Do not order from them I ordered my niece graduation shirts within 3 weeks notice was promised the shirts on June 2nd he said he wouldn’t have them in time so I requested a refund on PayPal he keeps canceling the payment on PayPal he is so unprofessional I keep contacting him he keeps saying he sent the payment and he’s not. Don’t waste your money and I’m local he could of gave my money back another way

I had a terrible experience with super easy printing!! Chris had not gotten back to me about shipping for my shirt for a week, however I was being patient and eventually decided to reach out to him. I was promised 3 separate times on 3 separate phone calls over a course of 5 days that I would be emailed a tracking number and....NOTHING! I tried to reach out to him again another time and he stopped answering my phone calls and I never got my product. I had to file a report with my bank in order to get my money back as I had already prepaid him!!! I am shocked about how many good reviews he has as he seems like a total scam artist to me... not to mention the building he has on google as his current address is completely shut down. If I were looking to buy a t-shirt I would take my money elsewhere!!!

I recommend Super Easy Printing for any of your printing needs. They are very easy to work with and will answer any questions you might have. The whole process took about 2 weeks for about 16 shirts.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Placed an order for some shirts, hoodies, and yard signs in November 2020. The shirts and hoodies were received in a timely manner; however, here it is May and I still do not have my signs. Half the time Chris will not respond at all to my email inquiries, and when he does respond, he just lies regarding the status. The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with period. Would not recommend even if they were the only printing business available. If you do decide to order from this business, DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!

I contacted this business on getting some shirts and hoodies made for my husband ... new business.. i got a response with in minutes.. they are very professional... and my shipment came with in days.. and when my husband open the box he cried.. because i didnt want him to go on the road without his business on his back.. meaning his shirts.. he and i both love the quality of these shirts and hoodies.. thanks for being there for us... if i could give you a 100 stars i would... you guys are true meaning of family business... you value the needs of yours customers... and we appreciate you guys.. stay safe and be Bless...

He took money from me and other people. It has been three months and no product. He said he would refund us but he has not. He also said he would donate items. Has anyone received their refund or donation back? This is upsetting.

I can not fully express just how pleased I am with this company. I needed two custom shirts. They helped us to fulfill the concept. They even knew that meeting up for a hand off was going to be a struggle since I was getting my oil changed. They offered to deliver to me. My friends were so happy to have custom ts. It made their day. Thank YOU soooooooo much for outstanding work and even better customer.service. Oh and did I mention the turn around was less than a couple.of hours. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The only issue I had with this company was communication. Even after all of the miscommunication I was still willing to go ahead and take the shirts. Great prices.Suggestion to the company- Just communicate better with the customers. If someone pays $60 for 4 T-shirts they deserve to know the status of the order, instead of being put off and getting the run around.I recently ordered 4 T-shirts from this company. At first I thought ok this is going to be great. they were very responsive at the beginning, I sent the image I wanted on the shirts and paid for them.***I do understand on the invoice that it says it can take 45 days to process orders***All I wanted was better communication and if you say you are going to call a customer back, just follow through. I gave it about a week and a half and emailed the owner just to check on the status of the shirts and never got a response. So I called a couple days later. I was told since I needed a 5x they had to special order it(which is totally understandable, and I get it I am a patient person), but the rest were ready to be made. He said he would check to see if he had anything available in that size and call me right back. I never received a call back. I proceeded to call every couple of days to check and no one ever answered. Finally, I got in touch with him on Monday 10-28-2020 and he said they were finished and getting ready to be shipped, I voiced my frustration and he apologized about the time to process. He told me that he would be in the area yesterday-on 10-29-2020 and he could just deliver to me. I offered because I was in the area to just swing by the shop to pick them up. He said let me call my wife and see if she is still there and I will call you right back I never received a call and tried to call back with no answer. I called yesterday morning 10-27-2020 to see when he would be in the area so I could meet them to get my t-shirts. I again voiced my frustrations and he said we will get the shirts to you today I said great I really appreciate it. He said the delivery person would be in powell, between 3 and 5 and could meet me to get the shirts. I called at 3 when I got off work to see where the delivery person was so, I could meet him, but again no answer. I waited around in powell until 5pm and never heard anything. I called again and he answered and said well, he should have been in powell by now let me call him and I will call you right back. I waited another 30 minutes and never heard anything so I called back again and he said, well he has already been in powell and I told him to bring your package back to me and I will get it to you. I again told him that I am very frustrated because there was no communication with me. he said that is fine I am pulling the plug and just giving you your money back. I have received the refund. I will not use this company again, just because I had such a hard time with getting them to communicate with me.

Very disappointing service. It took several weeks to get a simple job completed, and then the printing was wrong and very poor quality. I was promised a reprint and again after several weeks was told the order was ready to ship . Since then I have been told several times it was ready and on he way but that is obviously untrue. Im being led along and theyre hoping I just go away. Poor communication, poor quality, awful customer service. There is nothing I could recommend about this business except to take your business elsewhere.

A little disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered a shirt for Mother’s Day and first order sent to me wasn’t the color I asked for. I was told second order with the correct shirt would be shipped in time for Mother’s Day. Never came. Didn’t receive a tracking number so I don’t know if or when I will receive it.

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER AGAIN. I found him through his wife in a Facebook group we’re apart of. It is going on three months and I have no bags, no tracking number, BUT HE SENT A INVOICE AND TOOK THE MONEY. EVERY WEEK ITS AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY I DONT HAVE MY BAGS. EITHER HE IS SICK, working on them still, the bags have shipped and he will get a tracking number. I thought these were nice Christians who would never do this but this WAS A LEARNING LESSON FOR ME. I STILL DON’T HAVE MY BAGS BUT IM MOVING ON.

Communication is awful and I ordered my bags 2 months ago and still havent received them. Everytime I call to check on my bags the Chris guy doesnt answer or he has every excuse why I havent received my bags. Whatever you do PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order anything from this business. He is a joke and I think it a scam personally....please stay far away

Have had an order in for 2 months now. Ge partially filled the order almost a month a go and told me the others just came in and would be done over the weekend. Talked to him today and he says they still arent done. Have messaged him many time to try to get response and takes about 2 weeks to get anything out of him. Do not use him for any service very un professional
