I brought my young child here for a hearing screening and it went great. They have great tools for screening kids in a developmentally appropriate way. The provider was also kind and professional. Very easy and seamless visit.

I always find that I get the help I need whenI go into see Dr Keating & he is alwaysfriendly, kind.

I had a problem with my right hearing aid very low volume. Made an appointment went in there at the appointed time filled out sone paperwork. Doctor came and asked what was wrong took my hearing aid came back 4 or 6 minutes later had it working. Ends up being a wax build up in a place I couldnt get to.

Great guy. Purchased my VA hearing aids through him. His staff was very helpful with accessories for my hearing aids on several sessions after the purchase of my aids. Peter is an energetic personable audiologists!

Dr.Keating is very attentive, patient and kind. He has been managing our adult special needs daughters hearing aids for a number of years. One of them recently required repair and sending the hearing aid out for service. The hearing aid is now functioning perfectly.His staff is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Keating.

I am not happy with the hearing aids. They make no difference at all. My ears are irritated . I would love to be able to return them and be refunded my money. Its always lets try this and I will see you in three months. Then in three months the same thing. GRRR, good money wasted on something that is not helping.

We had an excellent experience. We learned a lot about our hearing and were able to compare both ears and learn what may be causing a tiny reduction in my near perfect hearing in one ear.The Audiologist, Pete, was excellent and explained much to us about how the ear functions including analogies using musical instruments to help us picture the functioning of the inner ear.

Friendly and good service

I would highly recommend Hearing Centers. I went in to see if they would pair a new streamer with my hearing aids and even though I was not a customer they took their time and solved my pairing issues. I intend to transfer my account to this office because of their service. They took care of my needs without charging me. Great Customer Service.

My 90-something mother and I have both been fitted with hearing aids by Dr. Keating, and feel we are in competent hands every time we visit his office. From the initial testing and custom programming to the regular follow-up visits, his kind, patient professionalism put us at ease, as does his helpful office assistant, Tara.

I have been a client for a couple of years and have been very satisfied with my experience. All said i have nothing but good to say here. If you have hearing needs dont hesitate to visit them.
