The staff is amazing. I used to do vocal lessons there, and I would always feel welcomed by the staff. I am able to walk in and feel free to play a few songs on guitar, and they gave me the headphones and drum sticks to play the electric drum set with. I highly recommend this place for whatever you need whether it be instruments, lessons, or some equipment.

So me and my wife are both musicians and we had just had lunch at Estebans( highly recommend) and we seen this shop and thought lets go look and see what they have. Almost immediately approached by an older lady im guessing the owner ? While im sure she was trying to be attentive it felt over baring. I would have liked to sit and play a few guitars or try the electronic drums both of which im in the market for but didnt feel that was acceptable as this lady was literally in our face the whole time We left very shortly after . Maybe we looked like bums or something? Would never buy an instrument I didnt play lol ! Oh well guess Ill take my business somewhere else . What a bummer.

I went in blindly on an errand to grab 4 different kinds of guitar strings for my roommate. The guy in the store was super patient and sweet with me.I told him the specifications, he gave me details. He even recommended strings based on the type of music my roommate likes to play.When it came time to pay, I didnt have my debit card and had to dig around in my junkmobile. I was out in the parking lot for about 10 minutes, pulling various items out of my car like Mary Poppins madly searching for my card, when he came outside and said we could try GPay.Everyone: it worked. Thank God. I was sweating.An all around amazing experience. I didnt feel like it was a bad thing that I was out of my element. I felt super welcome, and the guy in there was so damn helpful the first thing I did when I got home was write this review. I almost never write reviews.Thanks for being awesome!

Great instruments but every time we go in there we get kicked out for playing the instruments and just by entering the store. We have never done anything but play music and try instruments out that we are thinking of buying. But Scott only kicks us out all the time we go in. He threatened me and my friends that he would hurt us and threw a punch at me. I hope that Scott gets fired or Click just lost 4 consistent customers

Affordable prices and quality service for instrument repair.Instruments they do have are very expensive, and I probably wont buy new.

The employees here are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The owner is also very active in the store and they make sure to keep their prices updated and affordable. The atmosphere of the place is very friendly and they have weekly jam sessions where anyone can come in and play something musical for a few hours.

Everyone was very helpful they took the time to help me even though I didnt know much at all. they worked with me all the way through to find what I was looking for.

As an Oak Harbor business owner, I have to remark on the unethical business practice of their guitar teacher, Dave. My 10-year old daughter came to an initial lesson and felt slightly uncomfortable, however I encourage her to try one more lesson. I paid for the initial lesson and then due to the fact the instructor did not have change, I paid $100 cash ahead towards future lessons. That following weekend my daughter expressed she was too uncomfortable to continue lessons with Dave. I canceled in a timely manner. I have attempted to obtain a refund from Dave, and he aggressively accused me of trying to steal from him for requesting a refund for services not rendered. He was unsympathetic to my daughters feelings and extremely unprofessional in dealing with this matter. His actions and demeanor reflect poorly upon the business he works for. I use to recommend Click Music every day to my own clientele, however, I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Click has helped us out of a jam on many occasions. Their hours are great for when your middle schooler forgets to tell you they need reeds for a performance and their instrument tune ups and repair is first rate at a fair price.

Went to get new strings with all but 1 brand new strings currently on. Told me it would be 20 minutes and they would call. Hour and half later no call. They took my 3 other brand new strings....
