I only needed one gallon of exterior house for a small job. I got excellent help selecting the type of paint I needed for the job and advice on how well the paint I selected would cover the existing color. My paint was mixed very quickly. The whole process probably took 15-20 minutes, including my consideration of various colors. The sales person was extremely personable and helpful. And the paint worked very well on my project.

Dont come here if youre a female. i was in line to purchase something and they let a male cut in front of me even though i had been there before he had even arrived. ill just go to Schauer’s Hardware in forest park, better customer service and im supporting small buisnesses aswell.

This really makes the entire paint test patch process much cleaner & easier.As a whole, this is a great Sherwin location on Madison, just make sure to make your paint order an hour ahead of time over the phone so your samples are ready when you arrive!

They have quality products in their store and everything is easy to find. The staff is knowledgeable about the paint supplies and the paint itself. They arent paint designers.Its in the store are a little overpriced compared to big box stores so you are paying for convenience for being in Oak Park. During my paint project I was there over 10 times in a 3 week period, so everyone was friendly and helpful.

Small but very clean and orderly with prompt and very helpful service. I felt much more valued as a customer than when I had previously gone to a big box store. Quality products too.

The quality products and great service that i experienced at the Oak Park store. It is wonderful having this store just a few blocks from my house (literally walking distance) because we have always used Sherwin Williams products and now having a store so close is great!

The stain I required was not available in any store in the city of Chicago. Had to drive 45 minutes to a store that had it. Would have preferred to stay local.That said, once at the store that had the stain, everything went smoothly and professionally.
