We utilize ranges in WA, CA, NV, and AZ. This is one of the BEST!!! We used this range yesterday for doing some LEOSA and Private Security Qualifications. Safety is clearly a #1 priority at this range. On top of that, the digital target carrier took all of the guesswork out of distances.The range staff were all friendly and helpful. A Range Safety Officer was monitoring every lane at all times, and immediately swooped in on a shooter in another lane for failing to point down range (which is a huge safety problem if you are next to them). The RSO was kind but firm in their reminder to point in a safe direction.This range was fun, clean, and above all SAFE!!!Thank you to Phil for allowing us to utilize your range for training.

James is incredible.He is an amazing teacher, knowledgeable, no excuses (but nice about it) kind of teacher. He makes sure you get the most out of the classes.I am not the fastest of learners - but that man can make me understand ANYTHING!Not to mention hes an incredible gunsmith - and knows ALL the laws, inside/out.Im so lucky to have found him.THANK YOU, PIT FOR HAVING HIM. Went to my first 2-gun competition at PIT and had a great time. The lead RSO (Greg Oh) was helpful to everyone no matter what skill level they were at.

Oh my gosh! It was AWESOME!!! Ladies if you have a chance, its worth traveling to this spot for all of the womens events and classes! Everyone there is so supportive and the coaching is second to none! Total blast!

The family and I had a great time. Great being around people who like rifles, guns, hunters, vets and freedom. Gem of a place, good souvenir room too!

I took the Utah concealed Cary class and it was excellent. The instructor was very knowledgeable and knew his laws that pertained to Utah and Washington state. The course itself is great and so glad we have a facility and educated leaders to learn from in our city.

This weekend I took a class at PIT and I have to say the entire experience was fantastic. This place is a little known GEM and needs to be shared with the firearms community. Not only was the class very well taught the facility was top notch and felt very professional. From their double metal barn door epic entrance to their start-of-the-art air filtration system it was great experience. Also the two instructors, Brandi & Phil(?) were amazing. Professional but realized when to insert their own experiences which made the scenarios more relatable. I wish it was closer to me because this would be a weekly or at least a few times a month stop for me. 10/10.

I have been coming here for a few months. I found the place because they partner with A Girl & A Gun organization to bring information to women and give women a place to feel comfortable to shoot and be a part of the firearm world. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are not sales pushy about anything. Always willing to share what they know. Super helpful! Safest range I have ever been to as well. They have Range Safety Officers to keep everyone safe and it makes me feel a ton safer than other ranges. And the range is simple nicer than others I have been to. The bay is huge! Their classes are extremely helpful because they are private and so you can ask all your questions and actually get good answers! The concealed class was great! I got to bring in the 2 ways I typically carry and Brandi showed me how to best carry with each one and how to draw effectively from each one for an situation if I should ever be in one. She went over a lot of different scenarios and way to better protect yourself. I highly recommend this place!

This was a great experience for me. Very informative and practical for everyday application of use wether you are staying close to home, or plan on traveling abroadwith your firearm(s). Instructor was very well trained himself and quick, but thorough in answering any questions. A good class to take if or when a individual is considering or just became a firearm owner. Good prerequisite course to hunters safety course, if you ask me. Plus, its free. Never hurts to be informed of your legal responsibilities as a firearm owner. Thanks Pacific Indoor Tactical!

A nice alternative if you dont have acreage to shoot on your own.Membership is worth it if you like to shoot often, otherwise its fairly inexpensive.Range safety officers are friendly and the manager is too.People there are genuinely excited about their profession and its a pleasure to do business with them.

Went in for a firearms safety class and was able to get some experience in the range. Brandi is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable and patient and most of all very friendly. They offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience, and the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this business.

Customer service with a guy named Casey was spot on. Absolutely excellent and I will come back for all my ammo and gun needs. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient because I came in with a load of questions on purchasing a new firearm. Casey also admitted when he wasn’t sure or didn’t know the answer instead of BSing me like I have experienced in other stores and I really respect the honesty. At the time there was a 9mm shortage and I was looking at purchasing a gun in 9mm. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t get any ammo because I wanted to actually shoot the gun before I bought it to make sure I liked the way it shot and felt in my hand on the range. One of the staff members happened to be carrying the gun I was curious about buying. The staff member was kind enough to ask me if I would be interested in shooting his personal gun on the range with his own ammo. Stuff like that really sets the bar and is the reason I will absolutely be returning to this place for any of my questions or gun concerns. They also have many accessories and other things to satisfy any of your gun needs like safes, holsters, attachments and any other things you may need while owning a gun. Highly recommend.

We scheduled a private class with Brandi for my wife (new) and me (very rusty). We learned a lot and had a great time. In particular she made my wife very comfortable and she is looking forward to improving her marksmanship. Highly recommend.

Pacific Indoor Tactical is certainly one of the very finest shooting ranges in the Northwest. Great staff always willing to assist and support the customer, and answer the difficult question. The range is maintained in a orderly manner, this means just enough control but not so much to interfere with the shooter. PIT sponsors ASI shooting monthly, and what a good time is had by all. Take my recommendation and register for the ASI shoot in advance, or you’ll be on the waiting list. The store is well stocked and run by very helpfully staff, and they are willing to help you with firearm transfers should you purchase on line. Great people, great service and a great range what more can you ask for. Visit PIT and enjoy your firearm experience, and arrange for training by the qualified staff should you need help. I’m sold on Pacific Indoor Tactical and sure you will be too.

My husband and I love going to this establishment for all of their amazing events or just for a date night out. They are all very friendly and very attentive when you are there. The management is very kind hearted and wonderful to be around. I bring my whole family and a lot of my friends here to go have a day of fun. I would not imagine going anywhere else any more. I’ve been following Pacific Indoor Tactical on a few social media platforms well before they opened. I couldn’t wait to drive up to Whidbey Island, check out the gun store and indoor gun range. As soon as I walked in it felt different than any other gun store in the area and any other store that I’ve been in; it was awesome. I was greeted immediately by multiple staff members. A young lady was helping a customer with firearm selection and kindly acknowledged me and told me she’d be right over; she was true to her word. I ended up spending the majority of my time working with one of the owners because the young lady was helping another customer. All my questions were answered immediately, there was great patience shown towards me and it made my buying experience excellent. At the end I was told because I bought a firearm from them I would get one free range day; AWESOME! I would have loved to have given them more of my money and I’m sure I will in the future. Their prices were EXCELLENT. Their staff was personable, engaging, friendly and professional. I also saw how they handle awkward customer service issues and the young lady did a great job with the customer. It was well worth the two hour drive and I can’t wait to get back up there.

Best place to shoot in Washington. Ive been around, especially King County. There are no ranges as good to practice shooting. Great people, amazing environment and fantastic pricing.

Great place! The rates are great for shooting. As for military discounts, they are great. I can add my family for a low cost for the whole year. And my 9 year old can shoot as well. Virtual range is awesome as well. Gun selections for rent are nice and they have so many. Believe they said 308s or less. Sadly couldnt bring my .270 but still happy that its a great place to be. Cashier girl is a cutie though! Best place in town.

I really like the job these guys have done with this store and range. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect and I have seen them do exactly this with everyone who walks through the door. Hats off to a local business doing things right. Wish more firearms related businesses were run like the PIT!

Great range, RSOs are safety conscious and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thats all expected. What stood out is how apparent it is that everyone there loves what they do and want to share their firearms experiences with you and make recommendations. That isnt necessary at all for a range, but sets them apart from other places Ive been. Theyll have a new member soon!

Overall a great store with a helpful staff who know what they are talking about. Very professional safety range officers, and the range is really nice. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer any questions or comments with a smile. Their prices are good and I would recommend Pacific Indoor Tactical to all my friends.

Great Facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had concerns about bringing my daughter here to shoot. That concern went away the first visit. All of the RSOs give great instructions and i appreciate them keeping the range safe. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This is simply an awesome indoor range. I normally like to shoot outdoors because indoor range tend to feel restrictive and I have felt in the past, just arent very very enjoyable places to be for two hours, but this place is a whole different ball game.They stole the perfect balance between range officers with high expectations of safety and situational awareness, and a fun atmosphere to actually shoot in. This is the first indoor range Ive been to that allows rapid fire (must be controlled) and drawing and shooting from a holster with a condition 1 weapon, which are skills that are highly relevant to practical and defensive shooting. This is a place where you can actually practice fighting with a gun. The shop and coffee area/ lounge are nice touches as well.Pacific Indoor Tactical isnt just a cool name, it is the way they do business.

Great experience, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they will do as much as they can to acomodate your gun needs, from holsters to training.The range is great, but what to me sets them apart, is their virtual engagement system, great way to safely introduce weapon, weapon safety, and marksmanship fundamentals to new shooters and seasoned shooters as well.Lead the way guys, lead the way.

The people here have terrible attitudes they treat you like you dont know anything and their right over your shoulder the entire time youre shooting

Great facility and awesome staff! It was a very comfortable range to shoot at. The RSO was very safety conscious and also friendly without being the usual overbearing “This is my firing line, I’m an expert shooter so you will obey me” type I’ve dealt with at other ranges. I felt extremely relaxed the whole time which helped out my aim quite a bit to be honest haha. I will definitely be returning!

I scheduled and followed through with a private lesson as my first visit here. I wanted to try and resolve an issue I haven’t been able to overcome in thousands of rounds of practice, or know once and for all of it was me or the gun in question. My instructor come up with a drill right off the bat that isolated my problem absolutely and followed up with some exercises to follow up with in its eradication. Very knowledgeable, personable, and invaluably helpful. Afterward, he showed me around the rest of the store and told me about all the services and products available. I’m excited to have such a resource so nearby.My only tiny gripe is that I sent them an email afterward with inquiries based on services offered and haven’t heard back yet. These things happen though, and it hasn’t been that long.

The store is nice. Typicaly marked up tactical gear and firearms. They definitely have a babysitter range. I dont like people going through my bag and I dont like people going through my ammo. I understand they dont know skill levels as we walk through the door, However if they are going to treat everyone as a safety violator until they prove otherwise I will treat them like a crappy Nanny range until they prove otherwise. Kind of disappointed.Response- I didnt realize you think so poorly of your customers. Your response is a testament to your business practices.

I have yet to have a good experience in this place. Everytime I go in I must get the employee that got the worst score in customer service class.

Went in with cash to buy the gun i wanted to purchase and keep my money local. upon arrival 4 employees in the store and 1 was helping a customer while the other 3 were enamored with someone they kept saying was the co owner Brian. we got no help and werent even acknowledged. i sat in front of the gun i wanted and not even a look after about 10 minutes we left and will take our business elsewhere

Ive been over a few times, the last time there, was two younger guys, one of them walked two feet behind me the entire time I was looking at the items they have for sale. I left, will not go back unless they have something I want and need.

The owners did an amazing job putting this facility together! High class, clean, educated staff, a variety of inventory for all levels of shooting, amazing Cerakote work and a highly skilled gunsmith!

Great services, great products, great range, and great gunsmithing. I stopped in early last fall with a rifle and immediately received help from a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I then picked out an awesome sig saur optical that was perfect for my rifle. The gunsmith made himself immediately available, mounted my new optical right away, sighted it in perfectly, found me on the range, and handed my rifle to me right there. I then shot hundreds of rounds with plenty of space and time to enjoy myself. I went on a motorcycle ride that night to top things off. It was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable days I have had in recent memory!

Went by Pacific Indoor Tacticool looking for some very basic AR15 parts. Absolutely nothing in stock. I asked the “gunsmith” if he had any gas blocks for a .750 block journal. Like I was speaking Chinese or something. Staff was pretty much clueless. Good pistol prices but they only cater to the call of duty types that want to wear Camo on the range. Overall a nice looking range but they don’t have the inventory or the expertise I look for in a gun store. Better off driving to skagit arms.
