The worker at the drive thru window was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. We try so hard to be so kind during this crazy time in our history, try to tip well and commend those in the work force! I’m hoping this was just a bad day for this girl (H) but I am shocked at the way this employee talked to us. I know good workers are hard to find but kindness isn’t hard to give CVS!
The pharmacist at the Oak Ridge, TN CVS flat out lied to me when she told me that my Dr. hadn’t put “early refill ok” on my prescription. My Dr. talked to the pharmacist & then informed me that she had indeed put that on the prescription & that the CVS pharmacist just wanted to know why!My. Dr. informed the pharmacist the SHE is the Dr. and that the pharmacist’s job was to follow her orders on my prescription, not to pry into why she had written “early refill ok”!I don’t appreciate the pharmacist lying to me.
Will NEVER use this pharmacy again. The two staff members that I dealt with were incredibly rude and unhelpful to the point where they actually made me tear up.
Terrible customer service. Bought printer ink cartridges. Could not find them other places. Two weeks later computer says out of ink. Paid $44 for dried up cartridges. Would not refund my money because I did not keep original packaging. Dried up when purchased. Very poor customer service!!!!!
We waited 45 minutes for an immunization which could have been done in 5 minutes had the staff communicated with each other. We received brusque treatment from the person up front. They apparently forgot we were waiting between the different processes of filling the vaccine prescription and getting the consent paperwork filled. The nurse administering the vaccine was very nice and professional, though.
Terrible customer service. Pharmacy staff and front store staff are incredibly rude.
People working behind the counter at pharmacy have no sense of humor. Or sense of urgency. However the pharmacist herself is top notch!
I have no problems getting my medicines in a very timely manner. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and professional. Monica(Pharmacist) and Rosia(pharmacy Tech) are AWESOME. I have bad anxiety when it comes to taking medicine, especially new ones. Monica ALWAYS takes time, no matter how busy she is, to hear my concerns and answer my questions without me feeling rushed weather in person or over the phone.Rosia is always helpful as well. I cant say enough good things about the pharmacy, the staff and especially Monica and Rosia. If I could give more stars I would.
I have nothing but good things to say about CVS Pharmacy. They are always cordial and work with my PCP to get prescriptions filled. No complaints here. I like this way better than Kroger... Yikes.. too many people filling there and not as personal service.
There is a fairly impressive variety and easy to navigate setup to this store. It always seems to be quiet.
Ive never had an issue there. Ive been using them for 2+ years (transfered all my scripts from a large retailer, who tells you an hour plus on fills). Initially there was an employee who was sub par, but is no longer there. The Pharmacists are fantastic, as is the current crew. They know me by name, as I do them. Always ALWAYS very friendly & courteous. I usually wait the whole 15 minutes or less, and well joke around or talk (pharm techs). Ive zero complaints at all. Wouldnt go anywhere else!! (:
I am typically team Walgreens and havent been in a CVS in well over a year. After listening to someone rave about how many extra bucks they earned, I wanted to see how CVS compares. It was one of my most pleasant shopping experiences that Ive had in a long time and Im not exaggerating. First of all, the store is laid out so specially. Plenty of aisle room to move so you can move about freely without bumping into people Everytime you turn around. Second and my favorite part, that is the cleanest, neatest and most organized store ever. They should be really proud of that. Everything is in the right spot, products are kined up and spaced evenly on the shelf and the shelves are free of dust and the carpet even looks clean without staining.it was visually pleasing and soothing for me to look around because disorder and clutter really makes me anxious. It takes a bit to impress me with cleanliness because I feel its a persons job to keep their work clean (I do it at my work too) but this store was impressively clean and organized. Finally, customer service was above and beyond. I got my receipt out to give kudos to the employees that helped me. Her name is Ashley and she is great representative of what a good customer service agent should be. She was friendly and so patient. I didnt know how the reward benefits worked and she not only explained it to me but she went the extra mile to give me tips to help me save and get the most out of my rewards. Trust me most employees wouldnt go beyond the basics. With my rewards and clearance savings I saved 31 dollars, plus found an item that is out of stock everywhere else Ive looked for it and left happy and feeling like I had a extra good store experience and wanted to write this review as soon as I got home. This one experience has ensured that I will continue to shop at CVS from time to time to. Compared to the other chain drugstore down the street, CVS is way more spacious, less crowded, so much cleaner/organized without the clutter and the service was much happier and ready to help.
Clean and friendly
Worst Ive ever gone to. I moved down here a few months ago. Had to wait two weeks for seizure medication because they ordered the wrong meds. Thank god I had extra. I can only pick up my meds two days before refill. Went today to doctor and found out I have strep. 3 hours to get medication and always some lame excuse. Not processional and rude. I found out through a co- worker I am not the only one. Dont go. Go to Walgreen. 24 hour and no problems
I went to pick up my prescription at 8:10 PM and the pharmacy was CLOSED. Even though the time they are scheduled to close is 9PM. I’m very appalled that they would close almost an hour before scheduled time. Some people need their medication!
Good place for medical needs
Great Pharmacy!
Said they close the Pharmacy at 10. They actually close at 9.
Typical CVS store.
