Amazing customer service, which is something I think we are desperately needing. My transactions were easy and for someone with limited experience and knowledge of home ac units, I found their help, expertise, and instruction excellent. They not only sold me a new fan motor for my compressor, they installed it on the protective grill, re-wired the motor, instructed me on the new wiring, and suggested I give them a call if I need help. I am thoroughly happy with my purchases and with the company. Do not spend your money anywhere else. And, if you are handy, and your ac conks out on you, go see these guys.

These guys are awesome. The guy behind the counter was great help. My fan motor for my exterior unit went bad they had one instock. Im not in the industry but the price for the motor seemed fair to me. I highly recommend them . A+++ place for all you Air Conditioning supplies.

I didnt end up buying anything, just because when they tested the part that I suspected it was wrong, they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the part in first place. Condenser fan died Sunday afternoon. Atlantic a/c use to be right around the corner, but they moved to Powerline in Oakland Park. So Monday morning Im at the new location with a dead motor in hand. The people at Atlantic are great! They knew exactly how to get a motor they had in stock to work on my system. They explained what they did, why they did it and how to connect everything. They last thing they said was to call if I had any problems or questions. Highly recommended!

I knew this place when it was on Atlantic Blvd in Pompano, same layout inside the store too. My friend thought I was crazy but it was the same business Id been to years ago just a new location. Thank you for the help today!

As KC told me we are a regular small little mom and pop shop, yes, indeed they are. What Casey didnt say but its easily seen is that they are also very honest and extremely professional. From now on, my one and only AC shop. I called around noon to ask if they had a replacement for a fan motor (really old 1/12 HP) and was told that he didnt have it in stock but could get it for $163 + tax (same price as I found online), and he would splice it for me and would do his best to get it in the same day, if not, guaranteed next day. it was 4pm on the same day, when he called me back to say it was ready. Keep up the great customer service guys!!! Phenomenal!!!

You will notice a gap of 5 months in reviews because Google was not posting reviews after April/May 2020 and before Sept./Oct. 2020, or I would have posted last July. My positive review is 100% for Casey for taking his time to listen to the central AC problem I described. I brought in 1 of 2 capacitors that I believed was the cause of the AC problem. Casey tested the capacitor which was still good. After fully explaining the issue, Casey suspected that the other capacitor needed to be replaced, and that I may need a new blower motor. Casey explained how I could remove the blower motor with a display blower motor in the store. I returned home and brought back the 2nd capacitor and blower motor. Casey tested each and pointed out that the bad capacitor bottom was bulging, an indicator of a bad capacitor. After testing the blower motor, I could see that it failed to spin for more than 1-2 minutes. I was able to install the new capacitor needed to spin the fan to dissipate heat, and the blower motor which blows cold air into the house. I appreciate the time Casey took to listen and to patiently explain why he suspected I needed the capacitor and blower motor.

I purchased a Blower Motor and Capacitor from KC and he was extremely helpful, very experienced and probably the best customer service Ive seen in a long time. Amazing service, I was told i need a new blower, cost $700, I called Atlantic Ac described what I had and they told me I could bring my blower with the wheel and they could test and help me replace the motor right there, they even had a motor in stock! I have an expensive carrier unit so the motor was $325 but still half the cost of going through a service. They helped me program the motor at the store. I was back up within 15 minutes of getting home. Very thankful

Extremely honest business here. It’s been awhile since I fixed an air conditioner so my skills got a little rusty. I misdiagnosed a good capacitor as a bad one. I brought with me the capacitor in question and they tested it as good. I was right away able to see how I misdiagnosed it with a simple mistake. (I blame that on passage of time and forgetful memory). Anyways the problem at the end turned out to be the compressor.I highly recommend anyone to bring in their part in question to this business. If it’s not the problem, they will test it and tell you. If it is the problem they will sell you a direct replacement. That’s a win win.

Here is the difference between a 5 star and 1 star rating. After calling A-A Supply in Davie, and them attempting to screw me on pricing ($41!) I called Atlatic A/C and got the part at the same price on-line ($13-$21). Atlantic was cordial, knowledgeable, and fair. They told me if the part I bought didnt work, to check the connections to the compressor.I am going to replace my entire A/C at the end of the year. I will buy my system from Atlantic. Top notch, fair and honest service.

I came in to purchase a control board, willing to take a gamble on that being an issue with the blower in my air handler (turning off and on by itself, then later failing to come on at all). They talked me out of purchasing the control board, saying it was more often the motor itself and offering to test it for me if I brought it in. Sure enough, they were right!The fact that they would forfeit a sale and take the gamble that I would come back to them for the correct part speaks volumes for their integrity (the control board isnt returnable, so I would have had to purchase the motor either way). The fact that they caught my mistake at the checkout counter speaks volumes for their knowledge and experience. Given this and their competitive prices (to online prices, sans shipping), its clear they were not trying to rip me off, just build a loyal customer base..and that is what they have done!Thank you, guys!!

Great service. I pretty much knew what I needed, but they explained two different options that were available. Competitive pricing with the discount internet sites, but parts in stock locally right now instead of ordering online and waiting days for delivery. I m not sure why there is two bad reviews at the top here, I have had to get parts at least TWICE and found them to be honest, fair priced and even tested my parts that I brought in to make sure what I was buying was the right thing. Dont buy something use it and try to return it two weeks later because you are putting in a smart thermostat.These guys are great!

I called air conditioning company to come out and they wanted $275 for service call. Somehow this place came up in my Google search so I called. They said bring your fan assembly and the two black things with wires and they would check it out. I did that and they sold me a $7.50 part, told me how-to install it from the pictures on my phone. No kidding. 31 yrs old unit ran for two years perfect. Same thing again this week different part, cost me $22 this time. These guys are great!

Three different local AC repair companies wanted to charge me between $360 to $400 to replace a $40 relay board. Thank you KC for giving me the parts repair my own AC for less than $50!Also as said by others, incredibly knowledgeable and nice!

The company be selling faulty parts. We purchase apart, a day later we have to bring the part back, and two weeks later we have to bring the same part we just went and got back. The sales clerk stated they could not do anything to replace the faulty part. The part was extremely expensive. I requested the information for the manufacturer they stated that they could not give out that information. Please move with caution when purchasing from company.

The tech...I think his name was Keith (sorry if thats wrong) told me exactly what I needed to bring in to make sure I didnt buy anything I didnt need. He walked me through the set up and made sure everything worked before I left. Literally some of the best service Ive ever received!

This store and its staff saved me $745! Air Around the Clock wanted to charge me $895 to fix a broken fan motor. What a joke. I brought the whole top fan assembly into this store and they removed the old fan motor, hooked up the new one, tested it to make sure it worked, showed me how to hook up the wires, and did it all in about 15 minutes. Could not be happier and more appreciative of their help and service. Before spending hundreds or thousands to local contractors, check this place out first.

Best store for all you need when it comes to AC .Better & wayyyy cheaper than calling a service company in my experience. After just last month getting billed $ 450 for freon and just to find out that my coil was leaking and need replacement, cost me $ 900 just for the labor ?!!! When my outside unit not running, Casey suspected that was the motor, and hes right ! He just told me to bring the motor and he will install a new one, explaining to me each step to put it back ( Thanks a billion coz he patiently explaining & explaining which cable go where ). the motor cost me $ 165, the service company quote me $ 575 ! Boy ...Im a happy camper ! Really really great store, excellent customer service and very competitive price :)

Do not believe all the positive reviews. They probably had family post them because they are the rudest people I have ever encountered at a business open to the public. They are doing you a huge favor by allowing you into their store......thats their mentality.

I have been going here for several years. They are the nicest people around. I have gone in with parts I thought were broken like my fan and they test them for you so you dont waste money. I had an ac technician come to my house and tell me my circuit board and transistor were blown and it would be $800 to fix them. I took both parts here to Atlantic and they tested them and only the transistor was bad. I bought a few fuses and a new transistor which they hooked up the wiring for me and explained how to put it back and $40 later my ac is fixed. This place is the best.

Trane Outside Compressor Fan Motor and Capacitor - was calling around after my A/C repairman came by and told me $589 for a repair of a unit that was over amperage and going bad, but still working fine... the house getting down to 69 degrees in South Florida June Summer Heat... sure enough it went bad 2 days later... Happened to get lucky and found KC at Atlantic A/C Supply, very nice, thorough and helpful!!!! Went by with my fan motor and top of compressor and lotsa pictures.... He tested and sold me the parts and did a complete mount and wiring and testing and sent me home with a drawing of complete wiring.... Its working perfectly for just a little over $227 - nice savings of $360!!!!Highly recommend KC and staff at Atlantic A/C!!!!!

I am a complete novice when it comes to fixing my ac unit but because of the professional help that I received from Kacey and the family I was able to replace the motor and get the unit back up and running. Very friendly when selling, however, extremely rude and dishonest when returning.I bought a thermostat and decided to buy a Nest. Within a 2 week time period (living in Orlando) and with the package sealed and unopened the return was denied. The front counter man KC even had the audacity to deny our conversation regarding discussing the return policy before I bought it 2 weeks earlier.I was a repeat customer since I had bought a/c vents from them previously. Nevertheless, I was shocked and couldnt believe that he acted as if he had no prior knowledge of discussing the return policy.That was bad enough, but the owner gets the prize! He was rude, loud and obnoxious when he became aware of the situation. Rather than do right by customer service, he incited the situation even further by yelling and insulting me in the store.BEWARE OF THE BUSINESS PRACTICES OF THE OWNER.
