I have been going to this store and enjoying it for decades. Not today. Today was different from what usually happens. The older man (new ownership?) at the computer ignored us until it was time to price an item without a tag. He charged us DOUBLE what Target, Walmart and Amazon offered for a brand new basketball. In addition, he was rude to his young part-time worker who was polite to us.In the end, after I asked for a refund, he invited to me to move into busy traffic. After years of being a loyal customer, I will never enter that store again, sadly.

Sold me downhill skis telling me they were cross country skis. I was offered them for $40 cash. Another store advised me these downhill skis are so old, I can neither sell them nor use them safely. I bought a nice old Titan lefty and a puck for a buck.Update: the management has apologized for the wrong type of skis and offered a refund. I am glad they followed up on this review.

I live 30+ miles away and called about a product. They told me they had 2 and even set them behind the counter for me until I got there so that I didnt waste a long drive! I really appreciated it and will think of them next time we need sports equipment.

Im so appalled! I use to recommend this place to chums, but not anymore! The racism in this place! The other day I was negotiating prices when I was called a jew by the bearded man upfront he said it under his breath. When I asked him about it he acted like a little girl. Need to hire a better staff! No one else was in there to help me otherwise.

Went there last week. Nobody greeted us. Nobody asked if we needed help finding something. When I went to pay for items there was a lady working the cash register. She did not say one word to me. Just swiped my credit card and handed me the receipt to sign. Completely ignorant, like i was bothering her. Was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. You should acknowledge your customers and thank them for coming to your store. I will never go there again.

Walking down the strip and went into the store, keep in mind this is a long excursion for me as I live on a ranch, but wanted to compete in the annual hockey bash! I walked in the door, and thats where it all began, I instantly got hit with an odor of rotten baby formula, it was disgusting to say the least, but being the strong man that I am, I powered through it to get my gear. Then I got to the sticks and was very underwhelmed, I mean come on I can craft a stick for less than what they are charging! Play it again sports? More like play with me until I squirt! I got some paddage to protect me from any aggressive skaters but they all looked like they were growing spores and that I would have caught salmonella just from standing there. I did leave with some yummy seeds though.

This place is so welcoming, as well as the staff. The merchandise is variable, which is great as everyone dabbles in some physical activity. Easily recommendation to a friend.

Incredibly messy and cluttered. I brought in 2 large bins full of nearly new equipment and they only took 4 items and offered $11. I could tell he didn’t even move any of the items in the bins. Terrible service.

Found everything we needed for girls youth softball at great savings from retail

Came in the shop the other day, was looking to sell some things was looking to purchase some flub, I wanted to sell my Mizzou shirt, then I was told by a black haired kid that it was too stained to buy which got me irate off the bat, speaking of bat, I needed one I found some good wood I liked and then when it came down to the real deal they told me an Outragous price, no wonder this place is going down the dump, and fast! The jerseys are also fake and smelly. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was I was not even greeted by the bearded kid he looked at me as if I was a gremlin, I think it was because I was black, Ill take my bones to good ol fashion Jimmys Jockey store.

I dont think they give fair prices. Then again depends on what. But whatever sport thing you want to look for they have in stock.

Good stuff, you need to haggle the price, some things there cost more then what its worth or more then the retail price. i saw a situp bench that was $80 new, its actual retail price was $49.99. after pointed it out, they sold it to me for $40.00.

Extremely neglect not professional staff with no customer service. There were at least two employees at the front counter when I waked in and no one greeted me. The store had maybe three customer in it. I proceeded to the golf section where I remained for about five minutes where no employee asked if I needed help where as I heard employees in the distance ask other customers if they needed help with anything. I picked out my golf club and proceeded to the counter where I waited another two minutes to be serviced. I had to get another employees attention (who had made eye contact with me several times while I was waiting at the register to be checked out) by asking if he was the only one working. Only then did he tell to the back for someone to come to the counter. Again, no pleasantries, no smiling or welcoming demeanor from the employee as he approached the counter and rang me up. UNBELIEVEABLE!I will gladly go to another location rather than come here again for anything again!

I was quoted $6-20 for bike helmet to sell them. When I GOT there he gave me $3.99 per helmet. Rip off! I know its a recession but yall didnt have to play me like that

I went into this location to look at some bikes. Customer service was ZERO! staff just look at you but offer no help. I looked at some of the bikes, which are used, and the prices where priced at retail not resale. Only a few dollars less then a new bike.

Id call this place a scam at the best, they have tons of very old used equipment sold at almost retail prices. I dont know what makes them think there crap is worth so much. You might as well look for another store or just buy brand new equipment.Also do not bring your used gear here they will completely rip you off. Either keep it or sell it online.

Way too crowded in the store, no parking except for the side street that I had to park on, then walk thru a parking lot, I was surprised when I went in that everything was so crowded together and rug was bulging up so lucky I didnt fall, not sure what kind of deals or anything else, I walked out after i walked thru, very disappointing, maybe rent a different space for the jammed stuff in the store

Horrible, bought a bat for 40$ to play baseball for highschool and broke on the second day after purchase, they wont honor their 7 day return policy. So Im stuck with a broken bat, bad service, and 40 bucks gone.
