I visited for a hearing aid repair and the receptionist Nicole was professional, courteous and greeted me with a smile . Deborah Walsh fixed the hearing aid in 10 minutes even though I am not their patient. Deborah was exceptionally polite, friendly and she knows her job.They did not charge me for repairs. It`s hard to find such good people these days. I being a Physician myself I truly appreciate their service.

Everyone here is very nice, but I cannot compliment Debbie Walsh enough! Not only is she the kindest, most compassionate person you can ask for, but she truly knows her business and takes great care of and cares about her clients. My Mom is 93 and has been going to Debbie for many years and Debbie is always adjusting to accommodate my Moms needs, always thinking of what is best for her. She is truly what a hearing specialist should be and Miracle ear should consider themselves fortunate to have her in their employ.

Very good experience.....they are kind and friendly and have lots of patience with those who cannot hear well but love to talk. So far so good.....it is a shame that hearing aids cost sooooo much though. Not their fault... and a big shame insurance companies dont provide more coverage. But, they offer payment plans to help and several options to choose from. They have the patients interest in mind... so far so good....

Caught in a bunch of lies Deborah rude holding my deposit $769 had a 30 day free trial returned after 20 days said they misplaced my files lie, update went to ear go no cost out of pocket, 6 weeks free trial period very professional not like debrora Walsh still holding my money......less than one week I returned miracle ear ripp off product I received a set from ear go there top of line $2500 which my insurance covered completely no hearing specialist required there 10 times better than miracle ear I have 6 weeks free trial period if I chose Im totally satisfied but time will tell but I saved $5600 out of pocket from con job miracle ear in oak lawn illionois

I didnt realize how bad my hearing was till I heard about Miracle Ear and went in for my free hearing test . The ringing in my ears was driving me crazy and bothering me even worse at night . I tried the hearing aid simulator at the Miracle Ear office in Oak Lawn and couldnt believe the difference in how bad my hearing was and how much better I could hear with a hearing aid . The staff in Oak Lawn are angels, and treat you better than family . I recommend every one who thinks they might have reduced hearing to go for a hearing test at Miricle Ear on 95th St . in Oak Lawn . It cant hurt to have a free test . It doesnt take long and it it is painless, as well as the office has its own parking lot and easily accessible to seniors like me and handicapped customers .

Bought new hearing aids. Expensive but worth it.
