I live in Florida and my aunt, who lives in Oak Ridge, had surgery at Methodist Medical Center. Called around but Rainbow Florist were, by far, the best in terms of listening to my needs and providing options. They created an amazing flower bouquet which was delivered to the hospital and brought joy to my aunt at a time when she needed it the most. The flowers ended up lasting her over a week after she left the hospital. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful conversation on the phone with the florist, who offered to design a bouquet of unusual and interesting flowers for my father-in-law who loves wildflowers. He was DELIGHTED and sent us a photo, and it was truly spectacular!

Extremely pleased with my first experience!When I spontaneously made the decision to get my mom a birthday bouquet, I didnt think I would get such a great deal and great service.I called at 11:15 am to ask about prices and arrangements. The person on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. I gave her a price range, a message, and my moms favorite color and flowers. The lady (I wish I remembered her name) said that shell make it beautiful yet simple like I asked. I took a leap of faith and got a wonderful outcome.My mom received her flowers before noon and she absolutely loved it. When she brought the flowers home, I was also impressed.I would highly recommend this florist. Reasonable prices, great arrangements, and great service!

They have some beautiful flowers but after speaking with the staff there and assuming I had reserved a bouquet for valentines day. Called back asking when I could come pick it up and was advised I would get a call back. I was called at 730 on valentines. We had eaten our dinner by that time. I will be returning though. At least they tried. Thats more than I expected really.

They did a wonderful job with a flower arrangement that I ordered for a friends family after they lost my friends uncle. They even texted me pictures of the flowers they had available in my price range so I could pick what I wanted mobily; which was a great convenience. My girlfriend said the Valentines Day flowers that you delivered were perfect.

(Yes, I copied and pasted my review from another website)I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement this past Friday with a scheduled Saturday delivery. The person who answered the phone was extremely cordial and pleasant. As part of the delivery instructions, I left my mothers phone number, as well as an instruction that if my parents were gone, to leave them in the leasing office where my mom could pick them up whenever she was home. Feeling like I was off to an excellent start and in very capable hands, I was confident that everything would go off without a hitch.Imagine my surprise on Sunday morning when I called my mom and asked her how she liked her flowers, receiving a response that she didnt get any flowers. I asked if the leasing office had tried to contact her, to which she said no. Granted, that detail not the florists fault. Furthermore, I asked my mom if she had any kind of a voicemail from the delivery driver. All she had was one missed call from a Texas phone number.Fast forward to today. My mom still does not have her flowers, as she leaves for work before the apartments leasing office is open, and returns from work after they close. I am sure they are very nice and I hope that the apartments staff is enjoying the bouquet. I called the florist and asked that my money be refunded. The person who answered was very courteous, however, she passed me off to the owner who was anything but that. Before I had even fully explained the situation, I was told that they had fulfilled their contractual obligation and that they would not be refunding my money. The owner started by telling me that the driver had called multiple times. Not true. As stated earlier, the driver called one time and didnt leave a voicemail. Next, she told me that the leasing office called. Again, thats not the florists fault that the leasing office didnt call, however, dont tell me that they did when they clearly did not. If you dont know for sure, dont state it as fact. Finally, the owner tried to invalidate my complaint by asking if I called on Sunday. No, I did not because their posted hours state that they are closed. It is Mothers Day after all.I understand that being a small business owner is a tough and often unrewarding thing. Quite frankly, any small business owner has my admiration for being willing to take on that degree of risk. However, when one owns a small business, he or she should pay extra attention to impeccable customer service or risk being devoured by the scores of competitors who do. My interaction with this individual was one of those rare moments where I finish the phone call wondering how her business made it past the first week. This business owner lied to me (No, the delivery driver called once, not twice. No, the leasing office never called. No, my mother still does not have the flowers). Additionally, she tried to deflect the blame and basically accuse my mom of being lazy for not taking a phone call from an unknown number out of state. Furthermore, she tried to tell me that it was my fault for not trying to call them on a day where their own website says that they are closed.There are many choices for florists in the greater Knoxville/Oak Ridge area. Based on my interaction with this particular one, I will avoid doing business with them in the future and will go out of my way to ensure that others follow suit.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they werent delivered. I called to see what happened and was only told that they didnt know. They offered me a 100$ arrangement as compensation but I turned it down because I didnt want a 40% discount on flowers that just so happened to be laying around. I got a refund but it may take days or weeks before I get the money back. So I would not order from this business if the delivery date is important.

I wanted to share my experience with Rainbow Florist yesterday. My Maryville family suffered a loss, and the funeral was yesterday. The online order that was placed to a Maryville florist didnt go to the right place, and when my sister-in-law called to check on the order yesterday afternoon, not only did they say they didnt get the order, but that they couldnt do it in time. I immediately called Rainbow, and they sprung into action. As it turned out, the online company my SIL used sent the order to the wrong florist, and the flowers did show up. When I called Rainbow back, just an hour before I was to pick up a huge casket spray, they were willing to turn it into a basket, and they had it ready to go. They were kind, they did beautiful work, and they will have my business from now on. Please go see them. They deserve your business, too!
