Very easy buying process for me today. Knew what I wanted prior to going in. I was promptly greeted by Sebio quickly did an application. He asked all the right questions on my expectations. Ive done all my homework on what to expect as a payment. After my approval was given He came back with the exact monthly payment I was expecting. Zero haggling done as I was given a fair price and financing. Sales Manager John was straight with me and did a wonderful job selecting the right bank for my specific needs. Then I went to Finance to complete the contract and again was given a fair price on 100,000 mile extended warranty which I always get. I had come in a couple weeks ago for a routine checkup on my car, oil change, etc etc. I had came in with all my hubcaps on and left not realizing until a couple days later that my one hubcap was missing. I had given them a call, mentioning the problem, and they told me they’d call back when they found out if they had the hubcap or not. I had never gotten a call back. I waited days until I gave another call back, where I was left on hold for more than an hour. It would’ve been longer if I hadn’t hung up out of frustration. I emailed their general manager, received a call and text, and later called them back. I was sent to their voicemail, I left a message, and received no call or email back. I’ve called back multiple times and have been either put on hold or sent to their voice mailboxes. I’m beyond aggravated and annoyed because I don’t have a hubcap on my car to this day. It doesn’t matter if they don’t have my hubcap, if it managed to fall off (none of them ever has in my 4 years of having the car) after they worked on it, they are still at fault because they were supposed to insure that everything was put back securely on my car. I had great reviews for this place until this incident happened. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Beware of new problems after service in this shop! Beware of extra fees added to your invoice!I scheduled an appointment to have them replace the rear brake pads of my Honda-CRV on Saturday. I was told that they will charge me $220 per axle, and the total will be $440 before tax. They completed the job in two hours, and I don’t complain about that. However, I found that they charged me $450 instead of $440 for job done without any explanation, in addition $30 for tax, and surprisingly, another charge of $40 was added to the invoice. It was described as shopping supplier fee! Do they anticipate the costumers bring their own parts to the shop?On my way home, I heard some unusual noise coming from the rear wheels, and I suspected that they did not complete the job well. So I called them on Monday(the shop is closed on Sunday), and I was told by the guy who performed the job that they will not be able to check my car until Friday evening, and it will take one hour if I bring may car there. I agreed with him. However, I was very upset when I received an email that confirms my appointment, because it said the reason for the appointment is for oil change! So I decided to modify the reason and time for the appointment on their website, and found a plenty of time slots opening after Monday.I brought my car on Tuesday as scheduled. I was told that I need to pay $87 for checking the issue, and the reason for that was that I only asked them to replace the brake pads. I argued with the guy, “yes, that is true.”, I said that the issue occurred only after the brake pads were replaced, and it is reasonable to link the new problem with the job they did. I told the guy that I needed to talk to his supervisor if he insisted on charging me. He left from his seat and came back a few minutes later. He told me that they can check my car, but I must wait 4 hours. Excuse me, I was told that this only takes an hour, and I had the appointment. What is the point to have people schedule the appointments? Sorry, I can not trust you guys anymore. I don’t want to see more problems after they check my car. I will take my car to somewhere else.By the way, my car was bought new from this dealer. They did not honor 0% interest for loan as advertised unless I paid two third of total price for down pay. I used to do maintenance in their shop till one day they did not honor their own coupon. I regret to pay them to replace my brake pads this time. I will not come back to this shop.

Very unprofessional and didn’t try to negotiate or come to middle ground for a used car with obvious scratches and dents. Also most of the cars on the lot was already sold so they actually had a very limited inventory and the cars were dirty inside. Wanted a unrealistic down payment along with unrealistic monthly payment avoid at all cost the salesman tried to tack on 7k worth of fees after asking him to break down what’s 7k I didn’t get a response besides everyone has to get paid very shady, unethical, and profession. The only good note is his boss was able to work with me and did everything the salesman couldn’t. Didn’t buy though due to pressure and excessive hidden charges.

My 2014 Honda Pilot was serviced at this dealership multiple times however this time was different. I went to have it serviced here about 3 weeks ago and needless to say….. they still have my vehicle. I went to the dealership 3 different within these 3 weeks they said it was fixed…. so I test drove it before I left and it wasn’t fixed. So the last time I went to the dealership I decided I would just take my truck somewhere else.….. I got to the dealership and my truck NOW won’t start at all….. l am so upset. I held Honda to a gold standard and I have been let down…. I’m so upset as I’ve always went to the dealership with Honda trained technicians for service and for them not to be able to fix their own car…!!!!!I’m beyond upset. I wont be buying Honda again. This has been a horrible experience

I expressed that I am an experienced buyer with knowledge from other people who recently bought their Honda at a great price, yet they still wasted my time by playing around with my money and acting like I was robbing them. Couldve had a deal done in 10 minutes and both sides wouldve been happy, but this dealerships business model is not about that. I had to drive further to another Honda dealership to get this easy deal done. Oh well. Not my worst dealership experience though.Word of advice: If you are a knowledgeable and experienced car buyer, its best to visit another car dealership if you dont want to waste your time and money.

This place is a total rip off, do not do business with these people. They ran my credit and approved me for a loan but before I signed the contract they added over 8,000 dollars worth of worthless things I did not need and they told me I had to get these items, which I knew was a lie. I actually take back my initial response. I will NEVER recommend this dealership. I was assured that the two things I needed fixed will be taken care of. Pedro, did everything to get the sale and now they are sending me to someone else to get it fixed. He also set me up with his friend GEORGE at HANWAY insurance. They charged me almost $500 dollars to drive the car off the lot, knowing the car was still fully insured under my current insurance policy and I didnt know. When attempting to get a refund I was given half the money back and they claimed the withheld over 200 dollars for a processing fee. This placeis a scam please be careful! You think they are being nice, but its only to sell cars. They could care less about what they put you in. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!
