The saleswoman, Cassie, at The Mattress Firm was so helpful while I was recently shopping for a new mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products sold there and not just a high pressure salesman. Took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. She made a difficult decision much easier. I highly recommend this store.

Super clean store. Cassie and Patrick are great at making this stressful decision so much easier. I bought a mattress for my mother there, and even without her being there, Patrick was able to recommend a few options from what I told him about her. When she was able to come in a couple weeks later, her favorite was his first suggestion out of all of them. Would recommend.

We have bought three mattress and a frame this year. In both cases, the first purchase of two mattresses and the second one of a queen mattress and a frame, Patrick drove the purchases right to my house a mile from the store. A former mattress inspector myself, I appreciate quality. Patrick did well with explaining things and with the pricing. I was NOT able to post this on the Mattress Firm site because of the ad blocking on my computer which even when turned off prevented my review from being posted, so I am happy to post it here.

I was very impressed as she was not pushy and did not try to sell us anything we didnt need. She gave us recommendations according to our needs and desires. Our overall experience in the store was excellent, The delivery guys had an attitude right from the start. We paid for the gold service to remove the old mattress. They were extremely rude and informed me that they could not removed a stained mattress. The reason was they couldnt put a stained mattress in the truck with new mattresses. You mean in the truck with mattresses that are sealed in plastic? They gave no replay and started taking pictures and wasting time, I told them to get on with it. I am disabled and nerve damage in my right leg and had to drag the mattress out of the house to the garage. My son who is autistic cannot help it no many how many pads I put under the sheets.

I had a wonderful experience learning about mattress types and negotiation. The sales woman was very knowledgeable, professionalism at its finest. I’m excited to get this new mattress set in for my 96 yr old mother. I hope to shop there again.

The staff were excellent in helping myself pick out the right mattress. There was no deceit or anything of that sort on prices, values, ways to get better deals, or what they thought would really suit my particular situation. They gave me every opportunity to buy a cheaper mattress if that’s what I needed and never tried to force anything upon me. This is a very translucent establishment, unlike car dealerships, and they really do want what’s best for your individual circumstances. I’ve never written a review, but my experience was so pleasant that I felt I needed to.

Back in Sept. I went and spoke with Buck about purchasing a mattress, I have a severely messed up back along with chronic cluster headaches and I have 2 fairly LG dogs and a Fat Cat that resembles Garfield who crashes on my bed, that was in a horrible state at this point. I didnt have the funds to go ahead and purchase as I was just getting back to work BUT he STILL took the time to talk to me, to let me try several different mattresses, listened to my issues and what my budget was and from the hour, hour and a half he spent with me I made the decision on what mattress I thought I wanted to purchase. FAST FORWARD to today! I went back to the store and spoke with Buck, still the laid back guy who took time to let me try several different mattresses before I made my purchase. He is very knowledgable and patient. He also ISNT pushy, nor is he just trying to get you to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. I HIGHLY reccommend the Oak Ridge store, Buck is awesome! Thanks so much Buck for taking the time to show that you actually care if someone gets a good nights sleep! I cant wait to get my mattress delivered....Will update with mattress and review it as well :)UPDATE: I have had my mattress over a year and I LOVE IT! IT is very well built! I love it! I called Buck when my mattress what delivered, they just need to update who they use for delivery. My mattress got lost and I had a heck of a time getting it. Not Bucks fault as its Mattress Firm who has the contract with FedEx. But other than the delivery hiccup, I really am pleased with my mattress.

One of the delivery guys had an attitude and damaged my furniture. I have been going back and forth with Mattress Firm and the delivery company for almost a year to get my furniture repaired and it’s still not resolved. VERY POOR FOLLOW THROUGH! Once they get their money, they don’t care about your satisfaction!!!!
