Went here to fix my leaking flex pipe in the past and approximately 6 months after the repair the flex pipe broke again. I called and they told me I can bring it in again to look. After the owner looked at the vehicle he said we can replace it but it will cost you another $60. After the first time costing $120. Keep in mind it is their part that failed.... Not professional! Asked if i had a receipt but they only accept cash. No receipt was ever given. Stated that the employee that did the repairs probably doesnt work there anymore... If you are looking to have any work done on your vehicle look elsewhere, because they do not stand behind their work and it will not last. No good quality here.
I was referred to this buisness by my mechanic for an allignment, I called to inquire about hours and price, I was quoted 50$ for an allignment over the phone,upon arrival I was greeted properly and instantly my vehicle was driven in and worked on, i didnt wan to be discouraged by the few negative reviews on here so I gave it a shot, iam not disappointed at all, work was done properly and on time .I definitely will return and I think I just found a new mechanic shop .I recommend this shop for allignment and as far a future repairs I hope I wont need but this is the place for me .thanks
Awesome service reasonably price. Lady in the front I think her name is Lupe such a sweetheart explained detail to detail of what’s going to happen and kept me updated with the repairs.

I would give them 0 stars if it had a option, asked how much they do breaks and I thought the gentleman said “ what kind of breaks “ I of course said “ regular “ but he said again and I heard him correctly this time and he asked “ what’s kind of car “ and I said “ Lexus “ he didn’t even get a chance to breath and said “ oh 200$ “ what a joke that was.

Today my vehicle had an exhaust rattling. I stopped in. Within seconds, not minutes I was greeted professionally.My vehicle was pulled in.The assessment was a part had rusted and was causing my rattling noise.My bill was no charge.I will be back!!
Went to take my van in for a torn motor belt. They charged me at first exactly what the dealer wanted. I explained to them that Id rather take it to the dealer instead, if they are that expensive. Thereafter, he started to negotiate a lower price for me. Fixed the car, but told me no warranty. A week later a loud noise in my engine started the belt broke again. It had appeared that theyd not installed the belt correctly, and it was a very low grade belt. Be extremely careful going here. They also seem to be more negotiable with men vs. women for pricing. As my husband called after me a day later and theyd priced him much lower for the SAME job. Do not go here.....save your money and time.

Parked infront and was directly allowed to park inside the shop to be looked at. I came in for a performance exhaust upgrade and had brought my own mufflers. I paid $80 for two mufflers to be upgraded, when other shops in the area charged me double! They finished in about an hour. Welds were as quality would be expected from a small shop, but nonetheless the exhaust sounded great! My only complaint about the joint is the lack of communication between customer and employee. I would have liked a more detailed explanation on what he di d to my car instead of being rushed into the waiting room. Waiting room was also sub-par. In the end I can say that if you want quick and exceptional quality work for a cheap price if you are willing to sacrifice some luxuries, this is the perfect shop!

Hit a pothole last night and noticed I had a chunk of tire missing and a horrible rattle. Tire was fixed elsewhere, (I already have a tire guy), so I set off to find the rattle. Stopped at a competitor and was told that it would be at least an hour before they could look at it, and it sounds like it would be around $250. That was not going to happen. I remembered that I had been to MFL years ago, so I stopped on by. I was able to get right in and put up on a lift. The mechanics walked me through what was wrong, and was able to get me fixed up in about 20 minutes for half the price as the other guys.My only “complaint” is that my fast and furious grocery getter is now a putt-putt grocery getter. A Prius is louder than me! At least the neighbors will be happy that I no longer set off their car alarm when I roll by.
Not a fancy place but all business. A family owned business for many years. Always a very fair price for quality work. If you are looking for an upscale muffler store then dont go here but if you want a good repair or replacement for less then this is the place for you.A friendly, blue collar, dirty clothes, fast work, low price shop. Every time I go to get some exhaust work done the welds are horrible and it’s a sloppy job also because of my age they think they can over charge you for something small. Go to amerimex down the street better work.
The guy in the office displayed a helpful attitude however he did not have any control over the mechanic who is trying to con me out of a higher price . I had to go back to fix the same problem that they could not fix at the first place and they pretend that they already fixed it however I end up going to another shop spending more money to get my muffler fixed or actually my exhaust system for that matter I don’t recommend the shop they are unprofessional I would never go back to them again

These “Experts” have no idea what their talking about. Took my car to get a wheel alignment they said I had many issues that needed to be fixed and gave me an outrageous price. I knew they were full of it and took it down the block to Wilrae tires a much more professional operation and they noticed nothing they were talking about got my wheel alignment and went on my way. I WOULD NOF RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
These mechanics Performed a half job because they had to close and end their day, they decided not to make me aware of an incomplete job until I noticed noise and smoke, Called back to have job finished and done right and understand why I was not informed and allowed to leave in the condition the car was in, they claimed I was informed about further work needing done WHICH I WASNT and wanted to charge higher than dealer prices. JOKE of a place. Thought Id save money, ended up spending more to get the job done right by true mechanics not by this place which stands for the definition of crook mechanics. Customers beware, enter at your own risk!
I went to the Chicago Ridge location to have my a/c repaired and was told to go the Blue Island location. I was referred to this business, but I pass the Chicago Ridge location to and from work so thats why I stopped there and they have a sign that says they work on a/cs. They gave me an evelope with the address and ph# to the Blue Island location. I immediately called and advised I was at the Chicago Ridge location and they referred me to their location to have my a/c repaired and I wanted to come now. I asked if they were open and could see me when I got there as I did not want to waste the time or gas going only to be turned away. I was told yes come I can see you, so I took the ride from the Chicago Ridge location to the Blue Island location happy that I could have my air back...........ALAS ONCE I GO THERE I WAS THEY CLOSE AT 6PM, IT WAS 6:09 AND ALL THE BAYS WERE STILL OPEN, THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLYEE THERE BUT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I SAID BUT I CALLED AND YOU TOLD ME TO COME, HE SAID YEH-YEH BUT I CANT WE CLOSE. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY, NO EFFORT TO HAVE ME COME BACK...JUST YEH I TOLD YOU TO COME BUT OH WELL I CANT HELP YOU, BUY. SO I LEFT FEELING ANGRY FOR MY WASTED GAS AND TIME, STILL NO AIR AND HOW DISMISSIVE THE ENTIRE SITUATION WAS. VERY DISAPPOINTING, THIS JUST HAPPENED YESTERDAY!!!!!

Kept giving these people a call to get my car checked out and the guy on the phone kept saying call back in 20 minutes. Never gave me a reason to why he needed 20 minutes when my questions were pretty simple (do you have time to check out my car today?) (do you do clutch work?). He kept putting me off until he finally just stopped answering my calls. Highly dissatisfied with this service

Horrible work dont go. They did a wheel alignment and it was messed up the next day. Got tire rods done and had to do them again after a couple of months. Warning, Warning, Warning!!!

I got tire rods and alignment done on my vehicle. 3 months later I had to get all the work they did redone. When I went back there to show them they did the work wrong they denied it and said whoever u took your car to were lying. Over priced and low quality work.They charged me $800 for something that I had to take to another mechanic because they couldnt do the job right
