I never write reviews but I seriously wish I was warned to stay away from this place so if I can help anyone else to avoid the nightmarish experience I’ve had with this business atleast it will bring some comfort. The owner is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have come across and I think that says a lot for the business itself. I mean if the owner yells and hangs up on customers imagine what the rest of the employees will do. They don’t deliver as promised and their attitude has to be the worst in the industry. I have suffered enough for both of us and hopefully this review will save you from a potential headache. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

This was my first time working with Rob and he knocked it out of the park. Reasonable pricing, and he came and installed professionally for us. The signs are beautiful, service was friendly. I highly recommend Mr Print.

It isn’t often that the internet fails me, but it did on Halloween when a shirt I ordered online never arrived. I called Mr. Print at noon ready to get down on my knees and... beg them to print a much-needed shirt before they closed at 5:30 (you thought I was ready to get down on my knees and do something else, didn’t you? Well, I would’ve done that, too)(Don’t judge me. I REALLY wanted that shirt). To my relief I did not have to do any begging (or any other things). James was calm, cool and the epitome of professional. He had my shirt ready in less than 3 hours, and it looked EXACTLY like the online version!! I ended up getting ketchup all over it that night and ruined it anyway, but this will still be remembered as the year Mr. Print saved Halloween. Or the year Trump sabotaged America.

Worse costumer service ever! James Stinks! He never called back to process order/payment. When I confronted him with proof that he never bother to return my calls (9 to be accurate) he was very rude and disrespectful. The promised job never got done despite several calls with other staff members. Also “Ricky” promised to have printing job done but failed. I hope they go out of business and if “James” isn’t the owner I hope he gets Fired!

I am with OneBlood, the large blood center in the S.E. United States. We recently had a major story about a little 2-year-old girl who desperately needs to find a blood donor match. She has a very rare blood type and OneBlood lead the effort to find blood donor matches for her. The story went viral in a major way, and international media covered it. Thats where Mr. Print save the day for us, because they were able to turn around a quick print job for a I AM OneBlood t-shirt for her to wear during the interviews with the media. Worst service ever!! I stopped by for an estimate on business cards on October 18, 2013 and was instantly greeted by the staff. Leo realized he could not give me an exact estimate on the type of paper and cards I was looking for. He insisted I write down my email address, name and telephone number, so he could get back to me by end of business Friday. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until Tuesday to follow up on the business cards and could not get in touch with him. Today is Thursday October 24, 2013 and I have not received a phone call or an email. I guess my money must not be green enough for Mr. Print. Will not recommend any to this place.
