The Starbucks is in a great location and the line was very quickly. They made my coffee perfectly and the barista was so sweet! Indoor seating was still closed but the outdoor seating area was bustling! Great location, I will definitely return!

This location is one of the busiest for a reason! The staff are always kind even during rush times. My drinks and breakfast sandwiches always come out tasty too. Mobile orders are also never a problem. I hope the staff are given all the appreciation they deserve! 🥰☕

Came here for a iced white mocha and I forgot to say iced. Joe was so nice and said not worry about it, he remade it and was super polite.

I have an issue every time I come here. Drive through and inside. I only keep coming back because it’s the closest Starbucks to me but will have to find a differnt location.

Certain areas are better than others due to shortage of ingredients and staffing. Overall, I love the refreshers.

Extremely slow with mobile app and in-store orders to appease drive-through customers. Drink that was supposed to be made by 7:07 PM is not made until 7:17 PM.

I come to this Starbucks all the time it’s the one in the neighborhood. But, it seems like more and more this Starbucks is getting rude by the second.Every time I come in around 8pm the staff is always rude. You have that one person on drive trying to do the front and the drive while the other people just disappear to the back.Then you walk in and you just standing their for the better part of 2 to 3 minutes before anyone greet you, but they all walking passed you.I just waited almost 20 minutes for a drink then I had to go back and ask if they forgot about my drink.Funny thing is I was standing in the place where you wait to get your drink and no one said anything...True, the lady on drive was super busy but everyone else was just going back and forward chatting on their headsets.Then after asking if they forgot about me I was ask what was my drink I told her then she appeared to have an attitude.No, sorry or anything. It’s time for me to find a new Starbucks or I need to just come in on day shift where the staff is awesome.At night time they just don’t care...

Worst Starbucks ever‼️ Waited approximately 30mins in drive thru, couldn’t get out because the line was so long. Get to the window they had 5 workers just standing around talking. The young lady wasn’t apologetic or nothing. Location should be closed‼️

Called Corporate to deal with the Baristas demeanor and unwillingness to offer solution to a dissatisfied customer. Your neck for professionalism is seriously LACKING! Keep it up, youll be closed permanently, and all of you will be without jobs!! #DontBelieveMeJustWatch

I was in the drive through line for 35 minutes (not exaggerating) before leaving. Not sure if they’re short staffed, but I would have at least appreciated an apology for the wait after getting my drinks.

The lady placing my order had an attitude and my drink was horrible did not taste nothing like a shaken expresso ! Im not usually around that area and I decided to try them out never going back again ! Nothing like getting your coffee wrong in the morning 😭

Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes for an order this afternoon. Saw at least 4 employees, no customers in the store. No clue what they were doing, not working that is for sure. Then my daughters frappuccino was on the warm side and more liquidity than a frappuccino.

Waited 15 mins for an iced tea, my order was wrong, plus store isn’t very clean.

Traffic is horrible. Parking lot is a joke. People parking in two spots, curbside taking up parking spaces, no real flow for traffic so its all over and people not paying attention. Avoid if you can.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable due to Covid-19 there were limits on how many people could be in the store.

I come here a lot and every time I come through the drive through this rude man always cuts me off when talking and gives me a nasty attitude. The constant disrespect is unnecessary, I won’t name drop but he’s apparently a lead there.

The Baristas were so busy serving the White customers that they did not even ask us (me and my daughter who are Bkack) if we wanted anything. No one talked to us or even bothered to serve us until we took out our cameras and began recording their lack of service to us.

Something needs to be done about the length of time it takes in the drive thru. It should not take 40 minutes to process 5 cars.

Hands down Yolanda and a few of other shift managers rock. When ever I have an issue they take care of it. And I cannot remember them all but they all know me best group of people at this location

I placed an order that was supposed to have a splash of sweet cream in my cold brew. It was all cream there was no coffee taste whatsoever and it was so sweet it gave me a stomachache. Very disappointed. The girl who handed it to me said no that’s how it looked. I pulled the picture up and I knew that was not how it was supposed to look. For almost 5 dollars I want to Taste my coffee

Great frappuccinos but the waiting period is unacceptable. I counted 7 employees and they seemed to only focus on drive thru customers as well as app customers. They completely neglected the walk in customers. Corporate NEEDS to implement a better strategy!

The one who took our order didnt seem too happy when I asked for here mugs for our coffees. No smiles either. I liked that there was space for us to sit, and that it was fairly quiet.

The service at this location is top notch. No matter how busy they are they always have a smile on their face and greet you with a hello.

This is a fine establishment I have been there on several occasions and have thoroughly enjoined my experience each time! However as they say not everything is as perfect as it seems PERIOD. I have a bone to pick with the worker affiliated with the name “Garret” (hopefully that’s spelled correctly). This worker definitely makes eye contact with you for at least 6 seconds considering the appropriate time should remain between 3-5 seconds, this is unacceptable. When taking my order he talks at an EXTREMELY slow pace. There was one occasion where I had to be the one to say “have a great day” ever since then I haven’t been the same. On days when he is present I step on the gas and reverse out of the drive-through and zoom to the nearest to the nearest dunkin’ donuts! This is a warning next time I will be complaining to corporate!P.S. I can’t tell if that’s a rope on his head or a his braid.P.P.S. Sorry if this threw you for a loop

Just went there and got a venti caramel frapp and it legit taste like dish water, it’s all melted, has barely any coffee in it... disappointed

Rude workers. Can’t reach payment terminal. And got yelled for that. What is happening with Starbucks? Dunkin donunts has better and nicer people now.

I look for no caffeine tea or coffee and there arent too many options. Decaffeinated coffee has a lot of caffeine at Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. But Starbucks has caffeine-free teas. They are great and not overly expensive.

Love their coffee and at times I will get a cookie or a cheese danish. Everythings always very good

I finally found the right blend of vanilla to mocha in my hot chocolate! Hooray! Plus this barista knew how to load my Starbucks card and process my purchase simultaneously! It was an awesome day from there on!

Best customer service....friendly....a few girls there are VERY RUDE and should NOT be working there! I was appalled at the way I was treated at a recent visit by Carli..... That being said, the majority are wonderful, and do a great job!

Out of about 5 people working everyone seemed oblivious to my visit...and when one finally looked up it was a dry hi and are you ready to order, calling from the bakery case...handed me my drink and immediately turned to finish the bakery...there is a ding as you come in is it not...I could be wrong, but usually someone looks up at a new customer coming in...1 star cause that is the only way to post!

We asked for a dble shot on both of our Frappuccinos and got them on the side. We had to tell them to put them in the drinks.

I was in line to drive-through for 10 minutes I was trying to pay I had a $50 bill she didn’t want to except it .. I never had a problem before and I’m in a Starbucks location three times a day !! I went to the Starbucks Couple blocks from that location and I had a coffee with no issues

Its your typical Starbucks with all the amenities. I would recommend going in and staying out of the drive thru.

They took 20 minutes to give us our food and drinks they dont smile theres no one in the store 🙄
