Wonderful staff! They do not work on commission so they work together as a team! No high pressure sales tactics, just more than fair prices and a great buying experience! They even had all of our paperwork done before we got there so we were only at the dealership for maybe 20 minutes. I bought a new 2011 Ford Escape from Elizabeth when they were in Wartburg. It was a great car! Recently got totaled and all I had to do was text her and give her my price range. Bought a 2011 Enclave (loaded) the same day for a GREAT price! As someone in a related industry, I know great customer service - and these folks definitely provide it!!

Get estimate on car repairs. Way IMate was done in a timely manner and the prices for parts and labor were here reasonable. The shop manager was very nice and kind and very knowledgeable on car repairs. Repair time schedule was very good for The amount of repairs. Did offer a loner car during my car repairs.

As far as I can tell, These people dont have a clue.I brought my vw in for a starter replacement,(brought my own starter),Brake booster replacement,emergency brake repair and headlight replacement.I was told that my new starter was bad new from the store.a new one had to be ordered.It took a week.New starter came and was called and told that there was nothing wrong with my original starter, in was installed wrong.That was the first week.Without a car and a 13 year old to get to school.Second week, Almost the same thing with the brake booster,put the wrong one on, had to order another.Another week.I finally got my car back.The e-brake was never fixed and I was never told.Found out when I parked on a hill.This car drove perfectly and I mean without a single repair or glitch across the country twice.Now the electric windows go halfway up and then go back down,it dies unexpectedly,and the ac makes a horrible noise.NONE of this occurred until the day I picked up my car.I am selling it because I dont know how dependable it is now.I did before I brought it to sexton.

So I was on vacation with my family all the way from New Hampshire when our car blew the engine. The owner was so thoughtful and helped us get into a new car as well as borrow his own truck so I could get my little ones back to our hotel out of the 103° weather all in side of 24 hours. Cannot say enough about the quality of service. Five stars? Id give them more if I could! Thank you to the staff and their hospitality.

I can not praise the employees enough. The owner should be proud. My wife and I were broken down on a cold rainy day. I walked in off the street, the service writer got one of the techs to go out and get us back to the shop. The service we needed was provided quickly and at an acceptable price. A BIG THUMBS UP

I found myself in a time now oil change situation. I stopped at a service place in Oak Ridge that couldnt fit me in, which was understandable because it was so last minute. However when I asked if he could recommend anyone else in the vicinity he had nothing for me, and responded in a way as if there was no one else of quality in the area. I got a feeling the guy was a stooge, and that feeling was accurate. Sexton Auto is of superior quality. Jim and the folks in service were exceptional. I was fortunate both in timing and having the opportunity to deal with Jim. I was in and out. And even more, the car is still running... and running smooth. I dont live in the area, but you guys have my vote and recommendation for those that I know who do. Thanks for the experience!

I recently took my 2003 Chevy S10 pickup into Sexton Automotive Oak Ridge because the backup lights would not come on. Jim wrote up my service order and Derek did the work. I was there at about 815A and they worked me in so that I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Their charges were slightly less than I had been quoted elsewhere and the work was accomplished quickly and solved the problem. The shop is very well equipped and I plan to ask them to do some more work for me on other vehicles. Very nice crew!

Went in for a simple brake job, they called and told me I had more issues and wanted to me sure I was ok with them proceeding before they finished. After the brakes and other issues were finished, we found out that there was a faulty part. They ordered new one and fixed it without any issues at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend them!!

I have a MAJOR distrust to for Auto repair shops in general, but these guys are great! The guys at the repair counter are honest and upfront concerning all repairs. I have used Sexton for Oil changes, tires and breaks so far and will continue to do business with them. One case in-particular on 7/2/2018 after I drove into town I heard a loud grinding sound from the rear end of my Honda. I swung into Sexton and spoke to Jim who was clearly busy, He stopped what he was doing, listened to my concern and told me to leave the car and he would check it out. I asked him if they had time to do the repair today and without hesitation he assured me he would work me in. When I got the feared call from Jim he explained the issue clearly and quoted a repair cost that was very fair and let me know I could pick it up at 4:30. Thanks Sexton
