I would highly recommend Chuck’s Car Care. I have had to use them twice now and both times were last minute issues and I was able to call them and get help right away. They have always been very friendly and super helpful. They will absolutely be my first call next time I have any car issues.

Front and rear alignment was way out before. Fixed my Pilot the first time and pretty quick. They did a short test drive to make sure it was good. Thank you, great experience.

They do my oil changes on my Jeep Cherokee. And recently they replaced my radiator due to a crack and leak that had developed. Chuck offered me a couple of options and let me know the cost up front. They went the extra mile to get it done before the weekend and did a great job, then followed up afterward. I know I can trust Chucks.

CHUCKS Car Care did a great job replacing my old Camry water pump and valve cover gasket and also checked a few other items for me. They are very professional and customer oriented and informed me up front about the expected time for the repair and let me know as soon as the car was ready. They also stand behind parts and labor.

Chuck’s Car Care is a great place. They explain everything to you treat you well and are reasonable. The rates are great and service is spot on. Like a small town auto shop should be. I take all my vehicles to Chucks.

Id give higher kudoes but they arent available to give. After many calls just to get a diagnostic for a check engine light and told 4 to 6 week wait (while traveling) Terry and Chuck checked diagnostics and we were on our way in less than 1/2 hour and no charge. I wish we lived closer so we could use them on a long time basis.

This place has the experience, honesty, & prompt service thats missing in a lot of todays automotive repair shops.

I brought my company truck into Chuck’s car care Center for a simple oil change. while I was there the incredible technicians that work for chucks found out that my serpentine belt was split in half, without that knowledge I would’ve been broke down on the side of the road. Chuck‘s car care was able to get the part and fix it in no time at all and get me back out on the road. So keep in mind when your car has issues and it needs repairs don’t hesitate to take it to the best car repair center in town. Chucks car care center is without a doubt the best in the area, they are friendly and kind and they will get you back on the road just like they did with me. No one in the area compares!!!

We have used Chucks Car Care for a few years. They have always done quality work using quality parts. Service is fast, usually we could get an appointment within a day or so. Once a vehicle comes off factory warranty, Chucks Car Care is the place to go.

I thought if you are getting an oil change that doesnt include anything ( wash, vacuum, x point inspection) you wouldnt pay 45 for a non full synthetic. Guess Im wrong. Then they installed tires on my wifes van and said it had a broken tpms valve and needed to be replaced for 90 dollars. Seems they dont have the knowledge or equipment to fix these issues because after three trips and two new sensors the light was still on. Then had the nerve to text me almost a year later asking about service or what not. I responded with my dissatisfaction and never heard back. Who knows maybe its a spam text. Im glad I can do all my own work except tires. I did the oil change that day since it was already on the lift. What a mistake. Honest prices? For who? I can do a full synthetic for almost 30 bucks.

Most automotive repair shops I have been to follow the rule of courtesy that no bills are charged before first calling you up with an estimate. I am sad to say that although the employees at Chucks seemed helpful when I first took my Jeep in, when I went back to pick it up (after receiving a call that the unknown scraping noise I had heard was only caused by an easily-accessible metal flap which they simply bent back into shape to fix the problem), I was confronted with a bill of almost $150.I am not sure if the employees at Chucks only treat Oak Ridge interns this way (since summer interns are not likely to become long-term repeat customers) or if they simply do not recognize the benefit of instilling customer good will to generate repeat customers, but in either case I found the service very lacking in both communication and in pricing diagnostics (which most places dont charge for) and extraordinarily simple fixes (like bending a piece of metal, also which many places wouldnt even charge for, let alone charge $150).

Vert professional and courteous service. Chuck and his mechanics troubleshot my electriccal problem and gave me an estimate to fix it. Very reasonable and fixed correctly. I couldnt be happier.

I took out the front head light bulb in my daughters car. It looked good so I had her take it to Chucks. They charged her $53 for putting in a new bulb.That is a Rip Off. Get and estimate from Chucks if you want to take a chance at being Ripped Off.

They quickly analyzed the problem with my car and fixed it. Reasonably priced too. They even took me home while they worked on it and picked me up when it was done.
