about store credit. So I insisted to have the credit returned to my cc. Just a totally disappointed experience from the products to the management. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
They will literally tell you anything to get a sale. Case and point. We bought a new sofa set last year and it supposedly was supposed to come with a stain guard. We double and triple checked with them because of the fact that I have a baby in the house. We were assured that any food and beverage stains would be covered.Fast forward to last week. Our baby spills his juice all over the cushion. We called rooms to go and they sent out a technician who didnt even try to clean the stains. He claimed his stain remover wouldnt be sufficient and that he would ask the company to replace the TWO CUSHIONS that were stained.Today I received a call from customer service saying they will not in fact replace the cushions. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE BOUGHT THE COUCHES that if in the event they couldnt clean it they would replace it as long as its still under warranty. The customer service rep, who was rude as hell, proceeds to tell me that only stains from food and beverages are covered. What the hell do you call a baby spilling juice on the couch called? Last time I checked, juice is considered a beverage!I will be filing a complaint with the BBB to get this issue resolved. I refuse to be taken advantage of.

I pay $200 a month payment and only $21 goes towards what I owe on merchandise and the rest is fees and interest and the furniture is garbage already falling apart and fading. I have to start off by saying I have worked in customer service for years and what always bothers me is when CS REPS have bad attitudes. Someone else who is willing to work should have that position.... I purchased a sectional that came with three pillows. My sectional was delivered three days later, without the pillows. The next day I get a call from Karen, who I believe is over stock, apologizing for the inconvenience. She then advised me that I could come and pick up my pillows whenever I was ready and that they would be in the customer loading area. The next day I go to the store and decided to just walk to the back area, where I placed my delivery order, instead of going to the loading area. Well when I approach the counter there are three employees behind the counter having a wonderful time. I advised them that I spoke with someone by the name of Karen and she advised me that my pillows were in a bag, in the loading area, with my name on it. They had a look on their faces as if I broke up their good conversation... One employee asked for the phone number on the account and she pulled it up on her computer. The one of the other employees walks away and comes back saying that someone sold my pillows to another person. She then says that her manager said when he returned to work he would order my pillows and call me once they arrive. Now I am irritated because I paid for delivery.... I was told my pillows were at the store..... I arrive at the store and they are no where to be found.... And you expect me to come again..... Whos to say that they wont sell those as well....I then ask her if she could call Karens extension so that I could leave a message. The employee tells me that she cant give out that information.... What information was I requesting???I walk to the front of the store to get the Store Managers information but I am advised that the Assistant Store Manager was in. Before I could speak with her, I get a call saying they found my pillows.One of my main issues was,not one of the three amigas got up to check in the back for the pillows, nor did they even call the stock room/loading area. Also, when I asked that they call Karens extension, its like they were not listening to me at all.You all need better CS reps. And there should be some type of compensation if you all will not deliver items that should have been delivered in the first place. That is just ridiculous.....
Furniture at this location is one of a kind so you should get exactly what you pay for. The workers are not trustworthy. I paid for a particular furniture and when I went to pick it up, they switched it to give me a more damaged item. I talked with the manager and he said he cannot do anything about it. I cant believe they will actually sell something thats already paid for.
I never experienced such a bad service !!! Is just the biggest RIP off ever ..the cauch we decided to buy end up breaking!!..and when we went there..they said that because its an outlet store they wont have warranty for it!!!WHAT??? when I am still paying for the couch still....and I end up paying now double because the people from Acceptance NOW came up with the idea that after paying $560.. now I have to pay another $440 more... by the way the original price for this furniture was $528!!And their sistem is always down..do not trust to Davardo Smith and Courtney Defrucio!!..they are the worst!! ..in conclusion this store is just a fiasco.
In The Customer pick up area, in the back .The young guy i belive his name is Jermaine. He was very helpful,respectful and pleasent. He also was accomplish by his employee Raymond, who was also very helpful and determined to ensure that my things was loaded properly. I love the back area as it was cozy and clean, ive been here before a couple of months back were there was another guy and a young lady that used to be very rude and unpleasant and definitely not polite. But now my experence with the new workers that you have in the back made it stress free very quick and timely service and they have great smiles. So thank you thank you rooms to go for great customer service and the customer pick up area I will most definitely be back.

I should have given it 1/2 star but it wont let me, I bought a sofa bed two months ago and I just find out that I’m paying 29.99% interest in my purchase I was told that I was going to be paying only 2.9% interest. I call the store to find out and I was told that the 29.99% is yearly that I’m only paying 2.9% monthly. what credit card gives you a monthly interest rate they always give you an annual interest rate. I was misled now they are telling me that I the faster I pay it the lest interest I will pay. That is not the point the reason that I used their credit card is because of the low interest that they offer me.
Ask for Larry. He was the best! The customer service was exceptional! We never left our side. I will be going back only to him.

SHOP ANY PLACE ELSE.DO NOT GO TO ROOMS TO GO... WISH I COULD GIVE A MINUS 5 STARS.This was the worst service Ive ever had. The salesman knew little to nothing about the mattresses. I ask what is the mattresses made of, he look at be like I asked the hardest question you could ask. He did say there is a 10 year warranty. After we pick one out, went over to write it up. We asked to have it delivered he sort of said it cost $60.00 extra. I said I thought it was free delivery, all he said is it would be delivered in 5 days. So I said ok add it to the bill. Walk two step over and he handed the bill to the cashier and I paid.She hand it to me folded in half. I just put it in my purse. Big mistake. When they arrived to deliver it the first thing the man said was I need $60.00. I said they took the delivery fee out at store. I got a no you must pay or they will leave and I would have to pick it up from store. So I got the receipt and the first thing I see is All Sales are Final. No Return as is. It was a clearing house store. Nothing outside of the store said anything about this. Called store and after waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes. A lady told me that I have to pay the delivery driver. She insisted that I was told this at the store. She also insisted I was told all sale are final. I was never told anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO!!!!!

Wish I could give them a zero they are liars. I went there and purchase a sofa and because it was white the sales rep assured me it would be wrapped and protected with their delivery of $100. When my sofa arrived the next day it wasnt white anymore it was black because of the dirty floor it was dragged on. When I called the store they told me they only sell used sofas and they dont wrap them, no one told me it was used when i was at the store.. the truck was clean so it was dirty from the store and it didnt came protected like I was told.. the rude girl on the phone just told me to send it back and my money will be returned to my card.. what a waste of my time! Never again will I go there, I thought it was a 4th of July sale.. all that money on delivery and it came dirty and I asked the rep if I would get 2 cushions with it and he said yes then when I called the liar said I only get 1.. plz DO NOT buy from them!!!

Found a bedroom set for a reasonable price. I will say they should let the customer know that the delivery fee is not included because after the guys set the bed up they were asking for there money and I was totally confused and they should have devices that accept credit card payments.

Telling us the mattress was included with the bed set..Then she askhow are we paying and ask my husband if he have a credit card how much was on it.. Then have nerve to not even tell us we had to pay 100 cash and the rest on the credit card never heard such a thing in my life...the only reason i continued my purchase is because of Christmas ..SO TOLD THE STORE WE WILL PICK UP OR ITEMS THIS WEEK, MY HUSBAND GOT THERE AND ENDED UP ARGUING WITH THE SUPERVISOR AND PAYING MORE MONEY THAT WE WILL FIGHT TO GET BACK FOR THE 3RD MATTRESS THAT WAS TOLD IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE DEAL... .HAD TO PAY MORE BECAUSE THEY SAID THE 3RD BED WAS NOT INCLUDED ...I will NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN NOT ONLY THAT I WILL MAKE SURE NOT REDER OTHERS TO ROOMS TO GO.. Was disappointed with the furniture available. Didnt find anything I liked. A lot of really stained couches. Process not even discounted to what I would expect of damaged furniture.
