We were really excited to build, but could never get any further information or a call back. I emailed twice on the website, over a month ago, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. So I had my husband call 2 weeks ago, he spoke to a Noah who said he would email us more information. 2 weeks go by and NOTHING... We also had our realtor personally go to their office, 1 week ago, to give them our contact information. They apparently seemed appalled that no one contacted us back, yet its been another WEEK and no one has bothered to even follow up. They obviously did NOT want our business. I would not even consider this as an option anymore with the lack of communication that occurred.

Kevin is really nice professional and responsive. Al came out to the site right away good customer service.

This review is concerning the Ferndale location,Our home arrived in a timely manner. The setup crew put the house together then came the waiting. The crew finishing the inside has another full time job so only works on our house sporadically. The work could be completed in a week but it is taking weeks since the crew only shows once or twice a week for a few hours.We are in a temporary housing situation and are frustrated by their lack of urgency finishing the job in a timely matter.
