The establishment was on the small size, I would suggest if you are going to have work done here drop your vehicle off. If more than three people decide to wait on their car someone is going to have to stand up. The thing that I didnt like is they give you a time to come,but you still have to wait. They dont take your name for an appointment just tell you to come in. I cant tell you about their work because I had waited a hour and my vehicle wasnt pulled in. I had to go to work because the work they were going to do was going to take 3 hours.

Called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for the next week when they open at 11. I showed up 5 minutes early and they werent there yet. Waited about 20 minutes and they never showed so I left. I understand being late to work but you should at least reschedule my appointment.

Went here to buy wires and an amp for my sub and have them set it up. Walked in and they were very friendly. Got it done pretty quick for them to be very busy. I did have a few minor problems with the wires unplugging but that wasnt a big problem. I went there and they fixed it right away with no charge! Definitely will be back here to get more stuff done!

Infinite Custom is by FAR the best shop on the South Side! I highly recommend them and their team for any Car or Truck customization! I brought my Denali in for a makeover and wow! I didn’t even recognize my truck when I went to pick it up! I got new Rims, Tires, A complete Sound System and brand new headlights! They offer in house financing and have the best prices. They have Excellent customer service and really do some amazing work! I highly recommend them to everyone.

Car started on fire due to the HID kit installed by them, had a mechanic confirm it was from their kit. After I called to explain they refused to help with the costs, ignored my phone calls after the first day, and did not even bother trying to help me find a fix for my car. Will end up having to pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix THEIR mistake that should have never happened in the first place. Horrible customer service, I WOULD NOT recommend this shop to ANYBODY that cares about their own safety or their car.

These guys know what they’re doing! They put a leveling kit on my 2015 Tacoma and put 285/70s tires...a good amount of rubbing but these guys trimmed it perfect we’re the ride and turns are super smooth...just took my Jeep Wrangler to get a new radio and backup camera...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Will be back for more work on my Tacoma soon!!!!

I recently just had my radio installed by them and they took good care of me being it was last minute. It took almost no time at all and did it for a better price than anywhere in a 50 mile radius. BiG H definitely hook my Jeep Grand Cherokee up, with the lift kit and the wheels. Prices are very reasonable and also gave me a good deal on the exterior lights. They stand by they work and product, good shop to go to for any after market work.

I had my sounds installed here yesterday they hooked me up. Their very knowledgeable about their work and great customer service. I had my car to 2 other stereo shops to fix a high pitch noise coming from my after market stereo system. After a few attempts to get this fixed I decided to use Infinite Custom based on all the good feedback I kept hearing about them. They are an hour drive from me but they were well worth it! They fixed my stereo noise and they fixed a bad install job by a previous place I went to. My stereo sounds so much louder and clearer. The price was really good and the guys over there are extremely helpful to your needs. I would highly recommend Infinite to anyone looking for car audio, accessories and they do a lot with Jeeps.

I bought subwoofers,box and amp here and they ibstalled it for me, it sounded good for a few days until i started getting a whistling noise coming through my speakers which normally indicates a poorly placed ground wire so i brought my car back and they said that i wasnt getting enough power from my electrical system ok so they sold me a 2nd battery to help run my amplifiers this worked good for a week or so and the noise came back i got tired of this and had my big 3 wiring upgraded here but the noise persisted a few days later i installed a high output alternator in my car that outputs more than 300 Amps 160 Amps at idle and the noise us still there....so its definitely a poorly placed ground wire by their technician i wouldnt recommend this place due to these issues i had here they gave me the run around and in the end they were completely wrong the noise persists even now when i have far more amperage than i need.... update.these sheisters replied to this review trying to say that my review was misleading because i had my front hertz speakers and a pair of hertz 6x9s my highs installed elsewhere i had that equipment installed at another audio shop a month before i came to infinite custom and never once had an issue with any kind of whistling noise coming from my speakers this did not happen until after the installers at infinite custom worked on my car and the infinite custom installers had 3 chances to fix the issue and failed every time dont waste your time going here they will just cause more problems i already sold the car i had them work on and wouldnt even think of letting them touch the new one avoid this place like the plague

About a month and a half ago I got a complete sound system for my Jeep..Subwoofers and all 4 door speaker and tweeters..one day I was messing with the settings on the head unit and out of no where they stoped working ....I took the Jeep back to infinite customs to check out the problem only to find out I had blown out ALL 4 DOOR SPEAKERS AND TWEETERS 😫😭😭..Most shops would’ve charged to replace all 4 door speakers .. But the guys at infinite customs took care of me AT NO COST !!I’ve never experienced customer service like this anywhere..

Was not what I expected to pay for. Paid 350dollars had my own kit but they talked me into buying theres because of warranty issues. The manager told me it was that price because they have extensive work to do. He told me they had to take the fenders off to light the wheels. Just got the bike back and no lights in the fenders. When they sold me the light kit the gentlemen up front told me it came with a key fob just like the led kit I brought in. There kit runs off an app no key fob. Moral of the story is I hate being told one thing to get me in the door to find out when it is all done I was told something different. Then the guy who worked on my bike told me it is something they rarely do is bikes. Why was I told you specialize in them?Its ok just some misss communication. Im taking it somewhere else to get fixed. I just didnt understand what the tecnition was talking about when he said he added lights from another kit? Its only 8 lights that came with the kit. I only have 8 lights on the bike.

Not Recommended For Remote Starter.They installed not supported remote starter model on my 2009 Toyota Prius.Every time after I turn on the car by the remote, I have to turn it off by remote and wait 2 minutes and then turn it on again by key in order to stay on.The take over option is not supported.I went back to them and no solution provided.
