After driving to 5 cricket stores this location finally had all 3 phones I was looking for and I’m glad I drove the extra miles, it was well worth it. Nick was Excellent, respectful with great customer service skills. He answered all my questions. He took his time in helping me. very professional this was a wonderful experience all around. I would defiantly recommend this location.

I love cricket! Weve had cricket cell phone service for years now. We pay a flat $100 a month for 5 lines, unlimited talk and text, plenty of high speed data. I know that now they only offer 4 lines for that price, but thats still a heck of a good deal! I know people who pay $100 for one line with Verizon. We have great service, no dropped calls. Why would you pay so much for so little when you could have cricket?

Got a great deal on to of the line phones. My service is way better than i had with metro. Wish i wouldve switched over to cricket a few years ago insteadof being with metro for 6 years.

The very young girl in the store seemed inpatient and didnt want to take the time to answer questions that she may have found simple but not simple to the customer. Her customer service needs a lot of work. I will never go back.

Asked for somthing on the phone was told no, i call the store by me thats normally open they always take care of me and never have told me no for the same reason i was told here. Just seems like they didnt want to do there job.

Kawsar was an excellent customer service representative kudos to the time he took it to get the job completed and finalize and I wish him the best. He is the best!

On March 29th I had the pleasure of having a Plesant Time at Cricket Wireless. “kawsar” ( Kaye) Was the best, he was multitasking and made everyone in the store feel Welcome !!!!Although it was busy and he was by himself everyone waited. This guy needs a promotion !! The way he handled everything was seamless. He is my guy - I even got him a Red Bull and another customer bought him lunch because he told us helping my Clients is my first priority I can eat later no big deal lol what an experience . I will visit him and send more customers his way!

The worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. The phone I wanted was marked at $99, but when I get up to the checkout its $150. Then the customer service representative told me to come back on Friday. Im not going out on black Friday for a phone that by right should be given to me at the price that it was listed.

Very poor experience here felt cheated and defrauded by upper management and ownership. I feel it’s better to deal with corporate cricket.

I cracked my phone screen and needed a new one for existing phone, dedric gave me a really good deal on a replacement phone, was in and out in like 5 mins with a new working phone, lower priced phone than other crickets in the area from calling them, thx
