Elitist repair shop, super high labor rates. wont work with some insurance companies for that reason. Snotty attitude as well

These guys are very good people and do a great job. They might be too good. They could not get to my car for a few weeks. Once I got it back I was very happy with the work. They are straight forward and do great work.

From the time I got my estimate until the day I picked up my vehicle the process was easy and painless. They worked with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. It appears they detailed the inside of my car, which was unexpected and Im very grateful. I got it back in better condition than I gave it to them in! My experience with this place was absolutely terrible and I have never been so insulted from a State Farm service first shop in my life. Specifically John. The owner. My first experience with John was great he was very friendly and nice and gave me, what I thought was a reasonable quote to fix my car. Once I told him That I was respectfully declining to get my car fixed at his shop due to the fact that I found a cheaper option he completely changed his attitude. He then called State Farm and gave them a lower quote than he gave me so that I would receive less from the claim. This basically shows that he was taking advantage of his customers by increasing the amount it would cost to fix the car so he could make money from the repair. I believe this is illegal and this shop should be shut down. Even my State Farm agent said this is not supposed to happen and he has never seen this happen in his 25 years as an agent.After talking to State Farm I gave John a call back and called him out on his ignorance. Once he realized he was caught with his pants down he immediately became defensive. I didn’t raise my voice once and he became irate and told me he didn’t have the time to discuss this further. He called me names and began to change his story multiple times. Keep in mind I kept my cool throughout the conversation while he babbled like a child.DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, John is a crook and he will charge you much more than necessary. This shop needs to be shut downThey gave me an estimate for my damaged vehicle

They are not lying when they call themselves experts! Their work took longer than originally expected, but the results are amazing. My car is from 2009 and it looks better than when it was new!

Everyone knows that getting into an accident stinks. The hassle of getting your car repaired is even worse. Well, I have to tell you, dealing with the folks at Palmer Collision was an absolute joy! Everyone was so nice, polite, and professional. They made the whole experience easy! They also performed top notch quality work. I highly recommend!!

I was referred here from Spitfire! I picked up my car today and its like nothing ever happened. I had some major dents in my doors, a smashed rearview mirror, and a replacement tire. They even detailed my car, it was shining inside and out! My car is cleaner now than when I dropped it off. Very helpful and professional staff! I would recommend this establishment!!

Theyll only give you an estimate, if its gonna be them fixing your car. Theres a place on 109th and Cicero that happily gave me a quick estimate.

I called about coming in for an estimate and I explained that I needed a quote for the insurance company. They kept telling me I have to get a quote from the insurance company first and then bring it in to them to get a quote. After I questioned why I would need a quote to get a quote, they said they couldn’t help and hung the phone up. Very unprofessional.
