Very dishonest guy even though he is polite! I weighed my gold before I got there, had 3.4 grams and he told me 1.7. Then he said my 18 carat was only 10 so offered me overall 25% of what my stuff was actually worth. Do NOT go here to sell your gold.

I stopped at a beautiful shop on 87th Harlem and i wont say a name but they were rude and disrespectful! I waited at least 20 mins before anyone spoke to me then when someone finally did they were really nasty and spoke to me like i was an idiot and they were doing me a favor, so i left. i sat in my car and googled another place and Gold Buyers came up so i headed over that way. When i got there a really cool guy was standing behind the glass and he could tell i was a little upset. He made me laugh and he took his time with me,not once did he speak down to me and he actually educated me! This is how customer service should be,he was so laid back and friendly that i lost track of time and really enjoyed my visit and got an awesome deal for my pieces. Best decision Ive ever made and best day Ive ever had. Thanks Gold Buyers!!!!!
