Great customer service. Big selection of drinks, coffee as well as gas items. Air machine, handicap parking and ice machines. 14 gas pumps and a new 88 octane especially made for vehicles 2000 plus and up. Lottery in other Novelties. I’ve been here about 4 times and they are the nicest gas station in the neighborhood. The cashiers were super nice every time.

This is without a shadow of a doubt THE WORST THORNTONS.... Forget that, THE WORST GAS STATION THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED! Its all about the attitude of the employee and tha cashier named ASHLEY just had the worst attitude I have ever experienced at a gas station. I go in and grab two orange juices and walk up to the counter and said hello and asked how was she doing this morning. She completely ignored me and continued to scan the juice I asked her to also put $55 on pump 4. She said she cant break a 100. Gas was 55 and juice was 3 so thats 58... 42 dollars would have been all that I got back but instead I went back to the car and found 40 bucks came back inside, find the 2 orange juices that she put back onto the shelf and instead of 55 dollars I told her to just put 25 in the tank. She mumbled something and handed my change. I had to ask her for my receipt and she smacked her lips! Maybe she was tired because it was 3:45 am or maybe she was hungry or whatever the reason was, this Thorntons will NOT get my business again. There is 2 more gas stations on the same block that I can and should have chosen!!!

Dirty restrooms, no toilet papers no soap, cashiers dont do nothing! Chatting all day. Take care of the business

Cashier was not wearing mask, when they have 3 sign on front door ( to wear mask ) when trying to purchase fuel she didn’t accept my $100.00 dollar fuel !! I was going to purchase literally 90.00 dollars !!!

Cashier didn’t properly follow COVID-19 instructions. She was busy taking with some other people. Cashier’s first responsibility is to take care of customer not to busy with their own stuff. She even didn’t give my all the change. I had to ask then she gave me.

One nasty blonde cashier was so rude and defensive to me for no reason. She’s clearly a very unhappy person so please do everyone a favor and fire her.

Half the people in there have no masks, plenty of staff and none of them even challenge the maskless! Even the manager had his mask round his chin while stocking amongst the customers. Better to find somewhere that takes your safety a little more seriously

The price its completely off

Had a good experience here and was able to pay for my gas easily and get gone. Really that IS what most of us are out to do, right? I wasnt looking for Haute Cuisine or to change life as we all know it or rocket science here. The clerk was helpful and polite, could ask for more than that under the circumstances really.

I used to love coming to thortons for their nugget ice, however the cleanliness of the ice machines are horrible. My advice, do not come to the thortons on Cicero to get drinks because it is absolutely atrocious. This needs to be addressed soon before people start to become very sick.

I was in line and wanted to purchase a lottery ticket for the first time in over 20 years. I asked for front pair back pair and the short cashier by the exit door said “I don’t know what that is” in a very rude voice. Instead of asking for help she said “you need to fill out a card or something?” I asked why would I fill out a card for pick 3? The other cashier stated you can do it—then the rude one went back and forth with her.She never apologize or anything. This was so not called for in the worst way!April 13, 2018 5:35pm

Cheap gas but not the best gas.

Worst customer service ever jay or jayla was her name she had a huge attitude most of the people here are good. She has no business dealing with the public at all
