They have experts in German cars. Its little mismanaged but i got my work done with no appointment needed so that helped, the Benz dealership asked me to wait for one week for a battery change.. Yikes..Seemed like decent shop, again not the cleanest or high end but will get your job done and will be cheaper than the dealership for small things.Its located on side of road so you cant miss it if you are driving on 21st Ave..
